Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 représente un abri selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente en perspective, une semelle munie de pieds de calage ;
- la figure 3 représente cette semelle vue de côté ;
- la figure 4 représente le semelle vue de dessus.
Ce bac 15 est de préférence fixé aux rails 6 et il est lui aussi manipulable au moyen d'un chariot élévateur.
Ce support intermédiaire 16 peut se présenter sous la forme d'une poutre ou sous la forme d'un bloc ou massif en béton. Il peut aussi être ancré sur le sol au moyen de broches ou autres.
Au delà, en cas de tempête, un dispositif de sécurité, non représenté, peut être associé à l'abri pour manoeuvrer le panneau faisant office de couverture et supprimer sa prise au vent éventuelle si ce panneau n'est pas en position normale de repos, à plat, posé sur le conteneur 1. Ce dispositif de sécurité peut par exemple comprendre un anémomètre qui déclenche, à partir d'un certain seuil, le basculement du panneau 2 si celui-ci est en position inactive verticale, lors de l'absence d'un conteneur ou benne au niveau de l'abri. Ce dispositif de sécurité permet de positionner automatiquement le panneau 2 à plat, sans prise au vent et il peut également être utilisé pour interdire la manipulation du panneau et en particulier son relevage en cas de grand vent.
Ces pieds de calage 20 sont disposés à chacune des extrémités de la semelle et ils sont constitués chacun d'une plaque de tôle 21, par exemple, sur laquelle s'adaptent ou sont fixées des tiges filetées 22. Ces tiges filetées sont associées à des écrous 23 appropriés qui soutiennent la semelle 5 et permettent de régler la distance entre cette dernière et les plaques 21.
Ces pieds 20 sont solidaires de la semelle au moyen d'écrous 24 disposés aux extrémités des tiges filetées 22, au-dessus de la dite semelle 5.
Ces forages 25 sont disposés à chacune des extrémités de la semelle 5 ; à l'une des extrémités, ces forages sont avantageusement situés de part et d'autre de l'un des rails latéraux 6, et à l'autre extrémité, ils sont situés de façon à ne pas perturber la fixation des pieds 10 de la charpente 4.
Claims (9)
- Abri pour conteneur ou benne de récupération et de stockage temporaire de déchets, muni d'une structure qui est interposée entre le sol et un panneau mobile (2) servant de couverture, laquelle structure comprend - un soubassement (3) faisant office de berceau pour positionner ledit conteneur, et - une charpente (4) qui s'étend depuis le rebord dudit soubassement (3) jusqu'audit panneau mobile (2),
caractérisé en ce que le soubassement (3) comporte au moins une paire de semelles (5) en forme de plaques épaisses disposées transversalement, une partie desdites semelles (5) étant située sous des rails (6) formant le berceau du conteneur, et l'autre partie desdites semelles (5) étant aménagée pour permettre la fixation de la charpente (4), lesquelles semelles (5) sont façonnées dans un matériau tel qu'elles forment une masse suffisante pour surmonter les conditions habituelles de vent, hors tempête, tout en permettant, avec des engins classiques du genre chariots élévateurs, leur déplacement selon les besoins et contraintes d'implantation. - Abri selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque semelle (5) se présente sous la forme d'un massif réalisé en béton, dont le poids est de l'ordre de deux tonnes par exemple, choisi selon les conditions de vent.
- Abri selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque semelle comporte des inserts (7), filetés, permettant la fixation des rails (6) et des pieds (10) des montants (11).
- Abri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque massif comporte des aménagements en forme de tunnels (12) pour permettre le passage des fourches d'un chariot élévateur pour son transport.
- Abri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur des semelles (5) est telle qu'elle permet de loger, sous les rails (6), à l'une de leurs extrémités, un bac (15) permettant la récupération des fluides s'échappant du conteneur ou de la benne.
- Abri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un support intermédiaire (16) pour les rails (6) du berceau, disposé entre les semelles (5).
- Abri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des semelles (5) munies de moyens appropriés pour mettre à niveau ledit abri, ou pour régler une certaine pente, quel que soit l'état du sol d'accueil.
- Abri selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque semelle (5) comporte des pieds de calage (20), lesquels pieds sont constitués de plaques (21) munies de tiges filetées (22) avec des écrous (23) appropriés pour permettre le réglage selon les besoins.
- Abri selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un dispositif de sécurité qui comprend un anémomètre permettant de provoquer, au delà d'un certain seuil de vent, le basculement du panneau (2) faisant office de couverture, pour le faire passer de sa position inactive verticale, offrant une prise au vent maximale, à sa position active de couverture du conteneur ou de la benne.
