- un ensemble de blocs d'enveloppes conditionnées sur une palette de manutention dans des conditions améliorées de maintien et/ou de stabilité et/ou de mise en blocs pour un déconditionnement futur plus aisé,
- un procédé pour déconditionner un bloc d'enveloppes en permettant d'améliorer les conditions de chargement d'un chargeur d'une machine de traitement d'enveloppes (par exemple, une machine d'insertion),
- une machine pour enrubanner une série d'enveloppes conditionnées conformément à l'invention,
- et un procédé pour conditionner ainsi une telle série d'enveloppes.

Claims (12)
- Bloc d'enveloppes conditionnées comprenant :une série d'enveloppes (3, 3a) présentant une surface avant (30a) par-dessus laquelle se ferme un volet de fermeture de l'enveloppe, une surface arrière (30b) et une tranche, les enveloppes étant disposées les unes en regard des autres, par l'une et/ou l'autre des surfaces avant et arrière,des cales rigides (5, 7) disposées de part et d'autre de ladite série d'enveloppes, en regard de la face avant ou de la face arrière des première et dernière enveloppes de la série,et un moyen (11, 110) de maintien de la série d'enveloppes, ce moyen de maintien entourant étroitement la série d'enveloppes et les deux cales rigides.
- Bloc d'enveloppes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au sein de la série :a) toutes les enveloppes sont identiquement orientées et le moyen de maintien (11, 110) entoure les enveloppes à l'écart du volet de fermeture (9),b) le volet de fermeture de chaque enveloppe s'étend le long d'un côté de plus grande longueur ( L ) de cette enveloppe, etc) un repérage de l'orientation des enveloppes, y compris la position du volet (9) de fermeture, existe :du fait d'une capacité de repérer visuellement cette orientation à travers le moyen de maintien (11) et l'une au moins des cales (5, 7),et/ou par l'intermédiaire de moyens de repérage identifiant cette orientation et prévus sur le moyen de maintien (11) et/ou sur au moins une des cales (5, 7).
- Bloc d'enveloppes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien (11) est élastiquement déformable, hors tension exercée sur lui, et entoure dans un état élastique la série d'enveloppes et les cales rigides.
- Bloc d'enveloppes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien (11) comprend un film étirable en matière plastique.
- Bloc d'enveloppes selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les cales rigides (5, 7) et le film de maintien de la série d'enveloppes sont transparents, ou bien le film et/ou les cales sont pourvues d'un moyen de repérage pour fournir à l'utilisateur du bloc d'enveloppes conditionnées un repérage dans l'espace des enveloppes, lesquelles sont, dans la série, toutes orientées de la même manière.
- Ensemble comprenant :une série de blocs d'enveloppes conditionnées (1) suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,une palette (31) de manutention sur laquelle reposent plusieurs blocs d'enveloppes conditionnées, disposés au moins pour certains avec un tronçon de la tranche des enveloppes et des cales desdits blocs en regard d'une surface supérieure d'appui de la palette,et un moyen d'enrobage de la palette et de la série de blocs d'enveloppes disposés sur elle, ce moyen d'enrobage comprenant un film élastique étirable, étiré dans sa zone de déformation élastique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que :la série de blocs (1) d'enveloppes conditionnées se répartit sur plusieurs couches superposées,un intercalaire (33) est interposé entre certaines au moins des couches,et certains au moins des blocs d'enveloppes présentent, au sein de la série d'enveloppes, des irrégularités de surface à un niveau supérieur et/ou inférieur du bloc, en liaison avec des tolérances de fabrication.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'endroit du premier niveau de bloc d'enveloppes situé immédiatement au-dessus de la palette, les blocs d'enveloppes concernés reposent sur une surface de support pleine, non ajourée, par l'intermédiaire pour cela d'au moins une feuille intercalaire (35) et/ou d'une surface supérieure horizontale pleine (37) de la palette.
- Procédé pour déconditionner un bloc d'enveloppes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que :a) on dispose au moins un dit bloc d'enveloppes (1 ; 3, 3a) dans un chargeur (67) de machine de traitement d'enveloppes,b) préalablement ou postérieurement à l'étape a), on retire d'une seule pièce le moyen de maintien (11, 110) qui enserre alors la série d'enveloppes et les cales rigides (5, 7), sans donc rompre ce moyen de maintien, et on retire également les cales rigides,c) puis on alimente la machine de traitement des enveloppes avec cette série d'enveloppes déconditionnées, disposées dans le chargeur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que pour retirer le moyen de maintien et/ou les cales rigides vis-à-vis d'une série d'enveloppes conditionnées, on écarte le moyen de maintien (11) et/ou les cales rigides (5, 7) par rapport à ladite série d'enveloppes, en maintenant malgré tout le moyen de maintien et/ou les cales rigides en regard des surfaces avant (30a) ou arrière (30b) des enveloppes qui leur font face, puis on retire le moyen de maintien et/ou les plaques rigides, par déplacement transversal relatif, à l'écart de ces surfaces, entre la série d'enveloppes et lesdites cales et/ou le moyen de maintien.
- Machine pour enrober une série (1) d'enveloppes sous forme d'un bloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, la machine comprenant :une pince (17) avec des mors (19, 21) pour serrer la série d'enveloppes et les cales rigides,et des moyens pour disposer, serré autour d'eux, un moyen de maintien (11) de la série d'enveloppes et les cales rigides, ledit moyen de maintien étant disposé, lors de sa mise en place, autour de la série d'enveloppes, des cales rigides et des mors de la pince.
- Machine selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que certains au moins des mors de la pince sont pourvus d'une surface (27) ayant un pouvoir glissant vis-à-vis des cales rigides et/ou du moyen de maintien, pour en faciliter le retrait après mise en place de ce moyen de maintien autour des cales et de la série d'enveloppes.
