Abstract
Description
- This invention relates to a structure for easy inserting or taking out a thin element, and more particularly to a thin element container with a structure which can help inserting or taking out a thin element, such as a paper, of the thin element container.
- Please refer to Figs. 1A & 1B. Figs. 1A & 1B are showing the obverse and reverse sides of the known
thin element container 10 for putting athin element 14 inside in the prior art. Thethin element container 10 includes thecover sheet 12, thebottom sheet 13, and aframe window 11 on thecover sheet 12. Thethin element 14 with personal character can be shown through theframe window 11 which is made of transparent material. And thebottom sheet 13 will only be a bottom layer of thethin element container 10. Generally, thisthin element container 10 can be used as the cover on different articles. - But in this known condition, the action for inserting or taking out the
thin element 14 might be hindered by thenarrow space 15 between thecover sheet 12 and thebottom sheet 13. When inserting or taking out athin element 14, e.g., a piece of paper, thethin element 14 might not be straight into or out of thethin element container 10 and will cause the user lots of time, even crease or break the importantthin element 14. - Because of the defects described above, the applicant keeps on carving unflaggingly to develop "the structure for easy inserting or taking out a thin element and the method thereof" through wholehearted experience and research.
- It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure and method for easy inserting or taking out a thin element in a thin element container.
- It is another object of the present invention to provide a structure sufficient for the user's fingers entering the thin element container to move the thin element which is going to be inserted or taken out of the thin element container.
- The present invention provides a structure for easy inserting or taking out a thin element includes a cover sheet having a frame window for showing the inserted thin element, and a bottom sheet having a slit at one edge thereof for inserting or taking out the thin element and at least one crevice for helping the thin element to be moved between the cover sheet and the bottom sheet when the thin element is inserted or taken out via the slit.
- Preferably, the thin element is a paper.
- Preferably, the frame window is made of transparent materials.
- Preferably, the slit is posited on one of four edges of the bottom sheet.
- Preferably, the at least one crevice is opposite to the slit for helping the thin element to be moved.
- Preferably, at least one of the crevices provides a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved.
- In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a method for easy inserting or taking out a thin element from a structure having a frame window on a cover sheet and a slit and at least one crevice on a bottom sheet includes steps of inserting or taking out the thin element from a space defined by the cover sheet and the bottom sheet via the slit, and providing a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved by at least one of the crevices.
- Preferably, the thin element is a paper.
- Preferably, the frame window is made of transparent materials.
- Preferably, the slit is posited on one of four edges of the bottom sheet.
- Preferably, at least one of the crevices is opposite to the slit for helping the thin element to be moved.
- Preferably, at least one of the crevices provides a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved.
- The above objects and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent to those ordinarily skilled in the art after reviewing the following detailed descriptions and accompanying drawings, in which:
- Fig. 1A is the obverse side view of a thin element container in the prior art;
- Fig. 1B is the reverse side view of a thin element container in the prior art;
- Fig. 2A is the obverse side view of a thin element container according to the present invention;
- Fig. 2B is the reverse side view of a thin element container according to the present invention;
- Figs. 3A & 3B show the obverse side view of the thin element container in a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention;
- Figs. 4A & 4B show the reverse side view of the thin element container in a second preferred embodiment according to the present invention; and
- Fig. 5 shows the reverse side view of the thin element container in a third preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
- Please refer to Figs. 2A & 2B. Figs. 2A & 2B show the obverse side and the reverse side views of the thin element container according to the present invention. The
thin element container 20 mainly includes thecover sheet 22 and thebottom sheet 23. Theframe window 21 is on the center of thecover sheet 22 and is made of a transparent material. Theslit 25 is on one edge of thebottom sheet 23, and thecrevice 26 is on thebottom sheet 23, too. Theslit 25 provides a position for the user to easily separate thebottom sheet 23 and thecover sheet 22 and insert thethin element 24 into thethin element container 20. And in the obverse view (Fig. 2A). through theframe window 21, thecrevice 26 on thebottom sheet 23 can be seen (also shown in Fig. 2B). Generally, because of the friction among the surface of thecover sheet 22, thebottom sheet 23, and thethin element 24, the action of moving thethin element 24 becomes difficult sometimes. The movement of thethin element 24 in thethin element container 20 becomes harder due to the only inserting or taking out way of the thin element container in the prior art. But now, thecrevice 26 on thebottom sheet 23 provides a space for the user's fingers entering thethin element container 20 and helping thethin element 24 to move in or out of thethin element container 30 easily. Because of the help of thecrevice 26 on thebottom sheet 23, the movement of thethin element 24 between thecover sheet 22 and thebottom sheet 23 will become easier and smoother. And also, adjusting the position of thethin element 24 in thethin element container 20 will not bother the user any more. - Please refer to Figs. 3A & 3B. Figs. 3A & 3B show the different types of the frame window of the obverse side according to the present invention. The
frame window 31 on thecover sheet 32 is made to show thethin element 34 in thethin element container 30. But it will be more characteristic if theframe window 31 can be different from traditional way. Thus not only can the rectangular shape frame window be used, but the other shape can be used, such as circular, oval-shaped, animal-like, or irregular shape. The purpose of theframe window 31 is to show thethin element 34. On the other hand, theframe window 31 also can decorate thecover sheet 32. - Please refer to Figs. 4A & 4B. Figs. 4A & 4B show the position of at least one of the crevices on the bottom sheet according to the present invention. For corresponding to the different size of the
thin element 44, at least one of thecrevices 46 can be set on thebottom sheet 43 in different positions. When thethin element 44 is smaller, the user can put his finger into the one of thecrevices 46 which is closer to theslit 45 to help thethin element 44 entering thethin element container 40. Because the different positions of thecrevices 46 on thebottom sheet 43, the shape and length of thethin element 44 will not affect the entrance or existence of thethin element 44 into thethin element container 40. Hence thethin element 44 can be inserted or taken out easily, smoothly and conveniently. - Please refer to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows the different directions of at least one of the crevices and the unsealed edge of the bottom sheet according to the present invention. According to the different demand of the different articles used the
thin element container 50 as a cover, the unsealed edge of thethin element container 50 can be changed. - The features disclosed in the foregoing description, in the claims and / or in the accompanying drawings may, both separately and in any combination thereof, be material for realising the invention in diverse forms thereof.
