ORIGINAL
Name of Applicant/s: Actual Inventor/s: Address for Service: Beautone Co., Ltd.
Fei-Chen Lee BALDWIN SHELSTON WATERS MARGARET STREET SYDNEY NSW 2000 CCN: 3710000352 Invention Title: 'STRUCTURE FOR EASY INSERTING OR TAKING OUT THIN ELEMENT AND METHOD THEREOF' The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to us:- File: 34860AUP00 la STRUCTURE FOR EASY INSERTING OR TAKING OUT THIN ELEMENT AND METHOD THEREOF FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a structure for easy inserting or taking out a thin element, and more particularly to a thin element container with a structure which can help inserting or taking out a thin element, such as a paper, of the thin element container.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Please refer to Figs. 1A lB. Figs. 1A 1B are showing the obverse and reverse sides of the known thin element container 10 for putting a thin element 14 inside in the piior art. The thin element container 10 includes "the cover sheet 12, the bottom sheet 13, and a frame window 11 on the cover sheet 12. The thin element 14 with personal character can be shown through the frame window 11 which is made of transparent material. And the bottom sheet 13 will only be a bottom layer of the thin element container Generally, this thin element container 10 can be used as the cover on different articles.
But in this known condition, the action for inserting or taking out the thin element 14 might be hindered by the narrow space 15 between the cover sheet 12 and the bottom sheet 13. When inserting or taking out a thin element 14, a piece of paper, the thin element 14 might not be straight into or out of the thin element container 10 and will cause the user lots of time, even crease or break the important thin element 14.
Because of the defects described above, the applicant keeps on carving unflaggingly to develop "the structure for easy inserting or taking out a 2 thin element and the method thereof through wholehearted experience and research.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure and method for easy inserting or taking out a thin element in a thin element container.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a structure sufficient for the user's fingers entering the thin element container to move the thin element which is going to be inserted or take out of the thin element io container.
The present invention provides a structure for easy inserting or taking out a thin element includes a cover sheet having a frame window for showing the inserted thin element, and a bottom sheet having a cut-out at one edge thereof for inserting or taking out the thin element and at least one flap for Is helping the thin element to be moved between the cover sheet and the bottom sheet when the thin element is inserted or taken out via the cut-out.
Preferably, the thin element is a paper.
Preferably, the frame window is made of transparent materials.
Preferably, the cut-out is posited on one of four edges of the bottom S 20 sheet.
Preferably, the at least one flap is opposite to the cut-out for helping the thin element to be moved.
Preferably, at least one of the flaps provides a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved.
In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a method for easy inserting or taking out a thin element from a structure having a frame window on a cover sheet and a cut-out and at least one flap on a bottom sheet includes steps of inserting or taking out the thin element from a space defined by the rvewr shPt and the bohnttom she.t via the cut-out, and Droviding a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved by at least one of the flaps.
Preferably, the thin element is a paper.
Preferably, the frame window is made of transparent materials.
3 Preferably, the cut-out is posited on one of four edges of the bottom sheet.
Preferably, at least one of the flaps is opposite to the cut-out for helping the thin element to be moved.
Preferably, at least one of the flaps provides a space sufficient for at least one finger entering to help the thin element to be moved.
The above objects and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent to those ordinarily skilled in the art after reviewing the following detailed descriptions and accompanying drawings, in which: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1A is the obverse side view of a thin element container in the prior art; Fig. 1B is the reverse side view of a thin element container in the prior art; ~Fig. 2A is the obverse side view of a thin element container according to the present invention; Fig. 2B is the reverse side view of a thin element container according to the present invention; 20 Figs. 3A 3B shows the obverse side view of the thin element container in a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention; Figs. 4A and 4B show the reverse side view of the thin element container in a second preferred embodiment according to the present invention; "and 25 Fig. 5 shows the reverse side view of the thin element container in a third preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Please refer to Figs. 2A 2B. Figs. 2A 2B show the obverse side ^f th^ rverse... ieI viewCr f tha thin lpmnt cnntninpr ~c.r.nrding to the Dresent WiO Le I 1% o I invention. The thin element container 20 mainly includes the cover sheet 22 and the bottom sheet 23. The frame window 21 is on the center of the cover sheet 22 and is made of a transparent material. The cut-out 25 is on one edge of the 4 bottom sheet 23, and the flap 26 is on the bottom sheet 23, too. The cut-out provides a position for the user to easily separate the bottom sheet 23 and the cover sheet 22 and insert the thin element 24 into the thin element container And in the obverse view (Fig. 2A) through the frame window 21, the flap 26 on the bottom sheet 23 can be seen (also shown in Fig. 2B). Generally, because of the friction among the surface of the cover sheet 22, the bottom sheet 23, and the thin element 24, the action of moving the thin element 24 becomes difficult sometimes. The movement of the thin element 24 in the thin element container becomes harder due to the only inserting or taking out way of the thin 0io element container in the prior art. But now, the flap 26 on the bottom sheet 23 provides a space for the user's fingers entering the thin element container and helping the thin element 24 to move in or out of the thin element container easily. Because of the help of the flap 26 on the bottom sheet 23, the movement of the thin element 24 between the cover sheet 22 and the bottom sheet 23 will become easier and smoother. And also, adjusting the position of the thin element 24 in the thin element container 20 will not bother the user any more.
Please refer to Figs. 3A and 3B. Figs. 3A 3B show the different types of the frame window of the obverse side according to the present 20o invention. The frame window 31 on the cover sheet 32 is made to show the thin element 34 in the thin element container 30. But it will be more characteristic if the frame window 31 can be different from traditional way. Thus not only can •the rectangular shape frame window be used, but the other shape can be used, such as circular, oval-shaped, animal-like, or irregular shape. The purpose of the frame window 31 is to show the thin element 34. On the other hand, the frame window 31 also can decorate the cover sheet 32.
Please refer to Figs. 4A 4B. Figs. 4A 4B show the position of at least one of the flaps on the bottom sheet according to the present invention.
For corresponding to the different size of the thin element 44, at least one of the flaps 46 can be set on the bottom sheet 43 in different positions. When the thin element 44 is smaller, the user can put his finger into the one of the flaps 46 which is closer to the cut-out 45 to help the thin element 44 entering the thin element container 40. Because the different positions of the flaps 46 on the 5 bottom sheet 43, the shape and length of the thin element 44 will not affect the entrance or existence of the thin element 44 into the thin element container Hence the thin element 44 can be inserted or taken out easily, smoothly and conveniently.
Please refer to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows the different directions of at least one of the flaps and the unsealed edge of the bottom sheet according to the present invention. According to the different demand of the different articles used the thin element container 50 as a cover, the unsealed edge of the thin element container 50 can be changed.
While the invention has been described in terms of what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention needs not be limited to the disclosed embodiment.
On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such i o o modifications and similar structures.
