Known printing machines, in particular web printing machines, have at least a color box. The ink fountain comes with one required for printing Color, especially printing ink, filled. To supply the printing press with An ink roller assigned to each ink fountain is used to ensure ink partial immersion in the paint box on the surface with the respective color wetted. The color taken from the paint box in this way is passed on to other organs Passed printing press.
Filling another color when changing colors or due to maintenance Working, are in known embodiments of ink fountains for printing presses very complex because the ink fountain has to be cleaned thoroughly beforehand. The Cleaning is further complicated by the fact that the colors are chemically aggressive and stick firmly to the inside surface of the ink fountain.
Starting from the foregoing, the invention is based on the object Ink fountain for a printing press, preferably several such ink fountains having printing machine and a process to make it quick and easy Color changes are possible without time-consuming cleaning.
A color box for solving this problem has the features of claim 1. The fact that in the outer container of the ink fountain at least one insert for Arranging color is a quick and easy cleaning of the Color box guaranteed. Ideally, there is no need to clean the ink fountain. In addition, the use of the ink fountain results in greatly reduced Changeover times of the printing press and a lower environmental impact because none Cleaning rags, cleaning agents or solvents etc. for cleaning the ink fountain must be used, which brings a cost saving. When cleaning or a required color change is simply the use of the paint box removed and sent to the recycling cycle. Before refilling the ink fountain of the printing press is simply a new use in the outer Container of the color box inserted. Then use the color box with Fill color. The color can also be filled in during use, though this is inserted into the (outer) container of the ink fountain.
Furthermore, this is constructive Design ensures that the use of attachments related with the ink fountain is not affected by the use of the insert.
Fig. 2 shows an example of a
The
äußeren Behälters 16 aufliegt.4 shows a cross section through the
The
Kunststoffmaterials in bekannter Weise gefertigt.
Druckmaschinen gegeben. The wall thickness of the
beispielsweise Polyäthylenterephthalat (PET), Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Polypropylen (PP)
The thermoplastic material used for the production of the
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren läuft wie folgt ab:The method according to the invention proceeds as follows:
Farbe
Since the paint is in the
If, for example, the color is to be removed from the
The paint is dried in the
