Claims (14)

  1. A method for fixing an injection bolt (1) in a building part of solid mineral construction material,
    in which said injection bolt (1) is pushed into a hole (10) directed from an outer surface of said building part into the inside of said building part,
    a fluid fixing material (11) is introduced between an outer surface of said injection bolt (1) and an inner surface of said hole (10),
    and said fixing material (11) hardens such that said injection bolt (1) is held by said hardened fixing material (11) in said hole (10),
    wherein said fixing material (11) foams and expands after introduction into said hole (10), distributes therein along a substantially tubular inner part (2) of said injection bolt (1), and can penetrate into unevennesses and fissures of said building part, and hardens as a foam,
    wherein after said hardening of said fixing material (11), an injection material is injected into said building part through said injection bolt (1),
    wherein said injection bolt comprises an outer part (3) joined to said inner part (2) and adapted to be arranged outside of said hole (10) after the introduction of said injection bolt (1) into said hole,
    characterized in that said injection bolt comprises a sealing lip (8) for inhibiting an advancement of said fixing material (11) and being arranged at said inner part (2) in a certain distance from said outer part (3) and running around the circumference of said inner part (2),
    and further comprising a closing plate (4) having a larger outer diameter than said sealing lip (8), and abutting against said outer surface of said building part after said pushing of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10), and substantially closing said hole (10) to the outside, and comprising a thin portion or an opening (5) for introducing said fixing material (11) through said closing plate (4).
  2. A method according to claim 1, in which said fixing material (11) is introduced between said outer surface of said injection bolt (1) and said inner surface of said hole (10).
  3. A method according to one of the preceding claims, in which said injection bolt (1) is centred at least at portions thereof, in said hole (10) by a sealing lip (8) of said injection bolt (1) adapted to the inner section of said hole.
  4. A set of an injection bolt (1) being adapted for a method according to one of the preceding claims and a fluid fixing material (11) being adapted for fixing said injection bolt (1) according to claim 1, wherein said injection bolt (1) comprises:
    a substantially tubular inner part (2) adapted to be arranged in said hole (10) after pushing said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10) and to be held in said hole (10) by fixing material (11) introduced between an outer surface of said inner part (2) and the inner surface of said hole (10),
    and an outer part (3) joined to said inner part (2) and adapted to be arranged outside of said hole (10) after said introduction of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10),
    and wherein said fixing material (11) is such that it foams and expands after introduction into said hole (10), distributes along said inner part (2) of said injection bolt (1), and can penetrate into unevennesses and fissures of said building part, and hardens as a foam,
    so that after said hardening of said fixing material (11), an injection material can be injected into said building part through said injection bolt (1),
    characterized in that said injection bolt further comprises a sealing lip (8) for inhibiting an advancement of said fixing material (11), being arranged at said inner part (2) in a certain distance from said outer part (3), and running around the circumference of said inner part (2),
    and further comprises a closing plate (4) having a larger outer diameter than said sealing lip (8), and abutting at said outer surface of said building part after said pushing of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10), and substantially closing said hole (10) to the outside, and comprising a thin portion or an opening (5) for introducing said fixing material (11) through said closing plate (4).
  5. A set according to claim 4, in which said distance between said sealing lip (8) and said outer part (3) amounts to at least double the outer diameter of said inner part (2) in the region of said distance.
  6. A set according to claim 4 or 5, in which said sealing lip (8) is provided twice and with an axial space between both sealing lips (8).
  7. A set according to one of claims 4 - 6, in which the outer diameter of said sealing lip (8) amounts to at least 1.2 times the outer diameter of said inner part (2) in the region between said outer part (3) and said sealing lip (8).
  8. A set according to one of claims 4 - 7, in which a bulge (9) having a smaller outer radius than said sealing lip (8) is provided between said closing plate (4) and said sealing lip (8).
  9. A set according to one of claims 4 - 8, having a valve-free inner tube passage (6) through said inner part (2) and said outer part (3) of said injection bolt (1).
  10. A set according to one of claims 4 - 9, in which said outer part (3) comprises a connection (7) adapted for a removable snap mounting of a supply line.
  11. An injection bolt (1) being adapted to be fixed in a building part of solid mineral construction material by being pushed into a hole (10) directed from an outer surface of said building part into the inside of said building part, introducing a fluid fixing material (11) between an outer surface of said injection bolt (1) and an inner surface of said hole (10) and hardening of the foaming fixing material (11), and comprising:
    an essentially tubular inner part (2) adapted to be arranged in said hole (10) after said pushing of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10) and for being held in said hole (10) by fixing material (11) introduced between said outer surface of said inner part (2) and said inner surface of said hole (10),
    and an outer part (3) joined to said inner part (2) and adapted to be arranged outside of said hole (10) after said pushing of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10),
    characterized by sealing lip (8) for inhibiting an advancement of said fixing material (11) and being arranged at said inner part (2) in a certain distance from said outer part (3), and running around the circumference of said inner part (2),
    and further by a closing plate (4) having a larger outer diameter than said sealing lip (8) and being adapted to abut against said outer surface of said building part after said pushing of said injection bolt (1) into said hole (10) and essentially closing said hole (10) to the outside, and comprising a thin portion or an opening (5) for introducing said fixing material (11) through said closing plate (4).
  12. An injection bolt (1) according to claim 11, in which said distance between said sealing lip (8) and said outer part (3) amounts to at least double the outer diameter of said inner part (2) in the region of said distance.
  13. An injection bolt (1) according to claim 11 or 12, in which said sealing lip (8) is provided twice and with an axial space between both sealing lips (8).
  14. An injection bolt (1) according to one of claims 11 - 13, in which a bulge (9) having a smaller outer radius than said sealing lip (8) is provided between said closing plate (4) and said sealing lip (8).
