Claims (20)

  1. Anordnung für die Auftragsfertigung von Kleidung mit einer Steuerung, die betriebsmäßig mit einem Eingabemittel verbunden ist, wobei das Eingabemittel geeignet ist, der Steuerung eine Vielzahl von Eingangsvariablen für Körperabmessungen und eine weitere Eingangsvariable, die personengebunden an einen bestimmten Kunden ist, zur Verfügung zu stellen, und wobei die Steuerung geeignet ist, die Eingangsvariable weiterzuverarbeiten, um einen Satz von zumindest geschätzten Körperabmessungen vorherzusagen, wobei jede geschätzte Körperabmessung aus einer oder mehreren Eingangsvariablen abgeleitet ist und gebraucht wird, um Schnittmusterdaten abzuleiten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die weitere Eingangsvariable eine Darstellung des Alters des Kunden ist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die geschätzten Körperabmessungen von einem nicht linearen Verhältnis des Alters abgeleitet sind.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Eingangsvariablen weiterhin eine oder mehrere Eingangsgrößen aus Gewicht, Größe, Kragenweite, Ärmellänge und Taille des Kunden einschließen.
  4. Anordnung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die geschätzten Körperabmessungen mindestens eine Abmessung von Brustumfang, Hüftumfang, Armumfang, Handgelenksumfang, Schulterbreite, Armlänge und Rückenlänge einschließen.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die geschätzten Körperabmessungen unter Bezug auf eine Vielzahl der Eingangsvariablen nach einem Satz von Vorhersageregeln, die in Verbindung mit der Steuerung angewendet werden, vorhersagbar sind.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorhersageregeln auf die Eingangsvariablen anwendbar sind und die geschätzten Körperabmessungen zur Nutzung anstatt der unbekannten Körperabmessungen, vorzugsweise unter Anwendung einer Regressionstechnik, vorzugsweise einer mehrfach linearen Regressionstechnik, erzeugen.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jedes Mal, wenn ein Auftrag platziert wird, oder jedes Mal, wenn die Referenzdatenbank der Musterkörperabmessungen geändert wird, ein Satz von Vorhersageregeln erzeugt wird.
  8. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die nach Auftrag gefertigte Kleidung ein Hemd, eine Bluse oder Jacke oder eine Hose einschließt und dass im Fall einer Hose die Eingangsvariablen der Körperabmessungen einen Wert oder mehrere Werte aus Fußgröße, Schuhgröße, innerer Bein- und Saumlänge einschließen.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die nach Auftrag gefertigte Kleidung weiterhin eine Jacke und wahlweise eine Weste in Kombination mit der Hose einschließt, um z. B. einen Anzug zu bilden.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Kunde einen Befehl hinsichtlich der Struktur mindestens eines Bereiches der Kleidung, wie z. B. eines Materialtyps, der Farbe, der Form oder Passform des Kragens, der Manschetten oder der Ärmelgestaltung eingibt, wobei der Befehl vorzugsweise von dem Kunden bei einer Überprüfung eines vorausberechneten oder simulierten fertiggestellten Kleidungsstücks änderbar ist.
  11. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Eingabemittel eine Eingangsplattform einschließen, die gebildet wird, indem mindestens ein Fernnetz (WAN), ein lokales Netzwerk (LAN), ein Mobiltelefonnetz, ein Internet-Bestellprozess oder ein interaktiver Postbestellprozess, der z. B. interaktiv von dem Kunden als Antwort auf Lieferantenabfragen durchgeführt wird, nutzbar ist.
  12. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine Anordnung zum Fertigen von Kleidung geeignet ist, von der Steuerung die Musterdaten zu empfangen und davon die Auftragskleidung zu fertigen.
  13. Anordnung nach Anspruch 12,
    weiterhin gekennzeichnet,
    durch eine Abrechnungs- und Vertriebsanordnung für Kundenabrechnungen und zum Schicken der Auftragskleidung zu den Kunden.
  14. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass dem Kunden eine virtuelle Darstellung der Auftragskleidung zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wobei die virtuelle Darstellung vorzugsweise dreidimensional gezeigt wird und vorzugsweise beweglich ist, um zu zeigen, wie die Kleidung aus verschiedenen Winkeln oder Standpunkten aussehen könnte.
  15. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass dem Kunden eine Darstellung einer virtuellen Person, vorzugsweise einem Vertreter seiner Körperformen entsprechend den geschätzten Körperabmessungen, die ein Teil der Auftragskleidung entsprechend den Musterdaten trägt, wobei die virtuelle Person vorzugsweise dreidimensional dargestellt wird und vorzugsweise beweglich ist, um durch eine Überprüfung zu zeigen, wie die Kleidung im Gebrauch aussehen könnte.
  16. Anordnung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Darstellung für den Kunden mit einer Vielzahl von verschiedenen Posen und Hintergründen, wie z. B. Simulationen eines Posierens oder Bewegens in städtischen und ländlichen Umgebungen, vorzugsweise mit der Möglichkeit, dass zusätzliche virtuelle Figuren darin vorhanden sind, verfügbar ist.
  17. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Darstellung für den Kunden so verfügbar ist, dass Kleidung zusätzlich zu der Auftragskleidung getragen wird, wie z. B. in einem Fall, wo die Auftragskleidung ein Hemd umfasst, wobei zusätzliche Kleidung eine Auswahl an Hosen umfasst, wodurch der Kunde die Auftragskleidung in einer Vielzahl von Kombinationen und Stilen der Gesamtkleidung beurteilen kann.
  18. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Eingangsvariablen nur das Alter, das Gewicht, die Größe und die Kragenweite des Kunden umfassen.
  19. Informationsträger, wie z. B. eine CD-ROM, auf dem mindestens ein Programm codiert ist, um die Anwendung einer Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zu ermöglichen, wobei das Programm z. B. mindestens eine Webseiten-Schnittstelle, eine Datenbank für Kleidungsoptionen oder Dimensionsinformationen, einen Webbrowser, ein Bestell-/Abrechnungssystem und ein Darstellungsprogramm zum Ermöglichen der Darstellung eines Bildes der Auftragskleidung aufweist.
  20. Verfahren zur Produktion von Auftragskleidung, das aufweist:
    a) Eingeben einer Vielzahl von Körperabmessungs-Eingangsvariablen, die personengebunden an einen bestimmten Kunden sind, und einer weiteren Eingangsvariable, die eine Darstellung des Alters des Kunden enthält, in eine Steuerung,
    b) Weiterverarbeiten der Eingangsvariablen, und
    c) Vorhersagen eines Satzes von zumindest geschätzten Körperabmessungen aus der Weiterverarbeitung, wobei jede geschätzte Körperabmessung aus einer oder mehreren Eingangsvariablen abgeleitet ist, und
    d) Ableiten von Schnittmusterdaten von den geschätzten Körperabmessungen.
