Claims (11)

  1. Outil de forage (12) utilisé dans une application de forage horizontal pour agrandir le diamètre d'un trou de forage préalablement foré, l'outil de forage comprenant :
    un corps (13),
    des moyens de forage (14) comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de coupe (14) espacés de manière radiale, montés sur ledit corps (13) pour agrandir ledit trou de forage préalablement foré jusqu'à un second trou de forage de plus grand diamètre,
    un guide (15) s'étendant vers l'avant dudit corps (13) adapté pour se trouver dans ledit trou de forage préalablement foré afin de guider le mouvement dudit outil de forage le long dudit trou de forage préalablement foré,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un premier ensemble de surfaces de stabilisation (18) comprend une pluralité de nervures (20) qui s'étendent chacune le long de l'axe longitudinal de l'outil de forage (12) et sont espacées de manière radiale autour de l'outil de forage (12) de sorte que l'on trouve l'une desdites nervures (20) positionnée entre chacun desdits dispositifs de coupe (14), et
    une seconde surface de stabilisation ou secondes surfaces de stabilisation (18) sur la périphérie arrière dudit corps (13), lesdites première et seconde surfaces de stabilisation étant adaptées pour venir en butée contre la paroi dudit second trou de forage réduisant ainsi ces charges qui sont appliquées sur lesdits moyens de forage (14) qui sont transversaux par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dudit outil de forage (12).
  2. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le guide (15) a le même diamètre ou un diamètre légèrement inférieur au trou de forage préalablement foré, moyennant quoi le guide (15) supporte l'extrémité avant de l'outil de forage (12) et garantit que l'outil de forage (12) progresse le long de la même trajectoire que le trou de forage préalablement foré.
  3. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite seconde surface de stabilisation (18) comprend la surface externe d'un anneau (21) qui est positionné vers l'arrière des moyens de forage (14).
  4. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite seconde surface de stabilisation (18) comprend la surface externe d'une pluralité de tampons (29) qui sont espacés autour de la périphérie de l'outil de forage (12) et positionnés vers l'arrière des moyens de forage (14).
  5. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite seconde surface de stabilisation (18) comprend une pluralité de rouleaux espacés de manière radiale qui ont un axe de rotation qui est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de l'outil de forage (12).
  6. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface du guide (15) a une forme cylindrique pour s'adapter dans le trou de forage préalablement foré.
  7. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le guide (15) comprend des nervures longitudinales (23) ou rouleaux espacés autour de la périphérie du guide.
  8. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les nervures longitudinales (20) de la surface de stabilisation (18) sont hélicoïdales.
  9. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les nervures longitudinales (25) sur le guide (15) sont hélicoïdales.
  10. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un moteur pour boue de forage (30) suivant l'outil de forage (12).
  11. Outil de forage (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le guide (15) comprend un raccord vissé pour un train de tiges de forage, moyennant quoi l'outil de forage (12) est adapté pour l'alésage en arrière.
