Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens auf eine Spule einer Spulmaschine aufgezeigt, bei dem ein Drehteller, auf dem zwei antreibbare Spulspindeln drehbar gelagert sind, gegenüber einer Kontaktwalze kontinuierlich mit sich in der Regel ändernden Winkelgeschwindigkeiten unabhängig von einer Bewegung der Kontaktwalze gedreht wird. Der Faden wird mit einer Verlegeeinrichtung über die Kontaktwalze auf die Spule aufgewickelt. Der Abstand zwischen der Achse der Kontaktwalze und der Achse der in Betrieb befindlichen Spulspindel wird im Sinne einer Vergrößerung entsprechend dem wachsenden Durchmesser der Spule ohne Unterbrechung des Antriebes des Drehtellers verändert. Der jeweis aktuelle Durchmesser DS der Spule wird aus der ermittelten Drehzahl nS der Spulspindel und aus der ermittelten Drehzahl nK der Kontaktwalze oder der ermittelten Zuliefergeschwindigkeit des Fadens berechnet. An festgelegten Stützpunkten über die Spulreise wird der jeweils aktuelle Istdrehwinkel αist des Motors des Drehtellers ermittelt und unter Anwendung einer Formel betreffend die geometrischen Beziehungen der Spulmaschine oder durch Vergleich mit einer hinterlegten Wertetabelle der jeweils aktuelle Solldrehwinkel αsoll des Motors des Drehtellers, der zu dem jeweils aktuellen Durchmesser DS der Spule gehört, ermittelt. An den festgelegten Stützpunkten wird eine jeweils aktuelle Winkeldifferenz Δα zwischen dem jeweils aktuellen Solldrehwinkel αsoll und dem jeweils aktuellen Istdrehwinkel αist des Motors des Drehtellers gebildet. Der Motor des Drehtellers wird an den festgelegten Stützpunkten mit den den jeweils aktuellen Winkeldifferenzen Δα entsprechenden Signalen als Stellgrößen angesteuert.
