The invention consists, apart from the arrangements described above, in a certain number of other arrangements which will be explained below, with reference to nonlimiting exemplary embodiments, described with reference to the appended figures, among which:
  • Figures 1 and 2 are views relating to a first embodiment of the pot according to the invention;
  • Figure 3 illustrates the use of the pot shown in Figures 1 and 2; and
  • Figures 4 and 5 relate to a second embodiment.

Claims (15)

  1. Pot (1) for packaging a product, particularly a product in the form of a cream or a gel, comprising at least one deformable part (11, 13-15) in contact with the product inside the pot, the pot (1) being configured such that a pressure exerted on the deformable part or parts (11, 13-15) gives rise to a deformation of the latter and a displacement of the product towards the opening (23), the deformable part or parts resuming their non-deformed position through elastic return when said pressure ceases, characterized in that the pot (1) comprises a rigid framework (2) formed from at least one portion (4-7, 40, 50) extending over substantially the entire height of the pot and ending in a neck (22), a free edge of which delimits an opening (23) for the pot, said framework being produced from a first material, and in that the deformable part (11, 13-15) is produced from a second material of lower rigidity than the first material.
  2. Pot (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that at least one deformable portion (13, 15) enables the pot (1) to deform in response to a pressure exerted transversely to an axis X of the pot (1).
  3. Pot (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said portions forming the framework (4-7, 40, 50) form a single piece via their ends located in the vicinity of the neck (22), their ends arranged in the vicinity of the base (11) being free.
  4. Pot (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the angular width of said portions (4-7, 40, 50) increases towards the neck (22) of the pot.
  5. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the neck (22) is obtained by moulding together with the framework (2).
  6. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the neck (22) is formed of a separate piece (20) mounted on the framework (2) particularly by means of adhesive bonding, welding or snap-fitting.
  7. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that at its end opposite the neck (22) the pot has a base (11) constituting a deformable part.
  8. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the deformable part or parts (11, 13-15) is or are obtained by overmoulding of said second material on the framework (2).
  9. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the framework (2) is produced from polypropylene or polyethylene.
  10. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the deformable part or parts (11, 13-15) is or are produced from an elastomeric material or from a polyolefin obtained by metallocene catalysis.
  11. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the rigid framework is arranged inside the deformable part or parts, in contact with the product.
  12. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that an outer surface of the neck (22) includes a screwthread (25) capable of interacting with a corresponding screwthread of a lid (30).
  13. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the pot includes an alternation of at least two rigid portions (4-7) constituting the framework (2) and of at least two deformable parts (13, 15), the deformable parts extending over substantially the entire height of the pot.
  14. Pot (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the second material is transparent or translucent.
  15. Use of a pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims for packaging a cosmetic product, particularly a hairstyling product or a skin- or hair-care product.
