Throttle body according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the free end of the end arm (15) of the clamp spring (14) is bent away transversely with respect to the direction in which the actuator (7, 7') and emergency running stop (13) are acted upon, and forms a pivot spindle (28) on which the tilting lever (27) is pivotably arranged.
  4. Throttle body according to Claim 3, characterized in that the tilting lever (27) has a bore (29) which extends transversely with respect to the direction in which the actuator (7, 7') and emergency running stop (13) are acted upon, and into which the bent-away, free end of the end arm (15) of the clamp spring (14) projects.
  5. Throttle body according to either of Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the clamp spring (14) comprises a coil (25) of one or more spring turns, from which the end arms (15, 16) extend approximately radially outwards.
  6. Throttle body according to Claim 5, characterized in that that end arm (15) of the clamp spring (14) which bears the tilting lever (27) is guided pivotably, with its radially directed region (30), in a radially directed slot (31) of the tilting lever (27), from which an introducing opening (32) for the axial introduction of the end arm (15) into a bore (29) and slot (31) of the tilting lever (27) leads to the outside of the tilting lever (27).
  7. Throttle body according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tilting lever can be placed on the actuator and/or emergency running stop with point-type contact and/or linear contact parallel to the pivot spindle.
  8. Throttle body according to Claim 7, characterized in that that surface of the tilting lever which can be placed onto the actuator and emergency running stop is of concave design.
  9. Throttle body according to Claim 5, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') can be driven pivotably about a pivot spindle by the actuating drive (8).
  10. Throttle body according to Claim 9, characterized in that the coil (25) of the spring turns of the clamp spring (14) is arranged coaxially with the actuator (7, 7').
  11. Throttle body according to Claim 9, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') has a driver arm (24) with the emergency running stop (13) being arranged radially next to the radially encircling pivoting path of the said driver arm.
  12. Throttle body according to Claim 9, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') can be driven rotatably by the electromotive actuating drive (8) via a gear mechanism (21).
  13. Throttle body according to Claim 12, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') is provided with a radially encircling toothed ring or toothed ring section (20) in which a toothed wheel of the gear mechanism (21) engages.
  14. Throttle body according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') can be moved counter to the force of the opening spring until it bears against a minimum idling stop (9).
  15. Throttle body according to Claim 14, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') can be moved counter to the forces of the first and second restoring springs until it bears against a maximum idling stop (10).
  16. Throttle body according to one of Claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the actuator (7, 7') can be moved counter to the forces of the first and second restoring springs until it bears against a full-load stop (11) which determines the open position of the throttle valve (1).
