Claims (6)

  1. A lifting piston assembly for lifting platforms, comprising
    - a dimensionally stable guiding tube (2) capable of being raised and lowered, on the top end of which supporting members, for example for an automotive, are attached,
    - a driving unit (3) coupled to said guiding tube (2) in order to raise and lower said tube and
    - a stationary guiding collar (10) the sliding elements (15, 19) of which fit to said guiding tube (2), wherein
    - said guiding tube (2) is stickingly coated with a low-friction abrasion-resistant slideway lining (7) made of a plastic material containing PTFE,
    characterized in that
    - said sliding elements (15, 19) consist of a non-deformable hard material on the basis of polyamide or polyethylene.
  2. The lifting piston assembly according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    said guiding tube (2) consists of steel to the purified and roughened surface of which said slightway lining (7) is permanently and stickingly connected after a heat-treatment.
  3. The lifting piston assembly according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said slightway lining (7) has a layer thickness from 10 to 50 µm.
  4. The lifting piston assembly according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said guiding tube (2) has a circular, oval or polygonal cross-section.
  5. The lifting piston assembly according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said sliding elements (15, 19) attached inside of said guiding collar (10) are formed in the shape of a ring for round tubes and in the shape of a plate for multiple-cornered tubes.
  6. The lifting piston assembly according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said driving unit (3) comprises at least one hydraulic piston-and-cylinder unit (4, 5) arranged inside or outside of said guiding tube (2) the stationary piston rod (4) of which abuts on a lower base and the cylinder housing (5) of which capable of being raised and lowered is fixedly connected to the top end of said guiding tube (2) via a massive plate element (6).
