Description

The present invention relates to a clothes and laundry hanger with at least one retaining clip for releasable attachment of garments and laundry, the retaining clip consists of two mutually movable clamping elements and the clamping elements each have opposing recesses for engagement in each case formed on a bracket arm guide rail.

Such retaining clips for detector and laundry hanger are for example from the DE-U-20115457 and the AU-B-415941 known. The retaining clips are usually displaceable along the hanger arms. However, this often causes unintentional displacement of the retaining clips, especially when the clothes and laundry hanger are loaded with appropriate clothing and laundry. In addition, no defined moving and positioning of the retaining clips is possible in the known clothes and laundry ironing. The WO 90/13248 describes a hanger with clamping elements which are movably arranged on the respective bracket arms. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a generic clothes and laundry hanger, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and stable and in which an unintentional displacement of the retaining clip in a state with attached clothing and laundry items is no longer possible and at the same time defines the retaining clip can be moved and positioned.

This object is achieved by a clothes and laundry hanger with the features of claim 1.

FIG. 1 shows in a side view one half of a clothes and laundry hanger 10 with a central hanger body 12 and an emanating from this hanger body 12 bail arm 14. Claims (5)

1. Clothing and laundry hanger with at least one retaining clip (28) for the detachable fixing of clothing and laundry items, wherein the retaining clip (28) consists of two clamping elements (30, 32) which are movable in relation to one another, and the clamping elements (30, 32) in each case have recesses (36) located opposite one another to engage in each case into a guide rail (20, 22) formed on a hanger arm (14), characterised in that the guide rails (20, 22) have at least one projection (26) in an area between a central hanger body (12) and a respective hanger arm end (16), and the clamping elements (30, 32) are formed in such a way that the recesses (36) and the clamping elements (30, 32) in a first condition without clothing and laundry items fixed in the retaining clip (28) are movable over the projection(s) (26) and, in a second condition with clothing and laundry items fixed in the retaining clip (28), lie on or between the projection(s) (26), wherein the clamping elements (30, 32) in each case have at least one lever element (42) and the lever element(s) (42) are disposed in such a way that they come to lie in an area of the hanger arm (14) located below the guide rails (20, 22) and that, in the first condition without clothing or laundry items fixed in the retaining clip (28), they are located adjacent to the hanger arm (14) and, in the second condition with clothing and laundry items fixed in the retaining clip (28) they are not located adjacent to the hanger arm (14).
2. Clothing and laundry hanger according to Claim 1, characterised in that a plurality of projections (26) in each case with the same spacing between one another are formed on the guide rail (20, 22).
3. Clothing and laundry hanger according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the projection(s) (26) are formed as one piece with the guide rails (20, 22).
4. Clothing and laundry hanger according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the projection(s) (26) are formed as individual elements.
5. Clothing and laundry hanger according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hanger arms (14), at least in the area provided with projections (26) between the central hanger body (12) and the respective hanger arm end (16), have a downwardly open, U-shaped base body (18) with two legs (38, 40) located opposite one another.
