In Fig.1 ist eine Vorrichtung 01 mit einer in der Art einer Klebewalze ausgebildeten Verbindungseinrichtung 02, insbesondere einer Bahnleiteinrichtung, und einer in der Art eines Abschlagsmesser ausgebildeten Schneideinrichtung 03 dargestellt. Die Verbindungseinrichtung 02 und die Schneideinrichtung 03 sind beide an einem aus zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Seitenteilen gebildeten Rahmen 04 befestigt. Zur Verstellung der Verbindungseinrichtung 02 relativ zum Rahmen 04 sind zwei um eine Rotationsachse 06 schwenkbar gelagerte Schwenkarme 07 vorgesehen. Durch Ansteuerung einer nicht dargestellten Antriebseinrichtung kann die Verbindungseinrichtung 02 um die Rotationsachse 06 drehend verschwenkt werden. Die in der Art einer Klebewalze ausgebildete Verbindungseinrichtung 02 ist dabei drehbar an den unteren Enden der Schwenkarme 07 gelagert. Die Schneideinrichtung 03 ist gestellfest mit dem Rahmen 04 verbunden. Mittels eines lediglich schematisch dargestellten Sensors 21 kann das Passieren der Klebeetiketten 19 detektiert und an die Steuerung des Rollenwechslers weitergeleitet werden. Da die Schwenkarme 07 bis dahin nicht verstellt werden, ist aufgrund der relativen Anordnung zwischen Schneideinrichtung 03 und Verbindungseinrichtung 02 eine Verletzung der ablaufenden Materialbahn 11 durch die rahmenfest montierte Schneideinrichtung 03 zuverlässig ausgeschlossen.In Fig. 2, the device 01 is shown after pivoting of the frame 04 for approaching the expiring web 11 to the new roll of material 14. Claims (10)

  1. An apparatus (01) for joining two webs of material (11; 16) which in each case are wound onto a roll of material (14; 15), during a flying roll change, with a joining device (02) for joining the new web of material (16) to the old web of material (11) which is running out, and with a cutting device (03) for severing the web of material (11) running out, characterized in that the cutting device (03) is capable of being brought into engagement with the web of material (11) to be separated, as a result of the displacement of the guidance of the web of material (11) to be separated.
  2. An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cutting device (03) is arranged downstream of the joining device (02) in the conveying direction of the web of material (11) running out.
  3. An apparatus (01) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cutting device (03) is capable of being brought into engagement with the web of material (11) to be separated, as a result of the displacement of the joining device (02).

  6. An apparatus (01) according to Claim 1, characterized in that, at the moment after the joining of the new web of material (16) to the old web of material (11) running out, the cutting device (03) extends substantially parallel to the guidance of the new web of material (16).
  7. An apparatus (01) according to Claim 1, characterized in that a spacer element (24), by which a defined minimum distance is provided between the cutter of the cutting device (03) and the new web of material (16), is provided on the cutting device (03).
  8. An apparatus (01) according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the cutting device (03) and/or the joining device (02) is or are arranged on a frame (04) mounted so as to be rotatable.
  9. An apparatus (01) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the cutting device (03) and/or the joining device (02) is or are capable of being brought close to the new roll of material (14) as a result of the displacement of the frame (04).
