Abstract

The load-bearing system e.g. the tines of a forklift truck, has an upper load-bearing hook (4) which grips behind part of the holder carrier when fitted. The upper hook has an unbroken bond (7) at the load carrier, at least at the under side, and an unbroken bond (8) at the suspension part of the load carrier at the upper side. The edges (7-10) of the hook lie against the back (3) of the forklift tine. The side of the hook, away from the tine, has a locking unit (11) to prevent slipping, as a swing lever on a horizontal axis (12).

Description

LastaufnahmemittelLoad handling devices

The invention relates to a load receiving means having a load receiving area and a suspension part according to the preamble of claim 1.

Load-handling devices are held on receiving conveyors on industrial trucks such as forklifts, stacker cranes, construction machinery or the like. The load-receiving means may be formed for example by a pair of forks but also by individual forks, support pins or other supporting parts. In this case, the load-receiving means to be exchangeable on the recording medium and be kept adjustable with respect to their horizontal position. The recording medium is typically designed according to ISO 2328 standard.

In order to connect the load-carrying means releasably to the receiving carrier, load-receiving means hooks are known, each of which can be fixed to a rear side of the suspension part of a load-receiving means, for example on a fork back, weldable about. Such lifting hooks, called forks in fork forks, are described for example in the - now withdrawn - standard DIN 15178. Fork hooks have a recess in which a spring-loaded bolt on which a clamping lever is able to act is performed. The fork hook engages in the connecting position, the upper edge of the recording medium, called when using forks fork carriage, thereby wearing the respective fork tine. The welded joint between fork hook and fork back must counteract the significant weight forces and the resulting torque.

The vertically standing bolt is acted upon by the spring after manual actuation of the clamping lever with a downward spring force, thereby to be able to engage in the respective groove of the fork carrier and thus as a detent securing against horizontal displacement of the forks. For this bolt, the fork hook on an opening, which must have a relatively large diameter in order to lead a correspondingly large-sized bolt can. Since the bolt must engage in a respective groove on the top of the fork carriage, the recess for the bolt is close to the fork back or the like region of the lifting device to which the hook-shaped holder is attached. In the area of the opening therefore no weld can be placed between the fork hook and the fork back. The upper and lower weld between the fork hook and the fork back is thus interrupted due to the opening, resulting in voltage peaks in the weld. However, this highly stressed compound is not formed in the desirable and in itself after the dimensioning of the holder possible stability to the fork back. At the respective attachment points of the welds, which adjoin the recess, there are the mentioned voltage spikes, which can lead to tearing off of the holders at corresponding dynamic loads. In addition, water can penetrate into the space between the fork back and bracket at this point, which promotes corrosion and crevice corrosion. In addition, the beginning and end of welds due to ignition defects, neck defects, end craters, end crater cracks, etc., are often more prone to defects than continuous, continuous welds. Each time a new positioning of the welding head in the course of welding interruptions results in a higher time requirement.

By the DE 33 01 756 A1 already belongs to a fork for forklifts to the prior art, in which the fork hooks is attached with a continuous weld on the suspension part of the fork. However, in order to ensure such an attachment, adapters or else feet arranged especially at the fork hook or else the processing of the suspension hook of the charging hook are required in such a way that recesses are provided. Such designed connections between fork hook and fork tine are expensive and expensive.

The US 4,488,422 on the other hand discloses a load-receiving means, on which the hook is integrally formed by forging. Here, the hook must be processed by appropriate complex, cumbersome and expensive processing of the complete load-handling device in the hook area.

The DE-AS 1,283,153 discloses a generic load-carrying means with a welded hook. Here, however, the securing element passes through both the hook and the suspension part, that is also here after the hook has been welded to the suspension part, a processing of the entire load-carrying means must be carried out. This processing is complicated and expensive. In addition, water can run through the hole introduced into the suspension part, which enters the area between the suspension part and the welded hook and here contributes to corrosion and weakening of the connection between hook and suspension part.

The invention has for its object to improve generic load handling equipment so that you have compatible with the conventional recording media load-carrying hooks, but in the connection between the load handling device and the load-carrying hooks the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided and economic production is ensured ,

The invention solves this problem by a load handling device with the features of claim 1. With regard to advantageous embodiments, reference is made to the claims 2 to 13.

According to the invention, the at least underside continuous connection between the load-receiving means hook and the suspension part of the load-carrying means precisely improves the stability of the heavily loaded area.

A further improvement in stability results when an upper connection between the upper hook and the suspension of the lifting device is carried out continuously. Even greater strengths and a seal against water penetrating from the outside arise when the upper hook is completely peripherally welded to the load-carrying means. This is not only ensures a stress-optimized weld, and the upper hook itself has only low voltages.

Despite the omission of the upper and lower weld interrupting recess, a detent can be effected on the receiving carrier when the upper hook comprises a securing element for blocking on the receiving carrier. If this is the load receiving means facing away, he does not interfere with the connection process of the upper hook with the load receiving means, such as does not hinder the use of a welding device, such as a welding robot to put a weld through.

If particularly advantageous the securing element is designed as pivoting about a horizontal pivot axis pivoting lever, this can be moved by its weight in the engaging in the groove securing position. A spring may additionally or alternatively be provided for effecting the pivoting in this position. The pivot lever is then pressed in an orientation of the load receiving means on the receiving carrier without manual intervention in the next groove and locked there. Alternatively, the pivot lever can also be set in an open position, and pivot from this open position only after reaching the final load receiving means position in the securing position.

Instead of a pivot lever can be used, for example, a movable on at least one inclined plane locking lever, which is movable from the side facing away from the suspension of the hook in the groove of the recording medium. The locking lever is not in the range of the connection between the hook and suspension part, so that a welding of the hook according to the invention is ensured with the suspension part.

Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from an illustrated in the drawing and described below embodiment of the subject invention.

In Fig. 1 is shown as a load-carrying means 1, a single fork, which includes a fork blade 2 and a perpendicular thereto 3 fork back. At this an upper load-carrying means hook 4 and a lower load-receiving hook 5 is fixed. The upper hook 4 is provided for spreading over a receiving carrier (not shown), for example a fork carrier according to ISO 2328, so as to hold the fork prong individually, in pairs or several times, or other load-bearing means 1 on the receiving carrier. The lower hook 5 is provided for limiting the movement space of the load-carrying means 1 or, but can not support the weight of the load-carrying means 1 and the load held by these, due to its orientation shown here in normal operation. The load is therefore completely intercepted via the upper hook 4. It acts on the connection between the hook 4 and the fork back 3 due to the weight of the load receiving means 1 and due to its loading in addition to a torque which tends to pivot the load receiving means 1 in the direction of the arrow 6 is essentially a torque which is striving to pivot the hook 4 in the direction of the arrow 6 '. These moments are directed to try to release the hook 4 from the fork back 3. Corresponding stability requirements are to be placed on the weld seams of the hook 4, in particular in the region of the lower, most stressed compound 7.

According to the invention, these claims are taken into account that the connection 7 is formed as a continuous weld. In the embodiment, the upper connection 8 of the hook 4 is additionally provided on the fork back 3 as a continuous weld. Both welds 7, 8 can cost, for example, with the help of welding robots, are laid. The accessibility is not affected by a bolt or similar securing means. The welder can thus weld said welds 7, 8 respectively without settling, which has a positive effect on the quality of the weld and on the tension in the weld, but also in the hook 4. Thus, a tightness against penetrating from above moisture is achieved.

In addition, vertical connections 9, 10 may each be formed as line-like welds between the hook 4 and the fork back 3. In this case, all connections 7 to 10 can be made continuously and without interruption by a welding process, which results in welding advantages and particularly voltage-optimized conditions. In addition, such a circumferential weld is tight against water penetration.

In order to secure the one or more load-bearing means 1 on the recording medium against a horizontal displacement, a securing element 11 is provided in the form of a pivot lever ( Fig. 8 ). This is pivotable on the upper hook 4 about a horizontal pivot axis 12 such that it can engage with its free, the pivot axis 12 spaced end 13 in the groove of the recording medium. The intervention can be carried out by the weight, or be favored by a supporting spring, so that the pivot lever passes without manual intervention in the securing position. This, in contrast to the manually operable bolt according to the above-mentioned prior art, ensures that the engagement of the displacement-blocking element is actually performed. In order to ensure an adjustment of the horizontally displaceable load-receiving means 1 on the recording medium, a permanent open position may additionally be provided. Then a manual release of the permanent open position is required for fixation.

The FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment of a fuse element 11 '. The detent lever shown here has two obliquely arranged oblong holes 14, each receiving guide pins 15. This can be the fuse element Move 11 'on inclined planes such that the locking claw 16' from a groove of the recording medium superimposed upwards and away from the fork back 3 moves.

FIG. 10 shows a fuse element 11 "whose latching claw 16" at the end of the upper load-receiving hook 4 rotatably mounted shaft 17 is arranged and which is movable by rotating the shaft 17 in one of the groove of the recording medium and can be locked in this position.

FIG. 11 shows a securing element 11 '' whose raised and lowered pin 18 is articulated to a crank disc 19. The crank disc 19 is at the same time the locking claw 16 '' connected so that this by a raising or lowering movement of the bolt 18 in a groove of the receiving carrier can be moved in or out.

A load-carrying means 1 with one or more tines or other support means may be part of an industrial truck as a whole, such as a forklift or the like.
