Abstract

L'invention concerne une horloge universelle comprenant une plaque de base circulaire sur laquelle 24 indicateurs de division sont affichés selon un même angle, une petite aiguille, et une plaque de régions sur laquelle des noms de régions du monde ou des symboles de noms et une ligne internationale de changement de date sont affichés à la périphérie de l'horloge. La plaque de base est divisée en demi-parties au moyen d'une couleur ou d'une ligne. Un symbole de midi est affiché en haut de la demi-partie supérieure, et un symbole d'après-midi et de ligne internationale de changement de date sont affichés en bas de la demi-partie inférieure. La plaque de régions est formée à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la plaque de base à l'aide d'un cercle concentrique. L'horloge universelle permet à un utilisateur d'appréhender directement l'heure courante des principales villes et régions, la hauteur du soleil, et les changements ou non de date.
