Claims (3)

  1. Serrure encastrée pour fenêtres, portes ou similaires, du type de celles formées dans un corps en profilé d'aluminium (2, 3, 4 et 6), constituée par un élément central allongé (1) avec un couvercle (12) qui présente une dépression également allongée avec une surface courbée en forme de coquille définie à chaque extrémité, la surface en forme de coquille étant située à l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément conçu pour que l'utilisateur puisse utiliser le doigt pour appuyer vers le bas sur ledit élément central (1) afin d'ouvrir la serrure, et la surface en forme de coquille étant située à l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément central (1) conçu pour que l'utilisateur puisse utiliser le doigt pour appuyer vers le haut sur ledit élément, afin que ledit élément central (1) pousse un verrou (21) qui servira de pêne et donc fermera la serrure, ledit verrou (21) étant attaché à l'élément (1) pour empêcher que le verrou (21) glisse en raison de l'impact causé quand la fenêtre est fermée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée sur la fenêtre, porte ou similaire au moyen d'une unité (9) avec une glissière qui est attachée au corps en aluminium (2) au moyen d'un rivet (11), la partie centrale de l'intérieur de l'unité (9) ayant une tige filetée (10) qui sera activée par une clé hexagonale interne, qui aura accès à la tige après que le couvercle (12) aura été retiré et après que ladite clé aura été insérée dans la partie antérieure à travers une petite ouverture à l'extrémité de l'élément (1), en passant par l'ouverture du corps en aluminium (2), provoquant le mouvement d'un collier de fixation glissant (8), en le poussant vers une extrémité du boîtier ouvert à cet effet dans le profilé de la fenêtre, porte ou similaire, cette fixation étant invisible de l'extérieur après le positionnement du collier (8) dans l'extrémité opposée d'une ouverture qui existe dans le corps (2); et
    constituée par un membre (16) placé à l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément (1), ledit membre (16) étant fixé à l'intérieur du corps (2) et servant de support à un ressort de rappel (26) et de pièce pour limiter le mouvement de l'élément (1) et pour arrêter le mouvement de l'élément (1) dans la position ouverte quand il est appuyé par l'action du ressort (26); un bouton (15) qui, quand il est appuyé, agit sur le membre (16) en le lâchant et permettant que l'élément (1) soit aussi lâché et mis en position fermée par l'action du ressort (26).
  2. Serrure encastrée pour fenêtres, portes ou similaires, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que pour effectuer le mouvement inverse, c'est-à-dire pour mettre le mécanisme en position fermée, il est simplement nécessaire d'appuyer sur le bouton (15) dont la fonction est de fixer l'élément (1) et le membre (16) qui s'engagent l'un dans l'autre lorsqu'une pression est exercée sur eux simultanément par le ressort (26).
  3. Serrure encastrée pour fenêtres, portes ou similaires, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être montée sur la fenêtre, porte ou similaire au moyen de pinces de fixation (27) activées par une vis (28) ou par des vis (29) directement dans la fenêtre, porte ou similaire.
