Abstract

A split end cutting device ( 20.2 ) is embodied as an attachment ( 15.2 ), which can be detachably connected to a hair cutting machine ( 21 ), where the attachment ( 15.2 ) has first and second deflecting sections ( 41, 42 ), which are disposed parallel to and spaced apart from each other by a distance (X). By means of a hinge ( 14.2 ), a third deflecting section ( 43 ) can be moved from a first position (A) passing between the first and second deflecting sections ( 41, 42 ) into a second position (B) parallel to the first and second deflecting sections ( 41, 42 ), in such a way that a lock of hair ( 28 ) placed underneath the first and second deflecting sections ( 41, 42 ) is engaged from underneath by the third deflecting section ( 43 ) and essentially constitutes an upside down U-shape. A cutting head ( 27 ) with the hair cutting machine ( 21 ) is positioned in a stationary fashion in such a way that when the lock of hair ( 28 ) is pulled through over the deflecting sections ( 41, 42, 43 ), only the protruding split ends ( 30 ) in an upper region (Y) of the third deflecting section ( 43 ) are cut off by the cutting head ( 27 ).

Description

The invention relates to a split cutting device, which in Service industries (hairdressing salons) and in the private sector for cutting of split head hair tips (split ends) is used.

It is known to turn split long hair tips into a strand to then manually remove the protruding split with a pair of scissors. Because the split hair tips here only from the outside hair of the Stranges are cut, this process must be repeated several times and therefore takes a lot of time.

Here, the cutter has a connected with a handle rod-shaped support member, on its lateral surface at least over a part its length has extending, mutually parallel Kammzahnungen and at least one knife blade, each between one Comb tooth pair is arranged, which transmits the knife blade. In its the simplest version are two on the support part of the cutting device Kammzahnungsreihen formed, between which a fixed Knife blade is arranged. The knife blade has a serrated edge, the to ensure a clean cut of the hair ends. At another Design of the cutting device, especially for electrical operation is suitable, the carrier part consists of a hollow body whose wall slotted between the Kammzahnungsreihen. Through the slot in the Carrier part wall is guided by the knife blade, which is coaxial with the Carrier distribution axis arranged holder is connected. This is in the Handle as a drive part for the knife holder an electric motor or vibrating Magnetic drive arranged, the holder with the knife quickly back and forth lets swing. The cutting device described should be effective for let the cut split hair tips insert by repeatedly using the knife blade side of the support part over the surface of a strand of hair and thereby the peaks detected by the comb toothing should cut off.

The hair tip trimmer described in this prior art is on Reason of its constructive design only conditionally suitable, split Remove hair tips from healthy hair. By attaching the Knife blade directly to the strand of hair is not only the split, but the cut entire hair.

Furthermore, the hair can be with a blade only when wet cut easily, but here are the split hair tips not too detect. The applicable dry knife cut, however, is uncomfortable and painful. Since only thin strands of hair cut in this process can be used and a more frequent blade change is necessary, is the use This Haarspitzenscheidegerätes very time consuming and costly.

The invention is based on the problem, a cost-effective To create a split cutting device with the help of split hair tips (Split ends) of healthy hair can be easily and conveniently removed and Their application is very time and cost.

This problem is solved with the features listed in claim 1.

With the invention according to a first embodiment is achieved that with the open split ends the hair strand to be treated by the hair strand pad is underlined. When opening and closing are pressed together by spring force guide rollers on the Hair strands rest spread and moved over this. The inserted Hair strand is fixed to the circumference of the hair strand pad and of the adjacent guide rollers below the hair strand support taut held.

The protruding from the circular cylindrical Haarsträhnenauflage hair splitting is with an electric hair clipper by the hair strand spaced apart on the guide post, with a smooth cut away.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to three exemplary embodiments.

The illustrated in Fig. 1 split cutting device 20 for an electrical Hair clipper 21 shows a first embodiment, wherein the Split cutter 20 as one with a hair clipper 21 connectable and detachable attachment 15 is formed. The essay 15 has a first and a second deflection section 41, 42 which are parallel and are arranged side by side at a distance X. A third deflection section 43 is from a first position A between the first and second Deflection section 41,42 through a hinge 14 in a second position B positionable parallel to the first and second deflection sections 41, 42, in that one below the first and second deflection section 41, 42 positioned hair strand 28 of the third deflection section 43 under is and essentially forms an inverted U-shape, wherein a cutting head 27 of the hair clipper 21 is positioned so orstfest that during Pulling the head hair strand 28 over the deflection sections 41, 42, 43 only the protruding splitted hair tips 30 in an upper region Y of the third deflecting section 43 are cut off from the cutting head 27. For the purpose of a very good handling is the split cutting device 20 with a left- and / or right-handed pair of scissor handles 1 with a common Provided joint 14. A lower scissor leg 22 of a hand-operated Handle part 23 is a circular cylindrical Haarsträhnenauflage 2 with a very smooth and lubricious surface 24 is formed. Parallel to this Haarsträhnenauflage 2 has another, upper scissor leg 25 of the manually operable handle portion 23 against axial rotation of a three- or four-edged function holder 3 on. The Haarsträhnenauflage 2 and the Function holder 3 can in this case in the handle parts 23, 23.1 inserted but also be made in one piece with the handle parts 23, 23.1 by injection molding. One circular cylindrical function carrier 4, which is an adequate three- or four-sided Indoors 26 has the function holder 3, has at its ends Journal 5. It can be plugged in on both sides of the function holder 3 and with known fastening means, e.g. Clips, to secure on this rotation. On the bearing pin 5 of the function carrier 4 are mirror images of each other two jaw wings 8 inserted and from the inside in their position to each other held. Spring elements 7, above the bearing pin 5 as a compression spring or are formed below the bearing pin 5 as a tension spring, move the Jaw wings 8 to the distance X to each other. The mirrored Back swing 8 are with each other with fixed or rotating Guide rollers 9 connected. Between the most distant Bake wings 8 of the opposing pair of jaw wings is a Recording 11 for a releasable attachment of a cutting head 27 a electric hair clipper 21 is arranged. The recording 11 is after Type of attachable to a hair clipper 21 - known per se - Hair length comb trained. The function carrier 4, with the Spring elements 7 to each other movable jaw wings 8, the Guide rollers 9 and the receptacle 11 together form a replaceable Assembly, which is placed on the function holder 3 and with the Hairstrip overlay 2 acting together, an accurate removal of the split hair tips 30 allows. At the open Splissschneidevorrichtung 20 is the Haarsträhnenauflage 2 to cutting strand of hair 28 undercut and the centering 6, attached to the Function carrier 4 are formed, this center the jaw oscillation pairs and the guide rollers 9 opposite the Haarsträhnenauflage 2. When closing the split cutter 20, the hair strand 28 of the Haarsträhnenauflage 2 between the self-opening guide rollers 9 pulled. In the closed state of the split cutting device 20, As shown in Fig. 2, the hair from the close to each other Guide rollers 9 held tightly to the circumference of the Haarsträhnenauflage 2. Here, the inside recesses of the jaw wings 8 ensure a non-touching enclosing the Haarsträhnenauflage 2 and thus the close juxtaposition of the guide rollers 9. When pulling through the Hair strand 28 from the hairline 16 on with the closed Splissschneidevorrichtung 20 grant the circumferential grooves of the Guide rollers 9 a consistent strand of hair and thus the optimal cut of the hair splice 30. This prevent the collar-like raised and embedded in the jaw wings 8 ends of the Guide rollers 9 the pinching of individual hair. The of the Haarsträhnenauflage 2 splayed split hair ends 30 are with a re-releasably plugged into the receptacle 11 electrical Hair clipper 21, which at an angle of for example 15 to 45 Degree to the parallel guide rollers 9 toward the axis of symmetry the hair strand pad 2 is aligned, with a straight cut in Direction arrow 17 removed. A Schneidblattbegrenzer 13, the electrical Hair clipper 21 to Haarsträhnenauflage 2 spaced, prevented here the cutting off of healthy hair. This process can be fast and be repeated without problems, since only the split hair tips 30 be removed. The experience of the user of this split cutter 20 it is up to you, depending on the hair type, the fixed guide rollers 9 or optionally to use rotating guide rollers 9. The two-sided pluggable arrangement of the function carrier 4 on the function holder. 3 also ensures that this split cutting device 20 both from Right-handed and left-handed people can be applied.

the hair-section rest (2) and the function-related holder (3) here are introduced into the handle parts (23) or are produced integrally with the handle parts (23) by injection moulding, in that
a circular-cylindrical function-related carrier (4), which has an adequate triangular or quadrilateral inner mount (26) in relation to the function-related holder (3), has bearing journals (5) at its ends, in that
the function-related carrier (4) can be plugged onto the function-related holder (3) on both sides and can be fastened in a rotationally secure manner thereon by fastening means which are known per se, in that
in each case two swing jaws (8) are plugged onto the bearing journals (5) of the function-related carrier (4) in mirror-inverted manner in relation to one another and are thereby retained in position in relation to one another, in that
spring elements (7), which are designed as compression springs above the bearing journals (5) or as tension springs beneath the bearing journals (5), move the swing jaws (8) towards one another, in that
the mirror-inverted swing jaws (8) are connected to one another by fixed or rotating guide rollers (9), in that
a mount (11) for fastening a cutting head (27) of the electric hair clippers (21) in a releasable manner is arranged between the furthest-apart swing jaws (8) of the opposite pairs of swing jaws, in that
the function-related carrier (4), the swing jaws (8), which are moved towards one another by the spring elements (7), the guide rollers (9) and the guide attachment (11) together form an exchangeable subassembly which, plugged onto the function-related holder (3), interacts with the hair-section rest (2), in that
with the split-ends cutter (20) open, the section of hair (28) which is to be cut has the hair-section rest (2) positioned beneath it, the centring beads (6), which are integrally formed on the function-related carrier (4), centring the pairs of swing jaws and the guide rollers (9) in relation to the hair-section rest (2) here, in that
as the split-ends cutter (20) is closed, the section of hair (28) is drawn between the automatically opening guide rollers (9) by the hair-section rest (2), and, in the closed state of the split-ends cutter (20), the section of hair (28) is retained tautly against the circumference of the hair-section rest (2) by the closed-together guide rollers (9), it being the case that
inner cutouts (29) of the swing jaws (8) ensure that the hair-section rest (2) is enclosed without contact and thus that the guide rollers (9) are positioned close together, that
when the section of hair (28) is drawn through by way of the closed split-ends cutter (20), the encircling grooves of the guide rollers (9) provide for a constant hair-section width and thus optimum cutting of the split ends (30), that
the ends of the guide rollers (9), which are raised in a collar-like manner and introduced into the swing jaws (8), prevent individual hairs from getting caught, that
the split ends (30) spread out by the hair-section rest (2) can be removed by a straight cut using electric hair clippers (20) which are plugged on the mount (11) and are aligned at an angle of 15 to 45 degrees to the parallel guide rollers (9) in relation to the axis of symmetry of the hair-section rest (2), and in that
a cutting-blade restrictor (13), which spaces the electric hair clippers (20) apart from the hair-section rest (2), prevents the healthy hair from being cut off here.
  3. Split-ends cutter according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first and the second deflecting portions (41, 42) are fixed to the attachment (15.1), one end of the third deflecting portion (43) being connected on one side of the attachment (15.1) by an articulation (14.1), and in that a free end (44) of the third deflecting portion (43) is provided with a guide handle (45) for moving the deflecting portion (43) from a first position (A) into a second position (B) and vice versa.
