  • One method of making seal 24 is by releasable adhesive, that is, adhesive that has sufficient adhesion to be compression resistant, but nevertheless has a low enough peel force to permit separation of the portions of the package material that are adhered together thereby.

Claims (7)

  1. Conditionnement souple unitaire (10) pour enfermer et contenir dans une condition étanche un ou plusieurs produits compressibles (100) à la fois dans une condition comprimée et non comprimée, où ledit conditionnement comprend un premier élément de fermeture (12) susceptible de sceller ledit conditionnement (10) dans une première condition fermée définissant un premier volume, et un deuxième élément de fermeture (14) susceptible de sceller ledit conditionnement (10) dans une deuxième condition fermée définissant un deuxième volume, ledit deuxième volume étant plus grand que ledit premier volume, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément de fermeture (12) a une possibilité de re-scellage, dans lequel ledit premier élément de fermeture (12) comprend un adhésif, ledit adhésif étant sous la forme de ruban adhésif (18), et dans lequel ledit ruban adhésif (18) comprend une ligne de faiblesse (21) pour permettre une rupture et une ouverture dudit premier élément de fermeture (12).
  2. Conditionnement souple (10) selon la revendication 1, où ledit conditionnement (10) comprend un matériau polymère, de préférence du polyéthylène basse densité.
  3. Conditionnement souple (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit ruban adhésif (18) comprend une languette de dégagement (22).
  4. Conditionnement souple (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit deuxième élément de fermeture (14) est re-scellable et comprend un élément de joint étanche à l'air.
  5. Conditionnement souple (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit premier volume est compris entre 10 % et 90 % dudit deuxième volume.
  6. Procédé pour fabriquer un conditionnement souple (10) pour contenir des produits (100) dans une condition comprimée, le procédé étant caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    a. fournir un manchon continu de matériau (30) ayant une première extrémité ouverte et une deuxième extrémité ouverte ;
    b. réunir à ladite première extrémité ouverte un deuxième élément de fermeture (14) ;
    c. plier ladite première extrémité ouverte au niveau d'une pliure (20) pour former un rabat (16) ;
    d. réunir ledit rabat (16) audit manchon continu de matériau (30) pour former un premier élément de fermeture (12) ayant la capacité d'être re-scellé à une première extrémité fermée ;
    e. placer les produits (100) dans ledit manchon continu de matériau ;
    f. comprimer les produits (100) ;
    g. fermer ladite deuxième extrémité du manchon de matériau (30) pour contenir les produits (100) dans une condition comprimée.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les étapes (e) et (f) sont inversées.
