Apparatus for treating mineral materials such as earth or reclaimed materials, comprising a hopper (5) for receiving the mineral materials, an extractor (8) for extracting mineral materials contained in the hopper (5) from underneath the hopper (5), at least one screen (10) supplied with mineral materials by the extractor (8) and at least one first transporter (12) of mineral materials separated off by the screen, disposed underneath at least part of the screen (10), in a longitudinal direction (11) of the treatment apparatus (1), the screen (10) comprising a first section (10a) for separating a first granulometric fraction of the mineral materials, which is disposed above the first transporter (12), and at least one second section (10b) for separating a second granulometric fraction of the mineral materials, which is disposed after the first section (10a), in the longitudinal direction (11) of the apparatus, and at least one second transporter (16) having one end located above the first transporter (12) is disposed below the second section (10b) of the screen (10) in the longitudinal direction (11), characterised in that the second transporter (16) is a transporter comprising means for controlling movement in either of two opposite directions of movement (18), in the longitudinal direction (11) of the treatment apparatus (1).
  2. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the first transporter (12) is a weighing transporter comprising a weighing table for measuring a flow rate of materials transported by the first transporter (12).
  3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the screen (10) is a star-type screen and comprises a first section (10a) and at least one second section (10b) in which transverse steering shafts carrying rotary elements in a star shape are driven at different speeds, so as to carry out the separation of the first granulometric fraction of the mineral materials through the first section (10a) of the screen (10) and the separation of the second granulometric fraction of the mineral materials through the second section (10b) of the screen (10).

Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the screen (10) is a disc-type screen comprising successive transverse rotary shafts bearing separator discs spaced from one another in the transverse direction on each of the shafts, the discs fixed to the rotary shafts of the first section (10a) of the screen (10) having a first spacing and the discs fixed to the successive rotary shafts of the second section (10b) of the screen (10) having a second spacing, so as to allow the first granulometric fraction of the mineral materials to pass through the first screen section (10a) and to allow the second granulometric fraction of the mineral materials to pass through the second section (10b) of the screen (10).

Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the screen (10) comprises a first section (10a) consisting of either a star screen or a disc screen, and a second section (10b) consisting of either a disc screen or a star screen, the first section (10a) of the screen (10) and the second section (10b) of the screen being of different types, so as to allow the first granulometric fraction of the mineral materials to pass through the first section (10a) of the screen (10) and to allow the second granulometric fraction of the mineral materials to pass through the second section (10b) of the screen (10).

Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it further comprises, at one of the longitudinal ends or the back end of the apparatus (1), a mixer (15) and a mixer backup transporter (14) having an entry end vertically aligned with and underneath an exit end of the first transporter (12) and a second opposite end in the longitudinal direction (11) or exit end located so as to pour the mineral materials into the mixer (15).
  7. Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it further comprises a unit (19) for supplying and metering additives consisting of at least one of the following: a solid or liquid binder, water, bitumen, a bitumen emulsion and an adjuvant.
  8. Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the unit (19) for supplying and metering additives comprises a silo (21) and an extracting and metering screw (22) for extracting a metered amount of an additive from the silo (21) and incorporating it in the mineral materials separated off by the screen (10) and transported by the first transporter (12).
  9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterised in that the equipment comprises means (24) for controlling a flow rate of additives, by volume or by weight, via the screw (22).
  10. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the flow rate of additive from the metering screw (22) is subject to a measurement of the flow rate, by weight, of the mineral materials separated off by the screen (10) on the first transporter (12) in the form of a transporter comprising a weighing table.
  11. Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the treatment apparatus is carried by a platform (2) arranged substantially horizontally when in operation on the ground (3) of a site.
  12. Apparatus according to claim 11, characterised in that the platform (2) carries at least one of the following means for supporting it on the ground (3) of the site:
