Fig. 1 zeigt die Seitenansicht einer hinteren Fahrzeugtür 10 eines nicht näher dargestellten Kraftfahrzeugs. Die Fahrzeugtür 10 weist eine bewegliche Fensterscheibe 11 auf, die in einen zugeordneten Fensterschacht 13 der Fahrzeugtür 10 versenkbar ist. Weiterhin ist an der Fahrzeugtür 10 eine stationäre Fensterscheibe 12 vorgesehen. Die stationäre Fensterscheibe 12 ist durch einen in Vertikalrichtung verlaufenden Trennsteg 14 von der beweglichen Fensterscheibe 11 getrennt. Die stationäre Fensterscheibe 12 ist im Bereich ihrer Oberkante an einem Aufnahmerahmen 15 aufgenommen, dessen nähere Ausgestaltung an Hand von Fig. 2 erläutert werden soll, die einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II von Fig. 1 zeigt. Der Aufnahmerahmen 15 dient einerseits der Festlegung der stationären Fensterscheibe 12 und andererseits der Abdichtung des Spalts zwischen der Fahrzeugtür 10 und dem Seitenbereich der Karosserie. Hierzu weist der Aufnahmerahmen 15 ein Dichtungsprofil 19 auf, das aus einem elastomeren Material, insbesondere EPDM, extrudiert ist. Das Dichtungsprofil 19 besitzt einen Befestigungsbereich 19a, der näherungsweise U-förmig ausgebildet ist. In den Befestigungsbereich 19a ist eine metallische Verstärkungseinlage 22 eingebracht. Von der Innenseite des Befestigungsbereichs 19a ragen schräg zur Innenwand verlaufende Befestigungslippen 24 ab. Weiterhin weist das Dichtungsprofil 19 eine schräg vom Befestigungsbereich 19a abragende erste Dichtlippe 20 auf. Die erste Dichtlippe 20 ist an ihrem dem Seitenbereich der Karosserie zugewandten Bereich mit einer Beflockung 21 versehen. Die Beflockung 21 wird bereits bei der Herstellung des Dichtungsprofils 19 aufgebracht.Fig. 1 shows the side view of a rear vehicle door 10 of a motor vehicle, not shown. Claims (10)

  1. A housing frame (15) for a stationary window pane (12) particularly of a motor vehicle door (10) comprising
    an extruded sealing profile (19) made of an elastomer material and having a fixing section (19a) for attaching to a flange (23) and at least one sealing lip (20) extending from the fixing section (19a) that is provided with a flock coating (21),
    whereby the fixing section (19a) has a nearly U-shaped cross-section as well as a base portion which extends approximately parallel to the window pane (12) and
    characterised in that a window pane holder (16) is moulded on the sealing profile provided with a receiving groove (17) to accomodate the edge of the window pane (12), whereby the window pane holder (16) is provided with a section (16a) which encompasses the base portion of the fixing section (19a).
  2. A housing frame according to Claim 1 characterised in that the fixing section (19a) is provided with a reinforcing insert (22) in particular made of metal.
  3. A housing frame according, to Claim 1 or 2 characterised in that said extruded sealing profile (19) has a second sealing lip positioned at a distance from the first sealing lip (20).
  4. A housing frame according to Claim 3 characterised in that the first sealing lip (20) is formed as one piece with the window-pane holder (16).
  5. A housing frame according to Claim 3 or 4 characterised in that the second sealing lip (25) is provided with a flock coating (26).
  6. A housing frame according, to any of Claims 1 to 5 characterised in that the window-pane holder (16) has a variety of cross-sectional shapes along the longitudinal axis of the housing frame (15)
  7. A housing frame according to any of Claims 1 to 6 characterised in that the window-pane holder (16) is provided with a fixing section (18) which can be attached positively to the door of a motor vehicle (10).
  8. Process for the production of a housing frame according to any of Claims 1 to 7 comprising the following procedural steps:
    (a) the sealing profile (19) is made by extrusion of an elastomer material;
    (b) at least one sealing lip (20) of the sealing profile (19) is provided with a flock coating (21);
    (c) the sealing profile (19) is placed in a vulcanisation mould and
    (d) the window-pane holder (16) is moulded on the sealing profile (19) so that the holder (16) is provided with a section (16b) which encompasses the base portion of the fixing section (19a).
  9. Process according to Claim 8 characterised in that the extruded sealing profile (19) is constructed with a second sealing lip (25) positioned at a distance from the first sealing lip (20).
  10. Process according to Claim 9 characterised in that, in a subsequent step, the second sealing lip (25) is provided with a flock coating (26).
