Shielded electrical cables are used where there is no interference Signal transmission is required. For example, you will be sent to electronic Devices such as oscillographs, measuring devices or control devices connected. The Such a cable may be shielded at the point of insertion of the cable into the corresponding device must not be interrupted. This also applies if on the Part of a connector is attached to the end of the line, which plugs into a device or with a complementary part of the connector to put together. Also in the area of such a connector, the Shielding is retained.
In the arrangement known from DE 32 42 073 C2 there is a shielded one Line inserted into a metallic housing of an electrical device. The as Braided shield of the cable is on the outside on a tube executed contact element. Above the screen there is the same one on the Pipe-defining crimp sleeve arranged. The cable end is moisture-tight embedded in a protective body made of insulating material produced by spraying. The tube protruding through the wall of the housing has one Threaded connector. It is in a mounting position inside the housing by a the threaded connector screwed on nut. The insulated conductors of the The line then protrudes through the pipe into the housing.
In the known arrangement according to
The invention has for its object the arrangement described above to ensure that it is permanent with fully effective shielding.
- that the connector is arranged in a cup-shaped, metallic housing that surrounds it over its entire length and leaves its plug-in side free,
- that the contact element is designed as a pipe socket protruding through the wall of the housing, at the end of which is located in the housing an extension is attached which lies tightly and firmly against the wall, and
- that the screen is fixed to the same by a crimp sleeve attached to the tube stub protruding from the housing.
This arrangement is simple and easy to use. For the Connection of the line to the metallic housing of the connector only has to Contact element inserted through an existing hole in the same wall be that its circumferential extension is tight and tight against the wall. The conductor and shield of the line are made of their insulating material Coat freed. The conductor is protruding from the housing Pipe socket of the contact element inserted through. At the same time, the The screen is pushed onto the outside of the pipe socket. The preferably beforehand on the The cable is pushed onto the crimp sleeve until it touches the wall of the housing in position and in this position around the screen and Squeezed pipe socket around. The screen is thereby fixed to the contact element and the contact element itself is without additional fasteners with the Housing connected and attached to the wall. Because the screen is right on rests on the pipe socket and the crimp sleeve is attached directly above the screen is a permanent arrangement with safe shielding of the cable and connectors.
The crimp sleeve can extend over the jacket of the appropriate length Line. But it is also possible to apply a shrink tube, which rests on a shorter ferrule and on the jacket of the line.
Embodiments of the subject of the invention are in the drawings shown.
isolierten elektrischen Leiter (Ader) aufweist.
In Fig. 1, a
Anordnung erforderlichen Teile der Leitung 2 dargestellt sind:The connection of the
Rohrstutzen 6 ausgebildetes Kontaktelement verwendet. Der Rohrstutzen 6 besteht
beispielsweise aus Stahl bzw. Edelstahl.
To insert the
Der Rohrstutzen 6 ragt aus dem Gehäuse 5 heraus. An seiner äußeren
The
wegrutschen kann.2, the
As an alternative to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a short one according to FIG. 4 can also be used
The arrangement according to the invention is produced, for example, as follows:
The
