Description

The present invention relates to a structure for the practice of an acrobatic and fun discipline consisting of perform figures in the air while hanging from elastic means and possibly bouncing on a flexible and / or elastic surface.

In a particular embodiment, the means consist in elastic straps while the elastic surface consists of a trampoline, so that the user performs vertical leaps using the effects conjugated straps and trampoline.

We already know structures allowing the practice of this discipline, in particular that described in the document WO 01/24900, which consists of a gymnastic structure organized around a central element, such as a vertical post fixed to the ground, preferably carrying a quadruple arrangement of interlocking support poles extending radially upward and outward, each of these poles being individually combined with a pole of lateral support fixed to the ground, extending upwards in direction of a point proximal to the base of its poles respective support, in addition, a framework supported by quasi-vertical compression is fixed at its lower ends, close to each end support poles, and at the level of its upper ends, near the outer ends of its respective suspended support poles. It is conferred to this structure in X a certain rigidity via a plurality tension cables arranged in a triangle, extending towards the high by forming an angle between the anchor point proximal to the ground side poles fixed to the ground and a point much higher on the support poles. The elements elastics intended for the practice of gymnastic activity being separately attached between the distal ends of each of the support poles.

Such a structure has many drawbacks, in addition to the complexity of its assembly due to the number of elements which composes and the tangle of these, the space reserved for evolutions is restricted, or at least limited on the interior side by the presence of the central mast. Indeed it is common, especially for beginners in the discipline, that the movement which must be essentially vertical, is accompanied of a swinging which increases, with the sensation for the practitioner that he is going to strike the central mast. This sensation is an obstacle to the rapid progression of practicing, because of the impression of insecurity.

To overcome this drawback, we could consider moving away the evolution zones of the central mast, or the like, which Another drawback would be more space. important of the whole installation.

Furthermore, it is not possible for a person, a monitor for example, going from one trampoline to another diametrically opposite other than by going outside, which is detrimental to the speed of intervention.

Finally, such a structure must be assembled fully even for use by a single practitioner.

The object of the present invention is to provide a structure for the practice of acrobatic and playful discipline which consists to perform figures in the air while hanging from elastic means and possibly bouncing on a flexible and / or elastic surface, making it possible to remedy various aforementioned drawbacks, while being of design simple and easy to implement.

According to the invention, the structure for the practice of acrobatic and fun discipline which consists of performing figures in the air while hanging from elastic means and, possibly, by bouncing on a flexible surface and / or elastic, said structure consisting of the assembly elements that create multiple evolution areas including each a pair of ellipses to which are attached to said elastic means, and it is characterized by what it includes a base to which are secured independently of each other of the sets of elements, each of said assemblies being generally triangular in shape and secured to said base by one of its angles and resting to the ground by another angle, while the third angle is one of those ellipsis.

According to an additional characteristic of the structure according to the invention, each of the sets of elements extends in a vertical plane, radial at the base and consists of three beams secured two by two and / or to said base.

According to another characteristic of the structure according to the invention, for each of the assemblies, a first beam is fixed by one of its ends to the base while its other end rests on the ground via a sole, a second beam is mounted by one of its ends on said base near the attachment of said first beam, while at its other end, which constitutes a point for attaching elastic means, one end of the third beam, the other end of which rests on the first substantially vertical to said sole.

According to an additional characteristic of the structure according to the invention, each of the assemblies is guyed.

According to a variant of the structure according to the invention, the second beam is a double beam secured at the base by via two remote attachment points one of the other.

This construction eventually makes it possible to overcome a guying, thereby increasing the space available between different sets of elements, especially at the base.

According to a particular embodiment of the structure according to the invention, the base consists of a platform provided capable of be fixed to the ground.

According to another particular embodiment of the structure according to the invention, the base consists of a platform equipped on the one hand, wheels allowing the movement of the assembly, and on the other hand stabilizers of the crutches type.

According to an additional characteristic of the other mode of particular embodiment of the structure according to the invention, the base consists of a platform made up of several parts foldable, articulated on a chassis carried by wheels.

Preferably, the beams are secured between it and / or at the base through joints allowing pivoting around horizontal axes.

This characteristic is particularly advantageous in the in the case of a mobile platform, it actually stabilizes the structure whatever the configuration of the terrain. We note on this subject that it is possible to provide beams of which you can vary the length.

Furthermore, it is of course possible to provide for certain articulations, several pivot axes, associating blocking means.

The means of fixing the beams, to each other and / or to the platform, are obviously reversible, so allow easy disassembly and assembly.

Each set of elements is independent of the others, this which facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the structure, unlike other structures known to date. Moreover, it is possible to mount only two elements for the practice of discipline by a single user.

Furthermore, the structure according to the invention makes it possible to get rid of a central element such as a mast, capable of caused inconvenience to users.

In addition, the invention makes it possible to envisage the construction of structures allowing more than four evolution zones, which is not possible for currently known structures. In effect, by multiplying the number of evolution zones, while retaining sufficient space to carry out these these areas should be moved away from the center of the structure, however, if that's okay with the structure according to the invention since the assemblies are independent and that it is enough to broaden the base, it is not the same for the other structures whose construction rests on the use of a central mast and the intersection of beams.

The advantages and characteristics of the structure according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which relates to the attached drawing, which represents several nonlimiting embodiments.

Bien entendu ce mode de réalisation est équipé de moyens de stabilisation, non visibles, tels que des béquilles par exemple.FIG. 2 represents a particular embodiment, where the base 1 consists of a mechanically welded platform resting on wheels 6 and equipped with a drawbar 7 allowing the movement of the whole structure. Of course this embodiment is equipped with stabilization means, not visible, such as crutches for example.

En référence maintenant à la figure 3 qui représente un ensemble 2, on peut voir que les éléments 3, 4 et 5 consistent en trois poutres à savoir une première poutre 3 dont une extrémité 30 est solidarisée à la base 1 tandis que son autre extrémité 31 repose sur le sol S par l'intermédiaire d'une semelle 32 ; une deuxième poutre 4 dont une extrémité 40 est solidarisée à la base 1, à proximité du point de fixation de l'extrémité 30 de la poutre 3, tandis qu'à proximité de l'autre extrémité 41 est solidarisée l'extrémité 50 d'une troisième poutre 5 dont l'autre extrémité 51 est solidarisée à la poutre 3 non loin de l'extrémité 31 de celle-ci.Referring now to Figure 3 which represents a set 2, we can see that elements 3, 4 and 5 consist of three beams namely a first beam 3 of which one end 30 is secured to base 1 while its other end 31 rests on the ground S via a sole 32; a second beam 4, one end 40 of which is secured to base 1, at proximity of the attachment point of the end 30 of the beam 3, while near the other end 41 is secured the end 50 of a third beam 5, the other end of which 51 is secured to the beam 3 not far from the end 31 of it.

It should be noted that it is preferably planned to secure the sole 32 at the end 31 of the beam 3 by through an element of adjustable length, for allow to absorb the possible slopes of the ground installation.

The connections between the different beams 3, 4 and 5 are swivel. Thus the end 30 of the beam 3 is mounted pivoting, via a pivot 10, on a yoke 11 integral with the platform 1, while the sole 32 is pivotally mounted via a pivot 33. By elsewhere, the end 40 of the beam 4 is pivotally mounted, by means of a pivot 12, on a yoke 13 integral with platform 1, while near end 41 does laterally projecting a yoke 42 allowing the connection from the end 50 of the beam 5 by means of a pivot 43, and that the end 51 is secured, by means of a pivot 34, to a yoke 35 secured to the beam 3 near the end 31.

Of course other constructions are possible, that shown however is the preferred embodiment.

The different joints allow to stabilize the whole structure depending on the terrain, particularly when it comes to the embodiment shown in Figure 2, which is intended to be moved.

The pivots 10, 12, 43, 34, even 33, are removable so as to allow easy disassembly of the assemblies 2, which advantageously can be assembled and disassembled separately.

The sets 2 are particularly resistant, however, to avoid transverse movements, they are guyed at the means of cables 8, two for each set 2, visible on the Figure 1. The cables 8 connect the end 41 of the beam 4 to the base 1 at fixing points 14 visible in FIG. 2, arranged near the yokes 11, so that the two cables 8 of a beam 4 are fixed at two points 14 close to the clevis 11 for joining the beams 4 of the assemblies 2 neighbors.

It will be noted that according to a variant, the beam 4 can be replaced by two beams secured to the base 1 in points distant from each other, and joining by their high end. These beams can for example take the place cables 8 which are then no longer essential.

In addition, it is possible to plan on the same structure sets 2 of different dimensions, in particular as regards concerns the length of the beam 4 in order to modify the height fixing points of the elastic means E.

Referring now to Figure 4, we can see a variant of the structure according to the invention, which is provided for more than four users, in this case six.

This structure comprises a base 1 of circular shape with which are joined radially six sets 2, of which are shown as beams 3.

The base 1 consists, in the embodiment shown, in a mechanically welded round platform, comprising two parts semicircular 15 articulated on a chassis 16 mounted on wheels 6, so as to allow vertical folding one against the other of the parts 15, thus facilitating the transport of the structure.
