Abstract

Bei einem Hörgerät (1) sollen durch Ein-, Aus- oder Umschaltvorgänge hervorgerufene störende akustische Effekte vermieden werden. Hierzu schlägt die Erfindung vor, die Signalverarbeitung im Hörgerät (1) gleitend von einem ersten Betriebszustand in einen zweiten Betriebszustand zu überführen. Gemäß der Erfindung sind während des Umschaltvorgangs beide Betriebszustände gleichzeitig im Hörgerät (1) vorhanden. Der gleitende Übergang erfolgt durch eine parallele Signalverarbeitung in wenigstens zwei Signalpfaden des Hörgerätes (1), wobei ein Signal, das aus dem ersten Betriebszustand resultiert, und ein Signal, das aus dem zweiten Betriebszustand resultiert, in wechselnder Gewichtung addiert werden.
