Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Summenleistungsregler für mehrere hydrostatische Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') und einen Druckmittler zum Erzeugen eines gemeinsamen Regelparameters, wobei die Fördervolumen der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') mittels Verstellvorrichtungen (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') einstellbar ist und die hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') ein Druckmittel in Arbeitsleitungen (6, 6', 6'') fördern. Die Verstellvorrichtungen (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') werden durch eine Hyperbelregelvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') geregelt und der Arbeitsdruck der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') einem Druckmittler (12) zugeführt. Für jede Verstellvorrichtung (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') ist eine separate Hyperbelregelvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') vorgesehen, die einen Regelkolben (41, 41', 41'') und einen Meßkolben (11, 11', 11'') umfaßt, wobei der Meßkolben (11, 11', 11'') durch eine Axialkraft vorbelastet ist, welche auf den Regelkolben (41, 41', 41'') übertragbar ist, und der eine Kraft entgegengerichtet ist, die durch einen von dem Druckmittler (12) gemittelten Druck an einer Meßkolbenfläche (37, 37', 37'') erzeugt wird. The invention relates to a total power controller for a plurality of hydrostatic piston machines (5, 5 ', 5'') and a pressure transmitter for generating a common control parameter, wherein the delivery volume of the hydrostatic piston machines (5, 5', 5 '') by means of adjusting devices (8, 9 , 8 ', 9', 8 '', 9 '') is adjustable and the hydrostatic piston machines (5, 5 ', 5'') promote a pressure medium in working lines (6, 6', 6 ''). The adjusting devices (8, 9, 8 ', 9', 8 '', 9 '') are controlled by a hyperbolic control device (7, 7 ', 7'') and the working pressure of the hydrostatic piston machines (5, 5', 5 '') fed to a pressure transmitter (12). For each adjusting device (8, 9, 8 ', 9', 8 '', 9 '') of the hydrostatic piston machines (5, 5 ', 5'') a separate hyperbolic control device (7, 7', 7 '') is provided comprising a control piston (41, 41 ', 41'') and a measuring piston (11, 11', 11 ''), wherein the measuring piston (11, 11 ', 11'') is biased by an axial force, which on the control piston (41, 41 ', 41'') is transferable, and a force is opposite, which is generated by one of the pressure transmitter (12) averaged pressure at a Meßkolbenfläche (37, 37', 37 '').
