Claims (8)

  1. Un procédé de décoration et de renforcement d'un casque de protection à haute résistance (1) comprenant : l'étape consistant à produire une coiffe de casque (2) en superposant dans un moule une pluralité de couches de fibres à haute résistance telles qu'imprégnées de façon appropriée de résines, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend en outre les étapes consistant à prévoir une calotte en matériau thermoplastique (3) et à appliquer ladite calotte en matériau thermoplastique (3) sur ladite coiffe de casque en fibres.
  2. Un procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite calotte (3) comprend des parties ouvertes (4), de sorte que la fonction de renforcement de ladite calotte (3) est exercée seulement à des endroits souhaités, tout en laissant d'autres endroits de ladite coiffe de casque (2) exposés à la vue.
  3. Un procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite calotte est utilisée pour appliquer des éléments de fixation tels que des tiges, des rivets, etc.
  4. Un procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend l'étape consistant à produire une coiffe de casque à haute résistance en superposant, dans un moule, une pluralité de couches de fibres tressées de carbone ou de Kevlar, lesdites fibres étant imprégnées de façon appropriée d'une résine.
  5. Un casque de protection ou de sûreté à haute résistance, caractérisé en ce que ledit casque de protection comprend une coiffe de casque réalisée en superposant dans un moule une pluralité de couches de fibres de carbone et de Kevlar, telles qu'imprégnées de façon appropriée de résines, et une calotte en matériau thermoplastique, appliquée sur ladite coiffe de casque en fibres.
  6. Un casque de protection selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite calotte comprend des parties ouvertes, de sorte que la fonction de renforcement de ladite calotte est exercée seulement à des endroits souhaités, tout en laissant d'autres endroits de ladite coiffe de casque exposés à la vue.
  7. Un casque de protection selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite calotte est utilisée pour appliquer dessus des éléments de fixation tels que des tiges, des rivets et similaires.
  8. Un casque de protection selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite coiffe de casque à haute résistance est réalisée en superposant et imprégnant de résines une pluralité de couches de fibres de bore, de verre, de polypropylène ou de couches comprenant toutes fibres souhaitées aptes à conférer audit casque de protection une haute résistance mécanique.
