Abstract
Eine Schaltkontaktanordnung eines Niederspannungs-Leistungsschalters umfasst einen Kontaktträger und an diesem parallel zueinander angeordnete Kontakthebel, die auf einem am Kontaktträger abgestützten Lagerbolzen schwenkbar sind. Zwischen wenigstens einen der Kontakthebel (11) sind Abstandsstücke (20) angeordnet, die am äußeren Umfang eine dem Kontaktträger (10) gegenüberstehende Stützfläche (22) aufweisen. Im ausgeschalteten Ruhezustand der Schaltkontaktanordnung stehen die Stützflächen (22) den Gegenflächen (21) am Kontaktträger (10) mit einem minimalen Abstand gegenüber, der vorzugsweise wenige zehntel Millimeter beträgt. Wird die Schaltkontaktanordnung durch einen hohen Strom starken Belastungen ausgesetzt, so bleibt eine unvermeidliche Durchbiegung des Lagerbolzens (12) auf den genannten geringen Abstand beschränkt. Die Erfindung eignet sich für Niederspannungs-Leistungsschalter mit zahlreichen Kontakthebeln und entsprechend langen Lagerbolzen, wie dies insbesondere bei Bauformen solcher Leistungsschalter der Fall ist, die für hohe Nennströme und hohe Stoß- bzw. Kurzschlussströme bemessen sind. The invention is suitable for low-voltage circuit breaker with numerous contact levers and correspondingly long bearing pin, as is the case in particular for types of such circuit breaker, which are sized for high rated currents and high surge or short-circuit currents.
