Abstract
Description
- Le levier est articulé autour d'un axe fixe par rapport au corps et est soumis, lorsque le porte-fusible est dans la première position, à un effort élastique tendant à l'éloigner de l'élément de commande de pré-coupure.
- Le porte-fusible est articulé autour d'un axe fixe par rapport au corps, ce porte-fusible passant de la première à la seconde position par pivotement autour de cet axe.
- L'élément de commande de pré-coupure est un micro-contact dont la palette forme une partie d'actionnement. Dans ce cas, le levier est avantageusement pourvu d'une tête apte à venir en appui contre cette palette en fonction de la position du levier alors que l'extension précitée s'étend, par rapport à cette tête, sensiblement à l'opposé d'une zone d'articulation du levier sur le corps du sectionneur. On peut prévoir que l'extension précitée s'étend, par rapport à un axe médian de la partie principale du levier, sensiblement à l'opposé de la tête précitée et forme une rampe inclinée par rapport à cet axe, cette rampe étant apte à entrer en contact et à glisser contre une partie du porte-fusible. Cette extension peut former une surface, prolongeant la rampe inclinée apte à entrer en contact et à glisser contre la partie précitée du porte-fusible, après que la rampe inclinée soit dégagée par rapport à cette partie, lors du passage du porte-fusible de sa première à sa seconde position.
- Le porte-fusible forme une rampe apte à exercer sur l'extension du levier un effort de déplacement du levier. Dans ce cas, cette rampe est avantageusement ménagée à proximité du préhenseur, de telle sorte que son mouvement a une amplitude importante dès le début du déplacement du porte-fusible.
- Le levier porte une patte apte à subir un effort de déplacement du levier exercé par un percuteur ou une borne du fusible. Cette patte permet, en particulier, de réagir à un éclatement du fusible et de maintenir l'élément de commande de pré-coupure en configuration active, y compris lorsque l'extension du levier n'interagit plus avec le porte-fusible.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un sectionneur conforme à l'invention ;

Claims (10)
- Sectionneur à fusible comprenant un corps, un porte-fusible mobile par rapport audit corps et se prolongeant par un préhenseur à commande frontale, un levier mobile en fonction de la présence et/ou de l'état d'un fusible dans ledit porte-fusible et/ou de la position dudit porte-fusible, et un élément de commande de pré-coupure de sécurité d'une installation électrique, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) est pourvu d'au moins une extension (205, 206) disposée sur la trajectoire d'une partie (43) dudit porte-fusible lorsque celui-ci est déplacé d'une première position (figure 3), ou position fermée, dans laquelle ledit fusible (5) est connecté à des mâchoires (6, 7) dudit sectionneur (1), vers une seconde position, ou position ouverte (figure 6), dans laquelle ledit fusible peut être extrait (F7) dudit porte-fusible (4), ledit levier étant déplaçable par interaction (F5) entre ladite extension et ledit porte-fusible passant de ladite première à ladite seconde position, de telle sorte que ledit levier actionne (F6) ledit élément (15) de commande de pré-coupure.
- Sectionneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) est articulé autour d'un axe (X20) fixe par rapport audit corps (2) et est soumis, lorsque ledit porte-fusible (4) est dans ladite première position, à un effort élastique (F1) tendant à l'éloigner dudit élément (15) de commande de pré-coupure.
- Sectionneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit porte-fusible (4) est articulé autour d'un axe (X4) fixe par rapport audit corps (2), ledit porte-fusible passant de ladite première (figure 3) à ladite seconde (figure 6) position par pivotement autour dudit axe.
- Sectionneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de commande de pré-coupure est un micro-contact (15) dont la palette (15a) forme une partie d'actionnement.
- Sectionneur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) est pourvu d'une tête (201) apte à venir en appui (F6) contre ladite palette en fonction de la position dudit levier et en ce que ladite extension (205, 206) s'étend, par rapport à ladite tête sensiblement à l'opposé d'une zone (204) d'articulation dudit levier sur ledit corps (2).
- Sectionneur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite extension (205, 206) s'étend, par rapport à un axe médian (X-X') de la partie principale (203) dudit levier (20), sensiblement à l'opposé de ladite tête (201) et forme une rampe (207) inclinée (α) par rapport audit axe et apte à entrer en contact et à glisser contre une partie (43) dudit porte-fusible (4).
- Sectionneur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite extension (205, 206) forme une surface (209), prolongeant ladite rampe inclinée (207) et apte à entrer en contact et à glisser contre ladite partie (43) dudit porte-fusible (4), après que ladite rampe inclinée soit dégagée par rapport à ladite partie, lors du passage dudit porte-fusible de ladite première (figure 3) à ladite seconde (figure 6) position.
- Sectionneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit porte-fusible (4) forme une rampe (431) apte à exercer sur ladite extension (205, 206) un effort (F5) de déplacement dudit levier (20).
- Sectionneur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe (431) est ménagée à proximité dudit préhenseur (42).
- Sectionneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) porte une patte (202) apte à subir un effort de déplacement dudit levier exercé par un percuteur (52) ou une borne (51) dudit fusible (5).
