L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de publication d'une page de journal ou d'autres données, par l'intermédiaire d'une page Web, de façon à rendre ces informations plus facilement disponibles, par le biais d'un réseau tel que l'Internet. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant: à convertir automatiquement les données dans le format de la page Web en mettant d'abord la page de journal dans un format numérique, à convertir le format numérique en un format de publication interne basique, puis à publier les données dans l'un quelconque des formats différents et possibles de publication, comprenant notamment sans y être limités, le document en langage hypertexte, tel qu'une page Web, par exemple. L'invention supporte de telles caractéristiques d'avant-garde, en tant qu'agencement du contenu du journal, en fonction des relations existant dans les informations du contenu et/ou des préférences de l'utilisateur, par analyse de la page du journal en tant que groupe d'objets, chaque objet du journal pouvant être éventuellement un titre, un article, une photo et/ou un dessin publicitaire, etc..
