Claims (6)
- Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator für ein Elektrofilter (12),mit einem Speicherkondensator (1), der über eine erste und eine zweite Zuleitung (2, 3) mit einer Hochspannungsquelle (4) verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Zuleitung (3) über einen ersten Knotenpunkt (6) mit einem Bezugspotential verbunden ist,mit einer Schalteinrichtung (5), die dem Speicherkondensator (1) hochspannungsquellenseitig parallelgeschaltet ist,und mit einer Ausgangsinduktivität (8), die über einen zweiten Knotenpunkt (7) mit der zweiten Zuleitung (3) verbunden ist, wobei der zweite Knotenpunkt (7) zwischen dem Speicherkondensator (1) und dem ersten Knotenpunkt (6) angeordnet ist und wobei über die Ausgangsinduktivität (8) ein Hochspannungs-Puls ausgebbar ist,
- Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Zuleitung (2) zwischen der Hochspannungsquelle (4) und der Schalteinrichtung (5) ein Ladestrombegrenzungselement (10) angeordnet ist. - Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ladestrombegrenzungselement (10) als Widerstand, als Induktivität oder als Kombination eines Widerstands mit einer Induktivität ausgebildet ist. - Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Speicherkondensator (1) und dem zweiten Knotenpunkt (7) ein Rückladestrombegrenzungselement (14) angeordnet ist. - Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückladestrombegrenzungselement (14) als Induktivität (14) ausgebildet ist. - Hochspannungs-Pulsgenerator nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangsinduktivität ein Entkoppelkondensator (11) nachgeschaltet ist.
