Description

The present invention relates to an arcuate component, in particular Ceiling element, with several boards or slats, each one longitudinal side, one Have broad side and a front side and substantially along their long sides as arcuate stack of boards or slats stack are arranged together.

In the prior art, it is known, boards and slats to arcuate components to process. These are usually supporting additional sheets of metal or other Materials used on or under which the boards or slats arranged and are attached. These known in the prior art arcuate components thus always need at least one framework on which the boards or bars individually be attached and that assumes the supporting function within the arc. Of the Disadvantage of this construction is, inter alia, that always first the bearing Backbone must be made, resulting in an increased workload in the production the previously known arcuate components means.

A generic device is already known from US 4,442,149. Here must the Latten soon tailored exactly according to the desired radius of curvature and with Holes are provided. Through the holes of the slats then Soannseile drawn. Subsequently, the application of adhesive to the contact surfaces of the Slats and bracing by means of tensioning cables and yoke-like supports. At the Bracing gives the boa-shaped Bäuelement its final form in which the adhesive then hardens. Thereafter, the Bonen is fixed in its shape, the tension cables can be removed or be cut off.

Disadvantage of the arch element according to US 4,442,149 is the complex and labor-intensive type of construction and the fact that the radius of the arch element finally fixed after curing of the adhesive and thus is no longer changeable and already be taken into account when cutting the slats.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a generic, easily manufacturable, To create arcuate component whose bending radius or shape is not fixed, but is adaptable to the particular circumstances.

This is inventively achieved in that only one or more adjacent Boards or slats of board pile or slats pile on a side of an imaginary one along its longitudinal side extending longitudinal central axis by means of connectors with each other are connected.

In the arcuate component according to the invention is thereby achieved that apart from the supports no further supporting connections for holding the Planks or slats are necessary with each other. Already known are planar components Board or slat stacks. These are often used in the prior art for walls, floors or Ceilings used. Like the already known flat board stack component is also at the arcuate components according to the invention an optical improvement compared with the prior art achieved by supporting on supporting elements of the arcuate component can be dispensed with. Unlike the already known flat board stack or lath stack components is through the inventive single-sided attachment of connectors now also possible, optically create attractive, comparatively fast to build, arcuate components. The arcuate component according to the invention can quickly and easily as a level Board stack manufactured and transported. Bending is preferred only on site performed. The shape can be adapted to the respective needs.

For the preparation of the arcuate components according to the invention can for the boards or slats basically different materials such. Wood, plastic, metal or Composite materials are used.

It is particularly favorable that the connectors on the inside of the sheet in the boards or Slats are arranged. In non-uniform arcs, however, it may also be beneficial, the Arrange connectors on the bow outside in boards or slats. This should be the connectors have spacers. Through this construction can in different Regions of the arcuate component different radii of curvature in a simple manner be achieved by different spacers. Especially cheap Embodiments provide that the connectors are the only supporting connections between the boards or slats are. It is provided that the support of the arcuate component on corresponding supports outside the field of view he follows.

Favorable variants of the connection of the individual boards or slats of the arcuate Component provide that at least one connector, a nail or a screw or a dowel is.

Depending on the curvature and weight of the arcuate components can be provided in that the connectors have several, preferably two or three, adjacent boards or slats connect with each other. When inserting the connectors into the boards or slats it is favorable, that the connectors in an angle deviating from 90 ° and 270 ° to the longitudinal side the boards or slats are arranged in these. This prevents the Connectors that protrude through several adjacent boards or slats, each other hit each other or stand in each other's way. When using wooden boards or slats, sufficient stability and break-out safety of the connectors is achieved, by removing the connectors from the edge or the broadside of wood made Boards or battens of Ö-NORM B 4100-2 corresponds.

Due to the construction of the arcuate component according to the invention this can first by means of the compound of the invention quickly and easily as a level Board stacks are made. Such prefabricated in this way components can its arcuate shape then e.g. by hanging up on accordingly reach preformed arched supports. Here is a favorable variant, that the supports are designed so that the arcuate component only to the End faces bearing is stored.
