Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of packaging in a container of a product comprising different miscible ingredients.
Filling installations are known from example of rotating carousels, including a tank associated with a series of filling. When a product consisting of a mixture different miscible ingredients must be introduced in containers, the mixture is first made with all the ingredients and is introduced into the feed tank prior to the commissioning of the the filling installation. Such a method of conditioning is satisfactory when a very large number of containers must be filled with a product of constant composition and when the total volume of filled containers corresponds substantially to the capacity of the feed tank.
However, when one wishes to perform a change of composition of the product to be conditioned, by example when we want to go from conditioning from whole milk to semi-skimmed milk or skimmed milk, or when packaging a product whose properties vary according to the different mixed ingredients, it is necessary to calculate initially the amount of product to be introduced into the supply tank of the installation depending on the number of containers that are required to be filled, then to perform a cleaning of the feed tank and a filling with the new product to be packaged.
This results in a significant loss of time at every product change so it's not economically feasible to achieve a packaging of different products according to series involving a small number of containers. When lots containing containers containing different products must be realized so it is necessary to package each product according to large series of containers that are stored and which must therefore be subject to further manipulation to constitute different lots. These different operations significantly increase the overall cost conditioning.
Document US 5,083,591 is known from paint cans filling facility comprising a series of cells each comprising two filling stations where each pot is successively filled with dyes and then with a basic paint. To have a high filling rate it is therefore needed to have a high number of cells so that the installation is of a very large size.
compositions variables.We also know
According to the invention, a method of packaging in containers of a liquid product comprising different miscible ingredients, using a filling installation comprising at least two filling stations of the liquid product, the process being characterized in that it comprises the steps of fill containers partially with a first part of the ingredients at a first station of filling comprising a series of filling, to transfer the receptacles to corresponding filling of at least one second station filling and filling the filling of containers with the rest of the ingredients.
So, by simply changing the proportion of ingredients introduced into the container at each of the filling stations, and without the need for change the composition of the product in the tank supply of each filling station, gets at the exit of the installation of the containers containers of products of various compositions. In particular, in the case of milk packaging it simply provide two filling stations, the tank feeding one of them being milk-containing whole while the feed tank of the other filling station contains skimmed milk, for allow the realization of lots of bottles including series of bottles containing whole milk, semi skimmed milk, or skimmed milk.
According to an advantageous version of the method according to the invention the ingredients introduced into a container at each filling station are determined by correspondence with the container, for example by reading a code carried by the container. Each container receives so automatically the different ingredients constituting the composition provided for this container.
Other features and benefits of the invention will appear on reading the description following an embodiment of the method according to the invention in relation to the single figure attached which is a schematic representation of an installation allowing the implementation of the method according to the invention.
une cuve d'alimentation 7.With reference to the figure, the installation
illustrated comprises an
At the exit of the
In addition, the illustrated installation includes
a sensor 15 disposed opposite the containers at the moment
where these are introduced by the
station de remplissage 10It should be noted in this connection that correspondence
initially established between a
remplissage 10.If the bar code carried by the container
corresponds to skim milk the container is totally
filled at the first filling station.
contrary the barcode corresponds to whole milk the
container receives nothing during its passage in the
It will be noted that it is thus possible to produce lots with the number of containers desired for each of the compositions that can be realized by means of the installation. So he is possible to directly constitute batches that comply with a customer's request, for example a retailer of so that at the outlet of the filling plant the batches can be directly assembled for their shipping.
Of course, the invention is not limited to
implementation method described and can be
variants without going beyond the scope of
the invention as defined by the claims. In
particular although the invention has been illustrated in
relationship with a mode of implementation in which a
correspondence is established between a container and the post
filling on which it is loaded by reading
of a bar code, the method can be carried out according to
the invention by providing for a direct programming of
the
Although in the illustrated embodiment there are only two filling, the number of filling stations can be filling to the number of different compositions that you want to make from different ingredients without the need to change the nature of the products contained in the different tanks Power. For this purpose each feed tank may also contain a single ingredient or a mixture of ingredients when this mixture is common to different compositions. The containers are transferred to different stations corresponding to the elements necessary to constitute the required composition, this which makes it possible to successively complete the filling of containers with the rest of the ingredients.
In the case where the receptacles bear a code bars but do not have a privileged orientation to moment of their loading to a filling station or can provide multiple sensors to ensure a reading the barcode whatever the orientation of the container.
