Description

L'invention concerne un dispositif perforateur de bouchon de conteneur de liquide tel que décrit dans le document US-A-5 280 764, destiné à équiper des appareils de distribution de liquide tels des fontaines à eau, communément agencés dans les bureaux ou dans les locaux recevant du public.
Il est connu d'utiliser sur des appareils de distribution de liquide tels des fontaines à eau, des dispositifs perforateurs, lesquels consistent pour la plupart en un tube de section ronde ou analogue dont l'extrémité libre est coupée en biseau. Le biseau permet de perforer le bouchon du conteneur, tandis que le contenu dudit conteneur peut s'écouler dans le tube. Ces dispositifs perforateurs présentent plusieurs inconvénients, notamment celui de réaliser une découpe complète d'une partie du bouchon, ladite partie étant libérée dans le contenu.
Par ailleurs, les appareils de distribution de liquide, tels que les fontaines à eau, sont souvent sujets à des problèmes de fuite, lesquels sont liés à la manière dont est réalisée la perforation. En effet lors de la mise en place de la bouteille, la perforation n'est pas toujours réalisée au centre du bouchon, en sorte que la bouteille est désaxée ce qui crée des fuites.
Pour pallier cet inconvénient on utilise des bouchons munis d'un moyen de centrage c'est-à-dire dont la zone à percer est localisée au fond d'une cavité tubulaire permettant de guider le perforateur. De tels bouchons évitent les problèmes de fuite précités, par contre, du fait du centrage du perforateur, la perforation engendre à coup sûr la découpe complète d'une partie du bouchon.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces divers inconvénients en proposant un dispositif perforateur permettant d'éliminer le risque que des restes du bouchon ne tombent dans le liquide du conteneur, ne bouchent le circuit de distribution dudit liquide, ou ne se retrouvent au sein du liquide fourni à l'utilisateur. Ce but est atteint par le dispositif de la revendication 1.
Le dispositif perforateur de bouchon de conteneur de liquide pour appareil de distribution de liquide selon l'invention est du type consistant en un corps tubulaire de section ronde ou analogue, dont l'extrémité est coupée en biseau, et il se caractérise essentiellement en ce que ladite extrémité présente plusieurs sections correspondant chacune à un plan de coupe spécifique, et en ce que la section la plus éloignée de la pointe est définie par un plan de coupe ayant, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dudit corps tubulaire, une pente, ou une pente moyenne, plus grande que celle du ou des autres plans de coupe.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier du dispositif selon l'invention, l'extrémité comporte deux sections correspondant à deux plans de coupe rectilignes.
Selon une variante du mode de réalisation particulier du dispositif selon l'invention, les deux sections présentent des profils courbes, la section proche de la pointe étant concave tandis que l'autre section est convexe.
Les avantages et les caractéristiques du dispositif selon l'invention, ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente plusieurs modes de réalisation non limitatifs.
Dans le dessin annexé :
  • La figure 1 représente une vue schématique en perspective d'un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif perforateur selon l'invention.
  • Les figures 2a, 2b et 2c représentent des vues schématiques du même dispositif lors de différentes étapes de son utilisation.
  • La figure 3 représente une vue schématique en perspective d'un second mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention.
  • En référence à la figure 1, on peut voir qu'un dispositif perforateur 1 selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'un élément tubulaire 10 dont l'extrémité 2 est découpée en biseau.
    Selon l'invention, l'extrémité 2 présente deux sections qui correspondent chacune à un plan de coupe spécifique, à savoir une section avant 20 correspondant à la section extrême et comprenant une pointe 21, ainsi qu'une section arrière 22.
    Les sections 20 et 22 diffèrent par les plans de coupe qui les définissent et donc par les pentes de ces plans de coupe, ainsi, la pente du plan de coupe de la section arrière 22, par rapport à l'axe de l'élément tubulaire 10, est plus grande que celle du plan de coupe de la section avant 20.
    En référence maintenant aux figures 2a, 2b et 2c, on peut voir différentes étapes de la perforation du bouchon 3 d'un conteneur, non représenté, avec le dispositif perforateur 1.
    On notera que le bouchon 3 est du type comprenant un moyen de centrage, c'est-à-dire que la zone à percer 30, qui correspond au centre du bouchon 3, consiste au fond d'une cavité 31 de dimensions transversales permettant de guider le dispositif perforateur.
    Sur la figure 2a, le bouchon 3 et le dispositif perforateur 1 sont en approche, le dispositif perforateur 1 étant guidé par la cavité 31, tandis que la pointe 21 vient au contact de la zone à percer 30.
    Sur la figure 2b, l'élément 10 traverse partiellement le bouchon 3, la section avant 20 découpant une partie 32 de la zone à percer 30.
    Sur la figure 2c, l'élément 10 a traversé entièrement le bouchon 3, et la section 22 ne prolonge pas l'opération de découpe de la zone 30, ou du moins pas totalement, mais elle repousse la partie 32 vers l'intérieur du conteneur.
    Le passage de la section avant 20 à la section arrière 22, et plus particulièrement le changement de pente, a pour effet un redressement de la partie 32 en sorte qu'elle n'offre plus assez d'angle pour être découpée, elle est ainsi déformée et repoussée. On notera que la section ronde de l'élément 10 favorise la déformation et le repoussement de la partie 32
    En référence maintenant à la figure 3, on peut voir un second mode de réalisation 4 du dispositif perforateur selon l'invention.
    Ce dispositif perforateur 4, qui constitue le mode de réalisation préférentiel, consiste en un élément tubulaire 40 dont l'extrémité 5 est biseautée, cette dernière comportant également deux sections, une section avant 50 comprenant une pointe 51, et une section arrière 52.
    Les sections avant 50 et arrière 52 sont de forme courbe, la section arrière 52 présentant, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément tubulaire 40, une pente moyenne plus grande que la pente moyenne de la section avant 50.
    La section avant 50 présente un profil concave, ce qui facilite la découpe du bouchon par un effet de poinçonnage, tandis que la section arrière présente un profil convexe lui permettant, par son bord extrême inférieur fuyant, de repousser de manière accrue la partie découpée.

    Claims (3)

    1. Dispositif perforateur de bouchon de conteneur de liquide pour appareil de distribution de liquide, du type consistant en un corps tubulaire (10 ; 40) de section ronde ou analogue, dont l'extrémité (2 ; 5) est coupée en biseau, caractérisé en ce que ladite extrémité (2 ; 5) présente plusieurs sections (20, 22 ; 50, 52) correspondant chacune à un plan de coupe spécifique, et en ce que la section (21 ; 51) la plus éloignée de la pointe (22 ; 52) est définie par un plan de coupe ayant, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dudit corps tubulaire (10 ; 40) une pente, ou une pente moyenne, plus grande que celle du ou des autres plans de coupe qui définissent la ou les autres sections (20 ; 50).
    2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (2) comporte deux sections (20, 22) correspondant à deux plans de coupe rectilignes.
    3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux sections (50, 52) présentent des profils courbes, la section (50) proche de la pointe (51) étant concave tandis que l'autre section (52) est convexe.
