Claims (38)

  1. Dokument mit:
    a) einem Substrat (4),
    b) einem codierten Spieldatenabschnitt (16), der auf dem Substrat (4) abgebildet ist, wobei der codierte Spieldatenabschnitt (16) folgendes aufweist:
    1) eine Basisschicht (20), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit einer gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    2) eine zweite Schicht (22) mit einer Tinte, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit der gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen, von dem ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert verschiedenen zweiten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    wobei die Basisschicht und die zweite Schicht zusammen einen Spieldatenbereich (26) und einen Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) definieren und mindestens einer der Bereiche (26, 28) ein zugeordnetes codiertes Symbolmuster (33, 35) aufweist, und
    c) mindestens einer abkratzbaren Schicht (46) über dem codierten Spieldatenabschnitt (16).
  2. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Reflexionsfähigkeitswert kleiner als der erste Reflexionsfähigkeitswert ist.
  3. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge ein rotes Licht ist.
  4. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Reflexionsfähigkeitswert von etwa 0 bis 10 % reicht.
  5. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Reflexionsfähigkeitswert 0 % beträgt.
  6. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Reflexionsfähigkeitswert von etwa 23 bis 43 % reicht.
  7. Dokument nach Anspruch 6, wobei der erste Reflexionsfähigkeitswert etwa 33 % beträgt.
  8. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei das codierte Symbolmuster (33, 35) sowohl in dem Spieldatenbereich (26) als auch in dem Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) erscheint.
  9. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei das codierte Symbolmuster (33, 35) in weniger als dem ganzen Spieldatenbereich (26) oder dem ganzen Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) erscheint.
  10. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei das codierte Symbolmuster eine feste Anordnung der Symbole in mehr als einer Drehorientierung aufweist.
  11. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei das codierte Symbolmuster (33, 35) für mindestens einen der Bereiche (26, 28) von dem codierten Symbolmuster (33, 35) für einen anderen der Bereiche (26, 28) verschieden ist.
  12. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, wobei der codierte Spieldatenabschnitt (16) wenigstens eine Zelle (24) mit einem Spieldatenbereich (26) und einem Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) aufweist, wobei sowohl auf den Spieldatenbereich (26) als auch auf den Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) die Basisschicht (20) aufgedruckt ist, wobei der Spieldatenbereich (26) des weiteren die zweite Schicht (22) in einem ersten codierten Symbolmuster (33) aufgedruckt umfaßt.
  13. Dokument nach Anspruch 12, wobei die zweite Schicht (22) in einer Weise auf den Nicht-Spieldatenbereich aufgedruckt ist, daß darauf ein zweites codiertes symbolmuster (35) verbleibt.
  14. Dokument nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) eine zweite Schicht (22) mit Nicht-Spieldaten aufweist, die dem codierten Symbolmuster von der darauf vorhandenen Basisschicht (20) zugeordnet sind.
  15. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, das des weiteren mindestens eine zusätzliche Schicht (62, 64) aufweist, die auf die mindestens eine abkratzbare Schicht (46) gedruckt ist und auf der sich ein der abkratzbaren Schicht zugeordnetes codiertes Muster befindet.
  16. Dokument nach Anspruch 15, wobei die zusätzliche Schicht (62, 64) folgendes aufweist:
    3) eine dritte Schicht (62), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen durch die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen dritten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    4) eine vierte Schicht (64), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen durch die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen, von dem dritten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert verschiedenen vierten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist.
  17. Dokument nach Anspruch 15, wobei der vierte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert kleiner als der dritte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert ist.
  18. Dokument nach Anspruch 17, wobei der dritte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert von etwa 90 bis 100 % reicht.
  19. Dokument nach Anspruch 18, wobei der dritte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert 100 % beträgt.
  20. Dokument nach Anspruch 19, wobei der vierte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert von etwa 57 bis 77 % reicht.
  21. Dokument nach Anspruch 20, wobei der vierte Reflexionsfähigkeitswert etwa 67 % beträgt.
  22. Dokument nach Anspruch 15, wobei das der abkratzbaren Schicht zugeordnete Muster ein codiertes Symbolmuster (66) über mindestens einem Abschnitt der abkratzbaren Schicht (46) aufweist.
  23. Dokument nach Anspruch 22, wobei das zweite codierte Symbolmuster eine feste Anordnung von Symbolen (66) in mehr als einer Drehorientierung aufweist.
  24. Dokument nach Anspruch 16, wobei die zusätzliche Schicht (62, 64) eine Anzahl von Zellen abdeckt, wobei jede Zelle mit dem zweiten codierten Muster Symbole (66) der auf die dritte Schicht (62) gedruckten vierten Schicht (64) aufweist.
  25. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, das des weiteren eine Schicht (70) aufweist, die für das menschliche Auge unsichtbar ist und einen vorgewählten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert für eine gegebene Lichtwellenlänge aufweist.
  26. Dokument nach Anspruch 25, wobei die Schicht (70) das nahe Infrarotspektrum reflektiert.
  27. Dokument nach Anspruch 1 in Form eines Lotteriescheins (2).
  28. Verfahren zum Erkennen des Manipulierens eines Dokuments, mit:
    a) einem Substrat (4),
    b) einem codierten Spieldatenabschnitt (16), der auf dem Substrat (4) abgebildet ist, wobei der codierte Spieldatenabschnitt (16) folgendes aufweist:
    1) eine Basisschicht (20), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit einer gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    2) eine zweite Schicht (22) mit einer Tinte, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit der gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen, von dem ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert verschiedenen zweiten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    wobei die Basisschicht und die zweite Schicht zusammen einen Spieldatenbereich (26) und einen Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) definieren und mindestens einer der Bereiche (26, 28) ein zugeordnetes codiertes Symbolmuster (33, 35) aufweist, und
    c) mindestens einer abkratzbaren Schicht (46) über dem codierten Spieldatenabschnitt (16),
    wobei das Verfahren In-Kontakt-Bringen des Dokuments mit der gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge, das Erfassen eines bei dem Kontaktierschritt erhaltenen Reflexionsfähigkeitswert des Dokuments und das Vergleichen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts mit einem Standard-Reflexionsfähigkeitswert für das Dokument umfaßt.
  29. Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, das das Erfassen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts von der Basisschicht (20) und/oder der zweiten Schicht (22) umfaßt.
  30. Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, das das Erfassen des Reflexionafähigkeitswerts des codierten Symbolmusters (33, 35) umfaßt.
  31. Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, wobei das Dokument des weiteren mindestens eine über die mindestens eine abkratzbare Schicht (46) gedruckte zusätzliche Schicht (62, 64) aufweist, wobei sich darauf ein der abkratzbaren Schicht zugeordnetes codiertes Muster befindet, wobei das Verfahren des weiteren das Erfassen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts der zusätzlichen Schicht (62, 64) und das vergleichen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts mit einem von einem Standardwert für das Dokument erhaltenen Reflexionsfähigkeitswert umfaßt.
  32. Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, wobei das Dokument des weiteren eine für das menschliche Auge unsichtbare Schicht (70) aufweist, die für eine gegebene Lichtwellenlänge einen vorgewählten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist, wobei das Verfahren In-Kontakt-Bringen des Dokuments mit der gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge, das Erfassen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts der unsichtbaren Schicht (70) und das Vergleichen des Reflexionsfähigkeitswerts mit einem Standard-Reflexionsfähigkeitswert für das Dokument umfaßt.
  33. Verfahren nach Anspruch 32, das das In-Kontakt-Bringen des Dokuments mit einer Lichtquelle im nahen Infrarot umfaßt.
  34. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines manipulationssicheren Dokuments, bei dem auf ein Substrat (4) ein codierter Spieldatenabschnitt (16) aufgebracht wird, der folgendes aufweist:
    1. eine Basisschicht (20), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit einer gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    2. eine zweite Schicht (22) mit einer Tinte, die einen durch die Reflexionsfähigkeit der gegebenen Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen, von dem ersten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert verschiedenen zweiten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist,
    wobei die Basisschicht (20) und die zweite Schicht (22) zusammen einen Spieldatenbereich (26) und einen Nicht-Spieldatenbereich (28) definieren und mindestens einer der Bereiche (26, 28) ein zugeordnetes codiertes Symbolmuster (33, 35) aufweist, und
    wobei mindestens eine abkratzbare Schicht (46) über den codierten Spieldatenabschnitt (16) aufgebracht wird.
  35. verfahren nach Anspruch 34, das des weiteren das Aufbringen mindestens einer zusätzlichen Schicht (62, 64) über die abkratzbare Schicht (46) umfaßt, auf der sich ein der abkratzbaren Schicht zugeordnetes codiertes Muster befindet.
  36. Verfahren nach Anspruch 35, das das Aufbringen einer mit Tinte gedruckten dritten Schicht (62) umfaßt, die einen durch die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen dritten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist, und das Aufbringen einer vierten Schicht (64), die mit einer Tinte gedruckt ist, die einen von dem dritten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert verschiedenen, durch die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge gemessenen vierten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert aufweist, umfaßt.
  37. Verfahren nach Anspruch 34, das des weiteren das Aufbringen einer für das menschliche Auge unsichtbaren Schicht (70) umfaßt, die einen vorgewählten Reflexionsfähigkeitswert für eine gegebene Lichtwellenlänge aufweist.
  38. Verfahren nach Anspruch 37, wobei die gegebene Lichtwellenlänge aus dem nahen Infrarotspektrum ist.
