- the invention further relates to a form with integrated, detachable card or a form with attached detachable card, each made using such a multi-layer material.
- a multilayer material of the type mentioned is for example from WO 98/13213 or the WO 99/08256 known, which are also described in these prior publications forms of the type mentioned.
- a so-called Schallsim Mrs is used as a glue layer, wherein between this Schallsim Mrs and the self-adhesive layer but still another supporting layer, usually a film layer, is arranged.
- the invention has as its object to provide a multi-layer material of the type mentioned, which is even more cost-effective than the previously known produced and when applied as Aufspendematerial in the form area, the production of novel forms with improved properties.
- the solution to this problem consists in a multi-layer material of the aforementioned type according to claim 1 therein, that the glue layer in the multilayer material is also in direct contact with the self-adhesive layer and forms a diffusion barrier for the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the self-adhesive layer, that the carrier layer and the self-adhesive layer are separable from each other, wherein the glue layer either completely or at least a partial layer of the glue layer goes along with the self-adhesive layer, and that after such a separation the glue layer or said sub-layer of the glue layer covers the self-adhesive layer, is dry and not sticky.
- the invention also relates to forms produced according to the invention with the multilayer material according to claims 9 or 10.
- Fig.1 1 denotes a multilayer material according to the invention.
- This comprises a carrier layer 2, on which a glue layer 3 and a self-adhesive layer 4, are applied in the stated order.
- the glue layer 3 is in direct contact with the self-adhesive layer.
- the backing layer may be a paper or plastic film layer.
- the self-adhesive layer can consist of a commercially available self-adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive, as it is commonly used for self-adhesive labels and through which a more or less permanent adhesive bond can be produced under pressure application on most surfaces. The specific properties of the size coat 2 will be described below with reference to preferred applications.
- the self-adhesive layer 4 is still provided with a readily removable from her cover material, which consists for example of a provided with a silicone layer 5 paper layer 6.
- her cover material which consists for example of a provided with a silicone layer 5 paper layer 6.
- the Fig. 2 shows a first embodiment of the applicability of the multi-layer material of Fig. 1 in the form of a form 9 with integrated, detachable card.
- a form 9 On the back of the form 9, which may be a single sheet of paper, but also an endless paper web, is a piece of the multilayer material of Fig. 1 after previously removing the covering material 5/6 by means of the thus exposed self-adhesive layer 4 glued.
- the form 9 has been provided with a punch 11, wherein the punch 11 is at least partially, but preferably carried out entirely within the glued multi-layer material and preferably fully encircling and down to the support layer 2, which itself is not punched through with.
- punching 11 is formed in the form 9 a punched product or a card 10, which is or with the remaining surrounding material of the form 9 only on the not punched with carrier layer 2 in connection and on this on the glue layer 2 and the self-adhesive layer 3 is held.
- the glue layer 2 is now formed so that the card 10 can be released from the form, but on the other hand held in the form 1 on the other hand so firmly that it does not detach itself when used as intended.
- the printing of the form e.g. in a computer printer (inkjet or laser printer) as well as its sending by post.
- Fig. 3 shows the form of Fig. 2 with detached card 10.
- the liberated card 10 carries here the back of the self-adhesive layer 4 and the complete glue layer 3.
- the glue layer 3 has so far detached completely and residue-free upon release of the card 10 by an adhesion break from the carrier layer 2.
- the glue layer 3 has the property that it is no longer sticky at least after its detachment from the carrier layer 2.
- the glue layer 3 completely covers the self-adhesive layer 4 on the back of the card 10, the card 10 (unlike, for example, a conventional self-adhesive label) on the back and thus not sticky as a whole.
- the glue layer 3 on the back of the card is also designed such that it can be written on, for example, with a ballpoint pen or a felt-tip pen.
- a glue for the size coat 3 is one such as can be obtained under the name 62-SE-243-1012 from the company SICPA-Aarberg AG, CH-3270 Aarberg.
- the term "glue” in the context of the present invention is functional and not to be understood only in the narrow sense of an adhesive. Insofar as it affects liability only so long as the mentioned separation has not yet occurred. Subsequently, the glue has the properties of a dry lacquer above a film layer. So is the back of the detached card 10 of Fig. 3 when using the specified glue as "plasticized” and thereby protects the possibly underlying printing or otherwise attached information such as a signature, etc. from manipulation.
- Fig. 4 shows the detached map 10 of Fig. 3 Over some surface 12.
- the self-adhesive 2 has been partially exposed on the back of the detached card 10, causing the card to become sticky at the exposed locations. It can be adhered to the surface 12 by pressing it to be glued.
- An application for this would be, for example, pasting the card 10 into an album, as is usually done with photos.
- the card 10 could also be a kind of photo with appropriate training and printing.
- Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the applicability of the multi-layer material 1 of Fig. 1 in the form of a form 9 with attached, detachable card.
- the multi-layer material 1 is here cut directly to the size of the desired card and glued after removal of the covering 5/6 with its self-adhesive layer 4 on the form 9.
- Fig. 6 shows the card 10 'detached from the form 9.
- the card 10 ' consists exclusively of the material of the carrier layer 2, which consequently forms the actual wear layer in this embodiment and does not merely have an auxiliary function.
- the two layers 2 and 3 do not go with the card 10 ', but remain on the form. There they form a thin, practically non-applied, dry and not (more) sticky coating, which may even be writable.
There they form
- the carrier layer 2 as material for the card 10 ' preferably made of stronger paper (eg 150 g / m 2., Cardboard or plastic, so that the card 10' after their release from the form has sufficient inherent rigidity and thus easier and more durable in
- the carrier layer in the example of Fig. 2 and 3 it is generally advantageous for the carrier layer in the example of Fig. 2 and 3 to use a rather thinner material, in which case, for example, a polyester film with a thickness of 30-50 ⁇ m or a paper material with a thickness of 80-120 g / m 2 usually suffices.
- the Fig. 7 shows an embodiment similar to Fig. 6 with a card 10 "detached from a form 9, but when the card is detached, a cohesive break has occurred within the glue layer 3. Accordingly, only part 3.1 of the glue layer 3 remains on the form 9 as cover for the self-adhesive layer 2, while another one Part 3.2 sticks on the back of the card and goes with the card 10 ".
- This adherent sub-layer 3.2 protects the card and is additionally preferably writable.
- the remaining on the self-adhesive layer 2 sub-layer 3.1 must of course be thick enough to cover the self-adhesive effectively and permanently,
- an adhesion break between the glue layer 3 and the carrier layer 2 according to Fig. 3 or according to Fig. 6 a cohesive break occurs within the glue layer 3, can be controlled and adjusted via the material and / or surface properties of the glue layer 3 and / or the carrier layer 2 and / or their affinity to one another. In any case, however, the adhesion between the size coat 2 and the self-adhesive layer 3 and the latter, in particular on customary paper surfaces, must be greater than the stated affinity or the internal stability of the size coat 3.
- FIG. 8 Yet another multilayer material 1 is shown, which also again comprises a carrier layer 2, a glue layer 3 and a self-adhesive layer 4.
- the carrier layer 2 here is provided on the back with a release coating 5 (siliconization), as a result of which the material can be produced and rolled up in endless form even without a cover for the self-adhesive layer 4.
- the glue layer 3 is shown with two sub-layers 3.3 and 3.4, which are not identical to the aforementioned sub-layers 3.1 and 3.2.
- the glue layer 3 is in this embodiment already from its production forth a two-layer structure, which in principle could be provided even more layers. Due to the multilayer structure, it is possible, in particular, to optimize the size of the glue layer 3 with regard to its various above-described functionalities.
- the sub-layer 3.4 could consist of a material which has particularly good barrier properties and prevents the self-adhesive of the layer 4 from diffusing through the glue layer 3 as a whole.
- the other sub-layer (s) 3.3 could be independently adjusted and optimized with respect to further properties such as detachability, tackiness loss and, if applicable, writability.
- a glue of the already mentioned company SICPA Aarberg AG with the designation 62-SE-243-1011 in a layer thickness of 7 - 8 g / m 2 in combination with the aforementioned glue the same company name with the 62-SE-243 to 1012 with a layer thickness of 2 - 3 are used g / m 2.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a multilayer material which can be used in particular as a dispensing material in the form region with a carrier layer, a glue layer and a self-adhesive layer, wherein the glue layer between the carrier layer and the self-adhesive layer and is arranged directly in contact with the carrier layer. The invention further relates to a form with integrated, detachable card or a form with attached detachable card, each made using such a multi-layer material.
The invention has as its object to provide a multi-layer material of the type mentioned, which is even more cost-effective than the previously known produced and when applied as Aufspendematerial in the form area, the production of novel forms with improved properties. The solution to this problem consists in a multi-layer material of the aforementioned type according to claim 1 therein,
that the glue layer in the multilayer material is also in direct contact with the self-adhesive layer and forms a diffusion barrier for the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the self-adhesive layer,
that the carrier layer and the self-adhesive layer are separable from each other, wherein the glue layer either completely or at least a partial layer of the glue layer goes along with the self-adhesive layer, and
that after such a separation the glue layer or said sub-layer of the glue layer covers the self-adhesive layer, is dry and not sticky.
The advantages resulting from the use of the multilayer material according to the invention are to be seen in particular in that the additional load-bearing layer between the glue layer and the self-adhesive layer which is still present in the aforementioned prior art is eliminated, whereby, of course, the costs for this layer are saved, on the one hand their omission the multi-layer material is much thinner and eg applied on a form applied accordingly less.
Preferred embodiments of the inventive multilayer material are specified in the dependent claims.
The invention also relates to forms produced according to the invention with the multilayer material according to

The
Furthermore, the
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the
Commercially available self-adhesive or conventional components of the same as, above all, acrylic resins now have the property of penetrating quite aggressively into adjoining materials through a kind of diffusion process and thereby, inter alia, arresting them firmly and permanently. This can even lead to penetration of an adjacent thin layer, which then becomes sticky to a certain extent. The latter would of course be disadvantageous in the case of the multilayer material 1 according to the invention with regard to the
This can be achieved with a given composition of the material for the
As a glue for the
