Abstract

A lamp support, in particular for a low voltage lamp is disclosed, with an extendable support arm (22) movably held on a mounting (1) by means of a longitudinal guide, comprising at least one trough-shaped, arched, current-carrying strip (15), made from spring material and arranged transverse to the longitudinal direction. Bending said strip in cross-section makes it straight and permits a change in direction. A lamp head (24) is fitted to the front head end (23) thereof, in a current-conducting manner, with a low voltage means of illumination. The foot end (16) of the at least one trough-shaped strip (13, 14, 15) is substantially connected to the mounting (1) in a current-conducting manner and the strip section (17, 18, 19), between the foot end (16) and entry into the longitudinal guide (6, 25, 35), is in the form of a loop (20), comprising at least one zone (18) of directional change, which is not fixed in space between straight strip sections of variable lengths (17, 29). The invention further relates to a lamp with the above lamp support, whereby at least one lamp head is mounted on the head end (23) of the strip, with at least one light source.

Description

The invention relates to a lamp rod according to the preamble of claim 1, as it is used for table and work lights, in a standing or wall or dekkenmontierter form and on a lamp according to the preamble of Anspuchs 23, as table, floor , Wall or ceiling light is formed.

Such kind of lights, which are usually equipped with a pivotable and / or extendable support arms, have more or less rigid rods with joints, possibly with counterweights or relief springs. In addition, telescopic rods are common, especially for light halogen lamps.

From DE 297 06 090.2 U1 finally a lamp or lamp with variable band-shaped generic lighting rod is known in which at the lamp holder consisting of a lamp stand and two of this vertically projecting holder arms, between the outer ends of the holder arms a rocker-shaped pivoting guide Contact shoe is attached. Through this, as a support rod for a lamp head, two electrically conductive, channel-shaped curved metal bands are guided longitudinally displaceable, which are lacquer-isolated except for the longitudinal edges. In this case, these bands are pointing with their respective gutter opening to the outside, that is arranged back to back to each other, in cross-section representing an X-shape. At the rear end, the guide contact shoe on a housing in which the protruding from the guide member of the contact shoe rear ends of the bands in Maßbandart are rolled up in each case in opposite directions. When pulling out or pushing back the band support arm at the front, the band is further rolled up or unrolled at the rear, which means that an additional rolling resistance has to be overcome. Another disadvantage is that the current decrease takes place along the entire band longitudinal edges over the guide contact shoe, whereby in each case a conductive contact between the parts in all positions along the Bandes must be present, with a correspondingly narrow guide, whereby a higher pushing force must be expended. In addition, supporting, so taking over the self-supporting tape weight and the weight of the lamp, affects only with the gutter opening facing upward band, while the opening facing down the band withstands no load and meets only a pure power line function.

The object of the invention is to provide a lighting rod of the above-mentioned genus, which is simple and effective in construction, has a relatively increased load capacity of its support arm, which should also be easily extendable and retractable, as well as a lamp that optimally as Tisach-, Floor, wall or ceiling lamp is used.

This object is achieved by a generic lighting rod with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are characterized in the subclaims.

Accordingly, the foot end of the at least one channel-shaped band is conductively connected to the holder. It thus takes place the power line on the band only each narrow side, so that it can be isolated at its entire periphery, for example by painting, and there are no problems with possible short circuits between uninsulated longitudinal edges, as in the prior art. Of course, the band can be mounted in a higher than at the lowest foot end located zone of the band-foot arm, depending on functional or esthätischen case of need.
In addition, the band part between the foot end and entry into the longitudinal guide is in the form of a loop which has at least one non-stationary zone of change of direction between straight band sections of variable length. Thus, the linkage band, starting from its attachment via its foot, may first be guided in a relatively large loop with a 180 ° arc change in direction before being passed through the longitudinal guide, this large or long band loop receiving the band length or which is displaced when inserting or pulling out of the band support arm. Thus, only a narrow loop whose loop arms are relatively close together and substantially parallel becomes narrower or further pulled or pushed, so only changed their length, without the need to apply special forces. Also, these are the on the rear insertion of the z. B. acting as a rocker longitudinal guide forces always substantially constant, since no changing weight of up or rolling tape ends is present.

It is advantageous if two channel-shaped bands in the same direction of curvature up or ineinanderordnungs angeordner, forming a double-wall gutter. Characterized that in the course of the support both bands with their channel openings facing upwards, ie contrary to the load, both bands in the same way supporting and thus the load capacity of the band support arm is substantially optimized. The two bands can be connected to each other at its two ends, so the foot and head, isolated, so that overall results in a compact design as a double or sandwich tape.

According to the invention, the lamp holder consists of a lamp stand, on which at least one holder arm is fastened protruding vertically, on which in turn the tape longitudinal guide is arranged. In this case, the longitudinal guide immovably, that is fixedly provided on a holder arm in the form of a guide slot or as at least three guide pins which protrude on a side surface of the holding arm or are arranged between two parallel holder arms. However, a Vertikalverschwenkbarkeit of the support arm is then not present, unless the last bolt is vertically displaceable angeorordet, z. B. over slot and clamping screw.

It is advantageous if the tape longitudinal guide is designed as a relatively simple rocker, which does not have to be live, so it can be manufactured from plastic. Whose band guide support surface has, at least in the front, pull-out, relatively long trained support arm an upwardly open, channel-shaped profile, according to the gutter profile of the bands, whereby a very good support of the band support arm is present. Also, when pivoting the support arm, with a more strictly adjusted rocker pivot guide, the upwardly projecting support arm on this side can be pushed upwards or downwards so that there is no danger of that by Verschwenkdrücken on the long pushed out tape support arm itself, this kinks.

The rocker longitudinal guide can according to the invention a straight rocker, i. be with two aligned straight rocker arms or designed as Umlenkwippe having a front, longer rocker support arm with upwardly open channel shape and a rear Wipen bow arm. Introduced into the Umlenkwippe rear band thereby first undergoes an arcuate bend, with straight transverse profile to be led out channel shape at the front Stützarmende. In this case, the bow arm may have an arcuate guide or a deflection arc shape of the bands to max. 90 ° circumscribing angular shape, in which the curved band, depending on the pivot angle of the support arm and thus the rocker, more or less inflected, so in the band bend has a smaller or larger radius.

It may be advantageous to form the pivoting rocker so that its pivot axis is arranged above, below or substantially at the height of the rocker tape guide surface. The arrangement is in each case dependent on the rocker construction, that is to say whether an arc rocker or a straight rocker is used, or, for example. of how far the rocker arm can be pivoted between the holder arms, so as not to bite the band passed through it.

According to the invention, it may be advantageous to provide only one or two mutually parallel holder arms. In the embodiment with only one holder arm, the guide rocker is mounted on a flat side over a transversely projecting pivot axis. The band can now be attached to the lamp base either essentially in each case with a transverse direction pointing parallel to the pivot axis, with the channel opening pointing to the rocker or to the holder arm, then forming the large loop, being guided overall S-shaped in the same vertical plane. But it can also be attached to the upper end of the current-carrying holder arm oden at one above the rocker, parallel to the pivot axis extending arm extension.

However, the band can also be attached to the rocker pivot axis opposite flat side of the holder arm in parallel to this, pointing with the channel opening to the holder arm, in close proximity with its attachment end on the lamp base and enclose rounded in a visually appealing manner on this flat side. In this case, the band guided along the holder arm and beyond it then undergoes not only a 180 ° change in direction about a transverse axis, but also also a 90 ° twist about a vertical axis in order to be introduced into the reversing rocker.

If the holder consists of two mutually parallel spaced holder arms, then they can be made of flat or round material, with intermediate mounted rocker. In this case, the rocker pivot axis at the upper end of the two holder arms interposed and the band in the same plane substantially S-fömig, starting from the lamp base, be performed. Thus, the belt foot end may be used for e.g. a table lamp, protruding vertically from the top of the lamp stand. In the design as a wall lamp, the Bandfußende can be mounted flat on the upper side of the lamp, guided by this radially projecting, in which then, by the wall mounting a 90 ° offset position of the bracket compared to the table lamp version is present, the rocker also about ca 90 ° further pivoted upward, whereby here again an S-band guide is present in a plane.

Furthermore, it may be advantageous if a straight rocker, that is provided with two mutually rectilinear rocker arms, wherein in each case at the ends of the arms, the bands on the upper side at least partially encompassing tape guide is provided. Essentially in the middle of the rocker, a portal-shaped rocker above the guide surfaces umspannender headband is provided. At this the foot end of the tape is conductively fixed so that it faces with the channel opening in the direction of the guide surface and the belt is substantially parallel to the guide surface, then bent back in a large loop by 180 ° and through the rocker guide straight through and over this projecting to be continued as a support arm, substantially overall having a J-curve. As a result, an extremely simple form is achieved, the rocker assembly on upper end of the holder arms can be optimally used as a table, floor and as a ceiling light. Here is also an embodiment without mounting bracket conceivable, in which case the attachment of the foot can be done directly on a located between the holder arms, below the rocker crossbar. However, it should be noted that then the pivoting of the support arm is limited and a bending of the tape is possible.

A particular embodiment with a ribbon loop guide can be achieved if the two holder arms are connected at their upper outer end via a cross bar to which the foot end of the band is conductively secured so that it extends in the first section substantially in the same longitudinal extent with the holder arms , The bow rocker is set lower between the holder arms. The band now runs, starting from the upper cross bar, with the channel opening pointing backwards, first straight in Haltearmerstreckung, then makes a 180 ° -Kehrtwendung to arc out into the Umlenkwippe and then straight out as a support arm out of this. This will result in a flat O-loop, which is an extremely simple yet effective shape. This is also applicable to a wall lamp, provided that the holder arms have a 90 ° bend about a transverse axis, so that the holding arms are pointing vertically upwards, whereby the ribbon loop extends substantially vertically upward. This embodiment has a visually particularly appealing when round arms or tubes are used as support arms, which represent a light and pleasing execution even in the bent state of the wall lamp design.

In order to allow the vertical pivoting of the forward projecting band support arm optimally, ie an extremely easy upward pivoting, practically only by lifting a finger on the tape head end and at the same time its Abknikken or swinging under weight of the lamp head and possibly long pulled out To prevent support arm, an upwardly effective freewheel can be provided on the rocker pivot axis. This releases the pivotal movement of the rocker upward, while the pivoting movement is greatly slowed down and can only be pivoted down by additional pressure, which is most advantageous in the amount of the outstanding rocker support arm. When Rocker freewheel can be used in a spring freewheel known per se, the coil spring coils under load in the pivoting direction down (wearing the lamp head) braced and relaxed when pivoting in the opposite direction (lifting the tape head end with the lamp head).

According to a further embodiment, the at least one band be made of plastic and on at least one of its surfaces, in the longitudinal direction min. have a conductor, e.g. are applied by embedding, gluing or vapor deposition so that they are spaced according to each other and thereby isolated from each other. In a double-band embodiment, only one of the two nested bands may be provided with two conductor strips, while the second, e.g. the upper gutter band is non-conductive. Furthermore, as a band linkage, only a single, channel-shaped plastic band may be provided, of course dimensioned accordingly reinforced, which is provided with two parallel spaced conductors.

In a further advantageous embodiment, it should be noted that the rocker, in particular the bow rocker, especially with respect to the band-leading top can be formed under different. Thus, it may have an at least partially closed tunnel shape or at the outer end of the straight support arm have an at least partially closed or the side edges at least briefly embracing guide portion. The outer end of the bow arm comes out without a guide, but at the level of the transition between bow and support arm, ie in the zone in which the channel-shaped band describes a bow with just pressed cross-section, at least a narrow guide in the form of the band edge embracing arms or the band top completely spanning bolt provided. As a result, the flattened tape is held down accordingly, so that it can not raise when pressed or pulled by the rocker guide.

As a result of low torsional strength of the channel-shaped lighting rod, especially at full extension of the support arm, a "shivering" of the lamp head, so a Vibration can occur around the longitudinal axis of the belt, it is advantageous if a flexible and vibration damping at the end of the tape or to the lamp head coupled or located lower or hanging auxiliary mass is provided as a damping mass.

Advantageous in terms of vibration reduction also affects the arrangement of a flexible separation band between the two channel-shaped bands. This release tape may be formed as a foamed, one-sided bonded plastic tape or unglued with adhesion-friendly surfaces or as a magnetized pliable soft plastic tape.

Finally, can have an advantageous effect when the lamp head is clamped mounted on the tape head end. As a result, the lamp head can be easily replaced if damaged or staggered, so not down, but shining upwards, so that instead of the table or the room floor then the ceiling or the wall is illuminated.

Instead of the lamp head, however, an illuminated reading and working lens can also be clamped on the tape head end if required or any other holder, e.g. for attaching a microphone, a concept holder, etc. In the latter case, then the entire bracket with band-linkage can also be formed without power as a simple holding device.

The object is also achieved by a luminaire having the features according to claim 22.
Accordingly, the lamp, which can be interpreted as a table, floor, wall or ceiling lamp, a Leuchtengestsänge according to claims 1 to 21, wherein at the head end of the band at least one lamp head is mounted, which has at least one light source. As a result, the advantage is achieved that a lamp is provided which has the advantageous properties of the aforementioned light rod.

It is advantageous if the lamp head is releasably attached to the band, in particular is clamped to this and as a light source, a light emitting diode is used.

The light shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a holder 1, consisting of a lamp base 2, on the upper side 3, a holder arm 4 is attached. On the side surface 5 of the holder arm 4, a tape longitudinal guide 6 is provided, consisting of four guide pins 7 to 10, which protrude vertically and at the free ends of each guide plate 11 is provided to prevent lateral slipping out of the band. Instead of the guide washers 11 may be provided at the end of the guide pin retaining arms. The bolts 7, 8 and 9 are fixedly mounted on the support arm, while the output bolt 10 is slidably disposed in a vertical slot 12.

A linkage band 15 is attached to the bracket 1 in a substantially S-shape. In this case, the band 15 is attached via its foot 16 to the lamp base top 3 so that it runs vertically upwards forming a Fußarm 17, which extends far beyond the holder arm 4 and passes over a first arc 18 in a parallel to the Fußarm Eintrittsarm 19 , forming an overall elongated, narrow loop 20. The band then continues to run in the form of a bow 21, guided by the bolts 7 to 10 and then straight in a support arm 22 to end in a head end 23 to which a lamp head 24 is pivotally mounted. In this case, the band 15 is formed flat-gutter-shaped, as is customary with tape measures and is bent straight in the deflection, so the arc 18 and 21 in cross-section, so that there is also the band bulged wider.
Furthermore, it can be seen that the role of the guide pins is different. Thus, the entry guide pin 7 has a directional support function, while the outlet guide pin 10 has a support function, which also allows a vertical pivot adjustment of the support arm 22 and thus of the lamp head 24 depending on the vertical height adjustment in the slot 12. The retaining guide pins 8 and 9 are used to support the tape when pulling or pushing. It can be seen that in pressed-in, drawn in broken line position of the lamp head or shortened length of the support arm, the Einrtittsarm 19 is pushed upwards, whereby the sheet 18 moves within the band, the Fußarm 17 also extending, only to recognize is how the loop 20 extends upward. The vertex of the arc 18 remains essentially true to place, except that it moves up and down during displacement movements of the support arm on the same vertical axis.

In Fig. 3, the basic channel shape of the band 15 is shown as it is present in the straight band sections, namely the foot arm 17, entrance arm 19 and support arm 22. It can be seen that here the band is a double band, consisting of two identical, channel-shaped bands and that of an upper band 13 and a lower band 14. From this illustration can not be seen that the bands 13, 14 each round by Lacquer are electrically isolated and lie loosely over their entire longitudinal course. The bands are connected to each other only at the head end 23 and foot 16 and the guide portion jointly guided laterally, so that a drift apart of the bands 13, 14 is not to be feared during the displacement movements. The two bands move or behave infoge like a single band.

In Fig. 4, the two bands 13 and 14 are shown in a bent situation, it being understood that in bow zones of the strip cross-section straight and thereby the band is wider.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, only one holder arm 4 is attached to the lamp base 2, on whose one side surface 5, however, a deflecting rocker 25 is articulated via its pivot axis 26 as a strip longitudinal guide. The Umlenkwippe 25 consists of a the deflecting bow 21 of the band supporting deflection arm 27 and a straight, long support arm 28 which supports the trough-shaped support arm, whereby a bending and swaying of the support arm is largely avoided around its longitudinal axis. The band is attached with its foot end 16 stromabnehmend to the top 3 of the lamp base 2, wherein it is mounted very close to the front of the holder arm 4, pointing with the channel opening to the support arm. The far upwardly extending foot 17 of the band covers the holder arm from the front. The band is then turned back by 180 °, in order then to be continued via the entry arm 19 into the deflection rocker 25 and from there to the front into the straight support arm 22. The band thus has in side view a closed loop shape with angularly projecting ends.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 7 is a lamp, similar to that shown in Fig. 5 and 6, except that here the holder arm 4 has at its upper end a side arm 29 to which the foot end of the tape is attached stromabnehmend. The band is in its entire course in a vertical plane and is not guided laterally offset, as in the example shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 8 and 9, the lamp has a basic design similar to that in Fig. 5 and 6, except that here the foot end 16 of the band is not attached to the front of the holder arm 4 vertically extending on the upper side 3 of the lamp base 2, but on the deflection rocker 25 opposite Halterarmfläche 5a. Thus, the foot arm 17, with the gutter opening to the side surface 5a ajar, vertically upwards, is then returned by 180 ° over the sheet 18 and at the same time pivoted by 90 ° about a vertical axis, then, passed through the Umlenkwippe 25, stand out as Tragsrm 22 front.

From Fig. 8 and more clearly from Fig. 10 it can be seen how at the head end 23 of the support arm 22 downwardly suspended an auxiliary mass 30 is fixed, which causes a tremor, d. H. prevents swinging around the support arm longitudinal axis of the lamp cap helps.

In this case, the deflection arm 27 consists of an L-shaped angle at the center of a short outstanding support point 31 is provided. In the band transition zone 21 to 22, a retaining pin 32 is provided substantially above the pivot axis 26, which is arranged transversely above the belt, this supporting upwards. Finally, at the outer end of the long Abstützarmes 28 two opposite guide arms 33 are provided which surround the band edges so that they are supported upwards, downwards and laterally accordingly, so that the projecting as a support arm band also receives good support against lateral tilting.

In Fig. 12, a floor lamp is shown, with two parallel, rod-shaped holder arms 4, at the upper ends of a Umlenkwippe 25 is attached. The linkage band is here guided in a vertical plane substantially S-shaped, with the foot perpendicularly away from the surface of the lamp base, pointing away from the rocker with the gutter opening, upwards, then beaten back by 180 °, then by the Umlenkwippe through and from there obliquely up out as a support arm 22 is guided.

The embodiment shown in Fig. 13 is a wall lamp which is constructed substantially like the floor lamp of Fig. 12, except that here the foot of the band flat, with the channel opening pointing down to the top of the lamp base, is mounted so that the band substantially radially and vertically away from this leading away, and then in a vertical-looking loop 20 in the rocker and then in the arm on to to run.

Fig. 14 shows a ceiling lamp, which is identical to the wall lamp of FIG. 13 is formed.

In the floor lamp shown in Fig. 15, a straight rocker 35 is provided with mutually aligned rocker arms 36 at the upper end of two holder arms 4, wherein it can be seen that at the ends of the arms 36 each a band edges surrounding holding tape guide 33 is provided. Essentially in the middle of the rocker a this above the belt portal-spanning brackets 37 is provided, on which the foot end 16 of the tape is fixed so that the tape is parallel and at the same time mirror image of the guided through the rocker 35 band part. Here, therefore, the entry arm 19 is arranged in alignment with the support arm 22, while the foot arm 17 located above the entry arm 19 essentially always has the same length as the latter.

The ceiling lamp shown in Fig. 16 is formed in the same manner as the table lamp of FIG. 15, except that here the holder arms 4 are formed longer. Of course, an embodiment according to FIGS. 15 and 16 is also possible for a floor lamp with relatively long holder arms.

Such a floor lamp is shown in Fig. 17, except that here the headband 37 is not located above, but below the rocker arms, whereby the Gestänswwerpunkt is set slightly lower.

In the embodiments according to FIGS. 18 to 20, a cross bar 39 is provided at the upper end of the two holder arms 4, to which the foot end 16 of the band is electrically conductively attached. This is an embodiment similar to that in Fig. 7, except that there only one bracket 4 (instead of two) and a cross over the rocker extending side arm 29 (instead of a cross bar 39). The leadership of the band however, their respective orientations are substantially identical. A slight difference is still to be seen in that the rocker shown here has a pivot axis arranged below the belt, while in the other embodiment, the pivot axis is above the belt.

Fig. 19 zeigt eine Wandleuchte, die prinzipiell gleich ausgebildet ist mit der Leuchte nach Fig. 18, nur daß hier die stabförmigen Halterarme 4 um eine Querachse um 90° nach oben gebogen sind, so daß im wesentlichen der gleiche Bandverlauf vorhanden ist wie in Fig. 18.Fig. 19 shows a wall lamp, which is basically the same design with the lamp of FIG. 18, except that here the rod-shaped holder arms 4 are bent by a transverse axis by 90 ° upwards, so that substantially the same band profile is present as shown in FIG 18.

Fig. 20 in turn shows the use of the lamp according to Fig. 19 as a ceiling light, for which only the light foot side part of the holder arms is designed to be longer accordingly.

In Fig. 21 and 22, another embodiment with a straight rocker 35 is shown, in which, however, the band has a double loop guide. From the drawing can not be seen that the foot end of the tape is mounted on a bracket disposed just above the rocker so that the band is first performed in parallel and in the same extent and direction as the support arm 22. Thereafter, the band is returned in the form of a first sheet 18 by 180 ° in the form of an intermediate arm 40 parallel to rocker and support arm and then returned to another arc 18 again by 180 ° and just forwarded as an entry arm 19 in the support arm 22.

Fig. 22 shows the lamp according to Fig. 21 in a suspended design as a ceiling light.

In Fig. 23 is a detail view according to arrow XXIII of FIG. 18, in which the rocker pivot axis 26 is provided with a freewheel 42, which will be described in more detail in connection with FIG. 25.
The Umlenkwippe 25 has here, as more closely in connection with Fig. 24 it can be seen, a central Umlenkarm 27, which here has the shape of a bow arm, provided thereon, in the direction of tape direction point 31. The support arm 28 is formed here as a narrow rod , at the front end of a guide bracket 41st is provided. This each has two the edges of the support arm 22 leader encompassing guide arms 33, in which substantially U-shaped support recesses 44 are inserted so that they support the band edges on all sides. Thus, the tape is guided or supported on the underside near the edge only via a narrow support strip 45 and an also narrow upper retaining strip 46. As a result, a secure, double-sided edge guide is created, which holds the band at the outer edges with low friction and thus largely prevents a transverse swaying of the band.
From Fig. 24 it can further be seen that in the transition from the band-arch form 21 in the straight arm 22, two claw-shaped retaining arms 32 are provided which support the band edges against bending upwards.

Finally, FIG. 25 shows the freewheel of the deflecting rocker 25 mentioned in connection with FIG. 23, in which a plastically deformable cylindrical brake lining 50 is arranged concentrically on the pivot axis 26, which is non-rotatably mounted on the holder arm 4. On this is in turn concentrically arranged a thin-walled tube 49, on which two opposite coil spring coils 47 are provided, which are connected to each other via a tangentially projecting, the support arm 28 engages under spring clip 53. It can be seen that the downward pivoting of the support arm 22, ie downward pushing of the support arm 28, the two counter-rotating spring coils are pulled over the spring clip 53, whereby a radial pressure is exerted on the thin-walled tube 49, the cylindrical brake pad 50 on the pivot axis 26th is passed on. When lifting the lamp head and thereby the support arm and the support arm 28 a weight relief opposite arrow 48, followed by an upward pivoting of the spring clip 53, whereby the spring coils 47 turned up, the tube 49 released and the pressure on the brake pad 50 is reduced and thus a slight pivoting to the top is possible. In order to make the more or less smooth pivoting adjustable coaxially on the pivot axis and axially offset from the brake lining 50 a screw bushing 51 is provided via the frontal annular surface 52, an axial pressure is exerted on the brake pad cylinder, whereby this is radially aufgestaucht a appropriate Insert preload between pivot axis and tube (system stuffing box).
