Claims (18)
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz, Folgendes umfassend:eine papierseitige Fasermattenschicht;eine maschinenseitige Fasermattenschicht; undeine Grundgewebeschicht, die sandwichartig zwischen der papierseitigen Fasermattenschicht und der maschinenseitigen Fasermattenschicht eingeschlossen ist, wobei die Grundgewebeschicht ein erstes Gewebe und ein zweites Gewebe umfasst;wobei das erste Gewebe Maschinenrichtungsgarne und Quermaschinenrichtungsgarne enthält, die mit den Maschinenrichtungsgarnen verwebt sind, wobei das erste Gewebe erste und zweite Enden mit Schlingen aufweist, wobei die Schlingen des ersten Endes mit den Schlingen des zweiten Endes ineinandergreifend sind, wobei die Schlingen der ersten und zweiten Enden einen Dorn aufnehmen, um das erste Gewebe zu einem Endlosband mit einer Verbindungsnaht auszubilden;wobei das zu einem Endlosband ausgebildete zweite Gewebe über dem ersten Gewebe liegt und Maschinenrichtungsgarne und Quermaschinenrichtungsgarne enthält, die mit den Maschinenrichtungsgarnen verwebt sind, wobei die Maschinenrichtungsgarne aus Material mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt bestehen.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Gewebe ein über der Verbindungsnaht des ersten Gewebes liegendes Band enthält, das keine Quermaschinenrichtungsgarne aufweist.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei die papierseitige Fasermattenschicht und die maschinenseitige Fasermattenschicht an der Grundgewebeschicht angenäht sind.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Gewebe ein Duplexgewebe umfasst.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Gewebe ein Einschichtgewebe umfasst.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Material mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die besteht aus: Nylon und Nyloncopolymer.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Gewebeschicht ein gröberes Maschengitter bildet als das zweite Gewebe.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 1, wobei die papierseitige Fasermattenschicht, die maschinenseitige Fasermattenschicht und das zweite Gewebe jeweils einen der Verbindungsnaht des ersten Gewebes entsprechenden Einschnitt enthält, damit der Pressfilz beim Entfernen des Dorns einen flachen Zustand annehmen kann.
- Papiermaschinenpressfilz nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Einschnitt in einem Winkel von ca. 30 bis 80 Grad bezüglich der Ebene der Grundgewebeschicht ausgerichtet ist.
- Verfahren zum Aufbauen eines Papiermaschinenpressfilzes, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Verweben von Maschinenrichtungsgarnen und Quermaschinenrichtungsgarnen, um ein erstes Gewebe auszubilden, wobei das erste Gewebe erste und zweite Enden mit Schlingen aufweist;Anordnen der Schlingen der ersten und zweiten Enden des ersten Gewebes in ineinandergreifendem Verhältnis;Einsetzen eines Dorns in die Schlingen, um eine Verbindungsnaht zu bilden, die die ersten und zweiten Enden des ersten Gewebes miteinander verbindet, wodurch das erste Gewebe zu einem Endlosband ausgebildet wird;Verweben von Maschinenrichtungsgarnen und Quermaschinenrichtungsgarnen, um eine zweites Gewebe auszubilden, wobei die Maschinenrichtungsgarne aus einem Material mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt bestehen;Befestigen des zweiten Gewebes am ersten Gewebe:Erhitzen des Materials mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt, um es weich werden zu lassen; undEinschneiden einer Verbindungsnaht durch das Material mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt, die der Verbindungsnaht des ersten Gewebes entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend, eine erste Fasermattenschicht so anzubringen, dass sie über der zweiten Gewebeschicht liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Einschneideschritt darüber hinaus umfasst, die erste Fasermattenschicht einzuschneiden, um eine Verbindungsnaht darin auszubilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, darüber hinaus des Schritt umfassend, eine zweite Fasermattenschicht so anzubringen, dass sie unter der ersten Gewebeschicht liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Einschneideschritt darüber hinaus umfasst, die zweite Fasermattenschicht einzuschneiden, um eine Vrebindungsnaht darin auszubilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend, den Dorn nach dem Erhitzungsschritt und vor dem Einschneideschritt aus dem ersten Gewebe zu entfernen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Erhitzungsschritt umfasst, das Material mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt auf eine Temperatur von ca. 130°C bis 200°C zu erhitzen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Schritt des Verwebens des zweiten Gewebes umfasst, das zweite Gewebe flachzuweben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, darüber hinaus den Schritt des Warmverschweißens des zweiten Gewebes umfassend, um dessen Enden zu verbinden und dadurch das zweite Gewebe zu einer Endlosfasermatte auszubilden.
