Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de refus de paiement pour un système de facturation électronique (100) comprenant un système informatique (200) accessible pour une communication interactive en ligne de factures à des utilisateurs. Le système informatique comprend une base de données destinée à stocker des informations de factures de clients, les informations contenant une date de facture ainsi qu'une somme totale de facture destinée à être présentée audit client pour une interaction en ligne; un mécanisme destiné à entamer un paiement électronique de la somme totale de facture modifiée via le système de facturation électronique, et un mécanisme destiné à déterminer si la somme totale de la facture est un solde nul ou un solde créditeur avant l'exécution du paiement électronique, de manière qu'en réponse à la détermination du solde nul ou créditeur, le mécanisme interrompe le mécanisme de paiement et produise un message de refus de paiement destiné à être présenté au client.
