Abstract

L'invention concerne un système interentreprises de présentation et de paiement de factures, basé serveur. Le serveur comprend une base de données servant à l'établissement d'un groupement facturiers/payeurs, de façon que des partenaires commerciaux de confiance puissent maximiser les options relatives à la présentation et au paiement de factures. Un réseau relié de facturiers et de payeurs est établi au moyen de profils de facturiers/payeurs, une logique de règles en cas de conflit pouvant être établie par le facturier, de manière que soit présenté au payeur un processus de soumission automatique et uniforme. La commande d'accès à la fonctionnalité du système serveur sert à séparer les obligations entre les payeurs, au moyen d'une organisation de payeurs. Le serveur permet aux facturiers de soumettre des données de facturation électroniques à plusieurs payeurs. Des boîtes à outils d'interfaces permettent aux payeurs de visionner, choisir et trier des factures, de même que de soumettre celles-ci et autoriser leur paiement. Plusieurs mécanismes de traduction et plusieurs options de sortie servent à accepter des données de facture dans plusieurs formats, à produire des données de remise destinées au facturier et des données de facture au payeur, de même qu'à produire des rapports de gestion de cash-flow.
