Abstract
Description
Energiekabeln nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The present invention relates to a cable connection device for fixing
of power cables and for establishing an electrical connection between
Power cables according to the preamble of
Such cable connection devices must because of the enormous thickness of the endure extreme tensile forces to be connected without their function to be affected.
In Figure 1 is a common cable connection device for power cables according to
the previously known prior art shown in cross section. The
The present invention is therefore based on the object of a cable connecting device for fixing energy cables and for producing an electrical one To create connection between power cables, in which the assembly of the Energy cables are particularly easy to use, but they can also be used for different cables Cross-sections are suitable and a reduction in material costs is guaranteed.
This object is solved by the features of
The fact that the power cable by means of at least one on the outside in the Circumferential wall of the screw-in screw with an electrically conductive screw the contact sleeve is connectable and can be clamped in it, a secure anchoring and electrical connection of the power cable in the cable connection device created that can be manufactured without additional tools.
The contact sleeve advantageously has two or more screws, as a result of which the fixation can be supported on several areas of the conductor.
For the determination of conductors with a smaller cross-section or out of round Cross-section, it is particularly advantageous that the screws over the The outer circumference of the contact sleeve is distributed so that it is at different angles can be screwed onto the power cable.
It is particularly advantageous that the screw is designed as a tear-off head screw is so that regardless of the thickness of the cross section of the power cable the screw protrudes beyond the outer circumference of the contact sleeve is avoided. The tear-off head screw is dimensioned so that the tear-off head shears at a predetermined torque and the screw provides the required clamping force.
To simplify the insertion of the cable conductor into the contact sleeve is advantageous provided that each contact sleeve has a cylindrical interior having.
A particularly simple and secure locking of the contact sleeve is thereby achieved that the locking device as a in a groove on the outside of the Contact sleeve arranged spring ring is formed, which in a in the inner wall of the cavity of the socket extends notch when the contacting element is inserted into the cavity.
The fixation of the cable conductor in the contact sleeve is reinforced by the fact that Inside of the contact sleeve is provided with an internal groove.
Darin zeigt:
- Figur 2
- eine erfindungsgemäße Kabelverbindungsvorrichtung in Längsschnittansicht;
- Figur 3

Referring to Figure 2, the basic structure of the invention
The
In Figure 3, an embodiment of a
To also conductors with a smaller conductor cross-section and any geometrical

In Figure 4 is a cross section of the
If the power cable is inserted into the
The exact location of the contact strips, the locking device and the type of used Tear-off screw can vary depending on the intended use to get voted.
