Description

The invention relates to a line bundle with juxtaposed lines, in particular for contacting with electrical terminals.

For electrical wiring between electrical devices, e.g. From cabinets or electrical systems, trunking are often used with a variety of lines. The leads of the bundle of wires may be e.g. be held in a cable duct as a cable tie with cable ties and laid. In this case, these lines for energy transmission have a larger cross section i.Vgl. to data transmission lines. By means of such conduits, e.g. powered motors are powered.

Usually, the individual lines are inserted into adjacently arranged electrical terminals of a terminal block and then screwed for a clear installation in the electrical equipment. To connect the lines, e.g. an electrician so far perform a sequence of assembly steps. First of all, the conductor ends are to be stripped from the respective lines. Subsequently, a wire end ferrule is to be attached to the exposed wire. The ferrule should then be crimped gas-tight, inserted into the electrical terminal and then screwed there. This procedure is prescribed, for example, for cables consisting of individual strands according to VDE guidelines.

These assembly steps are to be repeated for each individual line of a trunk group.

The disadvantage of this is that each individual line must be handled separately to introduce this in the terminal of a terminal block.

Another disadvantage is that the cables can be reversed during assembly or during repair by the electrician. There is also the possibility that interchanges occur in the marking of the individual lines in the trunk group. Thereby it can e.g. When commissioning the electrical system, it does not work properly or is damaged or destroyed.

Probleme vermeidet.Out EP 0 566 969 A2 a wiring harness with an integral casing is known, which acts both as a shaped body for fixing the wires of the wiring harness and as a coupling part. This not only saves a step in the production of the wiring harness, but it is also an easy connection of the lines of a coupling part on lines of a complementary coupling part possible, the lines of the respective, designed as a plug and socket coupling parts also have complementary contact elements. The invention is thus based on an object to provide a solution for faster, simplified and safe installation of cables of a trunk group, in particular for electrical connection to electrical terminals or terminal strips, which avoids the above problems.

The object is achieved with the cable bundle specified in the main claim.

Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the cable bundle are specified in the subclaims.

Dabei zeigt

FIG 1 :
FIG 2 :
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures. It shows
FIG. 1:
an exemplary cable bundle in a plan view, which has at the ends ferrules and a compound of the invention, and
2:
a sectional view through the end portion of an exemplary line according to the invention of the trunking according to FIG. 1 ,

FIG. 1 shows an exemplary line bundle LB in a plan view, which has at the ends LBE1, LBE2 provided with end sleeves AE lines LT. Furthermore, in this example, the lines LT of the line bundle LB are arranged parallel to one another in a grid dimension RM. Furthermore, by way of example, a caterpillar-shaped, nonconducting bonding compound VM can be seen at the upper end LBE1 and at the lower end LBE2 of the bundle LB, which encloses the region between the ferrules AE and the respective lines LT. To clarify this was in the middle of the lower half of FIG. 1 the area between a wire end sleeve AE and the associated line LT shown in dashed lines. In addition, the connection masses VM have tapers VJ and notches EK as two possible examples of setpoint separation points ST for the subsequent separation of the lines LT.

FIG. 2 shows a sectional view through the end portion of an exemplary line LT of the line bundle LB according to the invention according to FIG. 1 , In addition, it can be seen that the wire end sleeve AE is plugged over the exposed, dashed wire AD of the line LT. As described above, for example, by crimping with a corresponding tool, a firm and gas-tight contact between the wire AD and the wire end sleeve AE can be produced. The wire end sleeve AE usually consists of a cylindrical sleeve part HT, as well as an associated receiving hopper AT for simplified attachment of the wire end sleeve AE on the wire AD. It is known that the use of ferrules AE has the advantage that a secure electrical contact when screwing in the electrical terminal can be achieved. A possible mechanical damage of the current-carrying wire AD by the fixing screw of the electrical terminal is thus eliminated. In FIG. 2 In addition, the graphic projection of the exemplary caterpillar-shaped connecting mass VM with the dashed lines shown separating points ST, VJ, EK can be seen.

According to the invention, the rectilinearly stretched, non-conductive bonding compound VM encloses the ferrules AE with the respective line end LBE1, LBE2 and the lines LT with each other tightly.

As a result, it is advantageously possible that due to the surrounding bonding compound VM a fixed distance between the ferrules AE can be adjusted to each other, so that these prefabricated example introduces into a terminal row and can be screwed. The bonding compound VM can be eg a partially elastic plastic, such as PVC or a thermoplastic, which allows a certain flexibility of the individual wire end sleeves AE to each other for improved introduction of the electrical terminals. The bonding compound VM can continue to be applied, for example, as part of an injection molding process on the lines LT and on the wire end sleeves AE.

Another advantage is that unintentional swapping during assembly of the individual lines LT in the respective electrical terminal is avoided by this prefabrication. In addition, it is possible, as before, that after the application of the bonding compound VM at one end LBE1, LBE2 of the bundle of wires LB, characteristic sleeves can be pushed onto the lines LT.

It is also advantageous that detaching or slipping out of the wire end sleeve AE from the wire AD is no longer possible by the nonconductive bonding compound VM which connects the individual wires LT to the respective wire end sleeves AE.

Furthermore, it is possible according to the invention that the tightly enclosed by the non-conductive compound mass VM area between the line end LTE and the receiving hopper AT the respective ferrule AE an effective protection against environmental influences is ensured, for contacting still a correspondingly long sleeve part HT is available. This advantageously provides e.g. avoided corrosion of the enclosed area.

Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention, a caterpillar configuration of the compound mass VM, since these in inserting the wire end sleeves AE and the sleeve parts HT in the electrical Terminal closes them against environmental influences. In addition, effective personal protection against unintentional contact with possibly otherwise outstanding live parts of the ferrules AE is avoided.

Furthermore, according to the invention, the nonconductive potting compound VM between the respective enclosed lines LT can also have tapers VJ or notches EK. By way of example, predetermined separation points ST can be formed between the lines LT, which allow easy disconnection of the line bundle LB, e.g. with a pair of scissors or a side cutter.

According to the invention, it is further possible for the bonding compound VM to enclose the wire end sleeves AE in a predeterminable grid dimension RM. As a result, a simplified insertion of the individual lines LT into the respective electrical terminal of a terminal strip with the same locking dimension RM is advantageously possible.

Furthermore, it is advantageously possible for the bonding compound VM to have a prefabricated upper and lower half which has corresponding free spaces for the centered alignment and reception of the lines LT and ferrules AE. These halves could, for example, be placed around the line bundle LB to be aligned and then, e.g. be firmly connected with a Klipsmechanismus. The halves could e.g. are also thermally welded, so that a non-detachable and at the same time tight connection arises.

Furthermore, according to the invention, the connection mass VM can be labeled for simplified allocation of the enclosed lines LT and for the advantageous faster assembly of the individual lines LT.
