Abstract

Durch die Erfindung wird eine Kraftstoffzuführvorrichtung mit einer Einspritzeinrichtung geschaffen, bei der bei gleichbleibender Querschnittsfläche im Vergleich zu einer bekannten kreisförmigen Querschnittsfläche (15) einer Querbohrung in einem Common Rail (17) durch Streckung der Querschnittsfläche in Umfangsrichtung (M) und Stauchung in Längsrichtung (B) der Längsbohrung (18) in dem Common Rail (17) eine Querbohrung mit einer elliptischen oder schlitzförmigen Querschnittsfläche (15, 16) geschaffen wird. Alternativ oder zusätzlich zu dieser Maßnahme ist die Querbohrung von der äußeren Mantelfläche des Common Rails (17) in Richtung zu der Längsbohrung (18) derart aufgeweitet, dass die Bohrungsverschneidung der Querbohrung zu der Längsbohrung (18) in Umfangsrichtung vergrößert wird.
