Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ultraschallsensors sowie auch einen Ultraschallsensor mit einem Gehäuse, einer Membrane und einem zwischen dem Gehäuse und der Membrane angeordneten Entkopplungsmedium.The invention relates to a method for producing an ultrasonic sensor and also to an ultrasonic sensor having a housing, a membrane and a decoupling medium arranged between the housing and the membrane.
Die Erfindung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass das Entkopplungsmedium in einem verformbaren Zustand zwischen die Membrane und das Gehäuse gegeben wird. The invention is characterized in that the decoupling medium is placed in a deformable state between the membrane and the housing.
