Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système et une méthode de traitement de demande d'hypothèques. Ce système comprend une base de données faite d'une pluralité de dossiers dans lesquels sont consignées des informations sur des propriétés et des attributs de propriété. Un programme informatique est conçu pour afficher un écran sélecteur permettant de choisir un dossier de propriété dans la base de données. Ce programme peut aussi afficher un écran assorti d'au moins un champ d'entrée de données pour des données relatives à une demande de prêt. De plus, ce programme est conçu pour entrer automatiquement un des attributs de propriété en tant qu'entrée initiale dans un des champs d'entrée de données. Il peut également recevoir des données sur une demande de prêt et sur un crédit en rapport avec le traitement d'un prêt à partir de l'écran d'entrée de données. En outre, ce programme permet de traiter des données relatives à une demande de prêt, ce qui revient à créer les conditions d'une pré-acceptation. Enfin, il permet de transmettre ces conditions de pré-acceptation à au moins un prêteur, lequel peut à son tour prendre contact avec le demandeur. Le programme informatique peut comporter un programme automatisé de cautionnement qui assure la fonction de caution lors du traitement de la demande de prêt pour pré-acceptation.
