Abstract
Description
Le démarrage du moteur à combustion interne est assuré par un moteur électrique ou un alternateur réversible assurant la mise en rotation de la partie tournante du moteur et le déplacement des pistons dans les cylindres, par exemple, par l'intermédiaire d'une couronne d'entraínement solidaire du vilebrequin et d'un pignon ou d'une courroie.
- le premier élément de frein est un disque de frein calé sur l'un au moins du vilebrequin et de l'arbre de transmission et le second élément de frein est un étrier de freinage du disque comportant comme moyen de freinage au moins un patin de freinage, par frottement sur une partie du disque de frein ;
- l'arbre de transmission est un arbre d'entrée d'une boíte de vitesses du véhicule automobile relié en rotation au vilebrequin de la partie tournante du moteur à combustion interne, par l'intermédiaire d'un embrayage, et le dispositif de freinage et d'arrêt comporte un disque calé sur l'arbre d'entrée de la boíte de vitesses ;
- le moyen de commande du moyen de freinage est une unité de commande électronique reliée à des capteurs de mesure de la position angulaire et de la vitesse de rotation du vilebrequin ; et
- dans le cas d'un véhicule automobile comportant une boíte de vitesses automatique ayant un frein de parking, le frein de parking du véhicule automobile comporte l'un au moins des premiers éléments de frein et l'un au moins des seconds éléments de frein
- un procédé de freinage et d'arrêt d'un moteur à combustion interne de propulsion d'un véhicule automobile, comportant une partie tournante comprenant notamment un vilebrequin, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moment de l'arrêt du moteur à combustion interne, on réalise un freinage modulé du vilebrequin, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de freinage comportant un premier élément de frein calé sur le vilebrequin et un second élément de frein comportant au moins un moyen de freinage, en fonction d'informations concernant la position angulaire et la vitesse du vilebrequin, pour arrêter le vilebrequin dans une position angulaire déterminée facilitant un redémarrage du moteur à combustion interne ; et
- un procédé de freinage d'un arbre de transmission d'un moteur à combustion interne de propulsion d'un véhicule automobile, constituant l'arbre d'entrée d'une boíte de vitesses pilotée ou automatique du véhicule automobile, caractérisé par le fait que, lors du passage de rapport de vitesse de la boíte de vitesses automatique, on freine l'arbre d'entrée de la boíte de vitesses par mise en contact avec une partie d'un premier élément de freinage calé sur l'arbre d'entrée de la boíte de vitesses, de moyens de freinage d'un second élément de frein, pour assurer la synchronisation de rotation de l'arbre d'entrée de la boíte de vitesses, pendant le passage de rapports de vitesse.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de freinage et d'arrêt d'un moteur à combustion interne (1) de propulsion d'un véhicule automobile, le moteur comportant une partie tournante comprenant notamment un vilebrequin (2) et un arbre de transmission (4) entraíné en rotation par le vilebrequin (2), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un premier élément de frein (9a, 9b) solidaire en rotation de la partie tournante du moteur et au moins un second élément de frein comportant au moins un moyen de freinage (12a, 12'a) du premier élément de frein et un moyen de commande de passage du moyen de freinage d'une position inactive à une position de freinage, pour freiner la partie tournante du moteur (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le premier élément de frein est un disque de frein (9a, 9b) calé sur l'un au moins du vilebrequin (2) et de l'arbre de transmission (4) et que le second élément de frein est un étrier de freinage (11a, 11b) du disque (9a, 9b) comportant, comme moyen de freinage, au moins un patin de freinage (12a, 12'a), par frottement sur une partie du disque de frein (9a, 9b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'arbre de transmission (4) est un arbre d'entrée d'une boíte de vitesses (5) du véhicule automobile relié en rotation au vilebrequin (2) de la partie tournante du moteur à combustion interne (1), par l'intermédiaire d'un embrayage (3), et que le dispositif de freinage et d'arrêt (8b) comporte un disque (9b) calé sur l'arbre d'entrée (4) de la boíte de vitesses (5).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de commande (10) du moyen de freinage (12a, 12'a) est une unité de commande électronique reliée à des capteurs de mesure de la position angulaire et de la vitesse de rotation du vilebrequin (2).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, dans le cas d'un véhicule automobile comportant une boíte de vitesses automatique (5) ayant un frein de parking, caractérisé par le fait que le frein de parking du véhicule automobile comporte l'un au moins des premiers éléments de frein (9a, 9b) et l'un au moins des seconds éléments de frein (11a, 11b).
- Procédé de freinage et d'arrêt d'un moteur à combustion interne de propulsion d'un véhicule automobile, comportant une partie tournante comprenant notamment un vilebrequin (2), caractérisé par le fait qu'au moment de l'arrêt du moteur à combustion interne (1), on réalise un freinage modulé du vilebrequin (2), par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de freinage comportant un premier élément de frein (9a) calé sur le vilebrequin (2) et un second élément de frein (11a) comportant au moins un moyen de freinage (12a, 12'a), en fonction d'informations concernant la position angulaire et la vitesse du vilebrequin (2), pour arrêter le vilebrequin (2) dans une position angulaire déterminée facilitant un redémarrage du moteur à combustion interne (1).
- Procédé de freinage d'un arbre de transmission (4) d'un moteur à combustion interne (1) de propulsion d'un véhicule automobile, constituant l'arbre d'entrée d'une boíte de vitesses pilotée ou automatique (5) du véhicule automobile, caractérisé par le fait que, lors du passage de rapports de vitesse de la boíte de vitesses automatique (5), on freine l'arbre d'entrée (4) de la boíte de vitesses par mise en contact avec une partie d'un premier élément de freinage (9b) calé sur l'arbre d'entrée (4) de la boíte de vitesses (5) de moyens de freinage d'un second élément de frein (11b), pour assurer la synchronisation de rotation de l'arbre d'entrée de la boíte de vitesses, pendant le passage de rapports de vitesse.
