Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von bandförmigem Stahl für durch Ziehen oder Abstreckziehen hergestellte Teile. Das Warmband wird einoder mehrstufig und mit einem Kaltwalzgrad von mindestens 86% kaltverformt. Desweiteren wird zumindest die eine Seite des Bandmaterials mit einem galvanisch hergestellten Überzug enthaltend Ni, Co, Cu, Fe, Sn, In, Pd, Bi und/oder Legierungen versehen. Um ein solches Verfahren mit niedrigen Fertigungskosten und in möglichst wenigen Prozeßschritten durchführen zu können, beinhaltet das Verfahren die Verfahrensschritte: Beizen, ein- oder zweistufiges Kaltwalzen, Glühen des Bandes im aufgewickelten Zustand (Coil-Glühen), ggf. Nachwalzen des Bandes, wobei der Überzug nach einem Kaltwalzschritt jedoch vor dem Glühen auf das Band aufgebracht wird. Das Warmband enthält Bor mit einem Anteil zwischen 0,0013 und 0,0060 Gew.-%, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Bor zu Stickstoff 0,5 bis 2,5 beträgt.It proposes a method for producing strip-shaped steel for parts made by drawing or ironing.
