Claims (8)

  1. Streckvorrichtung mit einem Kopfende (4) und einem Fußende (2), umfassend eine Körperauflageplatte (1), einen Bock (3), der drehbar an der Körperauflageplatte befestigt ist, und einen Fußhalter (5), der an dem Fußende angeordnet und mit der Körperauflageplatte verbunden ist, wobei der Fußhalter zwischen verschiedenen verriegelten Positionen in der Längsrichtung der Streckvorrichtung relativ zu der Körperauflageplatte verschiebbar ist und wobei die Körperauflageplatte über den Bock drehbar ist, zwischen einer Ausgangsposition, in der das Fußende der Streckvorrichtung in Kontakt mit einer Fläche ist, auf der die Streckvorrichtung platziert ist, und die Körperauflageplatte zu der horizontalen Ebene so geneigt ist, dass das Fußende tiefer als das Kopfende liegt, und einer Streckposition, in der die Streckvorrichtung an ihrem Kopfende mit der Fläche in Kontakt ist und die Körperauflageplatte so in der horizontalen Ebene geneigt ist, dass das Kopfende tiefer als das Fußende liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eingerichtet ist, um zwischen einer Ausgangsposition und einer Streckposition durch Verschiebung des Schwerpunktes des Benutzers über einen geometrischen Drehpunkt der Körperauflageplatte hinaus zu drehen, und dadurch, dass der Bock an mehreren verschiedenen entlang der Streckvorrichtung verteilten Positionen lösbar an der Körperauflageplatte befestigt ist.
  2. Streckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Fußhalter (5) einen unteren Halter (33) und einen oberen Halter (35) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen in Querrichtung der Vorrichtung erstrecken und so angeordnet sind, dass sich der Abstand zwischen ihnen von der Mitte der Streckvorrichtung nach außen, in Richtung auf ihre Seiten, vergrößert.
  3. Streckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der obere Halter (35) bogenförmig ist.
  4. Streckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fußhalter (5) über eine Querachse drehbar ist.
  5. Streckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ein an dem Kopfende (4) angeordnetes abschwenkbares Stützbein (39) umfassend, dessen Länge einstellbar ist.
  6. Streckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Höhe des Bockes (3) einstellbar ist.
  7. Streckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bock Beinteile (13, 15) hat, die zwischen einer Position, in der jedes Beinteil im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einem die Beinteile verbindenden Stab (17) ist, und einer Position, in der jedes Beinteil im Wesentlichen parallel mit dem Stab angeordnet ist, drehbar sind.
  8. Streckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Neigungswinkel in der Ausgangsposition und der Streckposition jeweils höchstens ungefähr 30 Grad sind.
