Definitions
- the invention relates to a linear slide valve with a in a housing slidably and non-rotatably mounted along a sliding guide Slider and a hydraulic drive integrated in the slider for a sliding movement of the slide.
- Linear slide valves of the generic type are known. These will especially as actuators in various facilities for the Verund Processing of metallic materials and plastic or Plastic composite materials used. To the tasks of such linear spool typically include pressing, archetyping, embossing, Bending, flanging, punching, sun flattening, joining, joining presses and the Execution of delivery functions with special requirements.
- the properties of Such linear spool valves have special requirements provided, in particular a very high energy density, a very high guiding accuracy and a very high rigidity against lateral forces and belong against twisting.
- the linear spool should have the most compact possible construction and as standardized Basic assembly a flexible, universal application allow. There are also properties such as no maintenance over the entire service life, a robust design for use in environment contaminated with dirt, the possibility of any installation position, absolute tightness (for example when installing overhead) and an inexpensive one Manufacturing desirable.
- Linear slide valves are known in various configurations. Because of the high energy density required, it is preferred around hydraulic devices. Basically, however, is on the Conception possible as a pneumatically operated device.
- the invention is based, a linear slide valve the task Generic type to create that while maintaining a compact Design can realize large actuating forces.
- this object is achieved by a linear slide valve solved the features specified in claim 1.
- a Working piston of the hydraulic drive is formed at least in two stages is, with each stage of the working piston a partial hydraulic drive of the Hydraulic drive forms is advantageously achieved that according to the selected multi-stage increase in the actuating force of the linear slide valve is achieved.
- the applied by the individual stages Operating forces overlap and thus lead to a larger one Total operating force.
- the working piston a guide element which is displaceable longitudinally to the housing comprises, the coaxial a fixed to the housing piston rod engages, the guide element two axially spaced from the piston rod and forms mutually sealed interiors.
- each of the other sealed interior of the guide element each again two hydraulic working rooms sealed against each other trained, which can optionally be pressurized with pressurized hydraulic oil are. This advantageously ensures that either Adjusting movement of the linear slide valve or the return movement of the Linear slide valve can be activated hydraulically.
- Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal slide generally designated 10.
- the longitudinal slide valve 10 comprises a housing 12, which has an interior 14 trains.
- the interior 14 is symmetrical about a longitudinal axis 16 educated.
- An inner wall 18 of the interior 14 is with a Slideway 20 provided, preferably by a casting process in is known to be produced.
- the housing 12 When viewed in cross section, the housing 12 is, for example, cylindrical, in particular, however, cuboid. Correspondingly owns the interior 14 viewed in cross section a round or preferably a rectangular cross-sectional area.
- An outer surface 22 of the housing 12 preferably forms a mounting surface and has one Groove 24 for receiving a feather key or the like, for positioning and absorbing the displacement forces.
- the slide 26 Inside the housing 12, ie in the interior 14, there is a slide 26 arranged, which is guided on the slide 20 completely free of play. Viewed in cross section, the slide 26 has an interior 14 adapted contour, so it is preferably designed as a cuboid.
- the Slider 26 forms a prismatic slider.
- the slide 26 has a section 28 projecting longitudinally beyond the housing 12, which forms an actuating surface 30.
- the actuating surface 30 serves for example the inclusion of tools not shown in detail, for example cutting tools or the like, or as a printing or Press surface that is in contact with a machine to be machined Workpiece can be brought.
- the forces exerted by the slider 26 in the axial direction and resulting Shear forces must be in the range of 10 KN to 150 KN, in Individual cases also up to 250 KN.
- an off-center load of the slider 26 during the work process in particular at the Slide 26 arranged cutting tools can on the slide 26 acting transverse forces are a multiple of the nominal longitudinal force.
- the housing 12 is on its, facing away from the section 28 of the slide 26 End closed by an end flange 32.
- the end flange 32 is interposed by an intermediate plate 34 connected to the housing 12 via connecting means 36. hereby the interior 14 becomes a bag opening, so that the slide 26 through the end flange 32 or the intermediate plate 34 a movement stop is formed.
- the slide 26 in turn forms a pocket opening 38, which in the direction the intermediate plate 34 is open.
- the bag opening 38 is used for receiving a hydraulic drive designated 40 in total.
- the hydraulic drive 40 is thus integrated in the slide 26.
- the blind opening 38 of the slide 26 forms the cylinder of the hydraulic drive, which holds a working piston.
- the working piston comprises a piston rod 42, which with an annular shoulder 44 in a through the end flange 32 and the intermediate plate 34 corresponding trained annular groove 46 engages.
- the piston rod 42 with the longitudinal axis 16 mounted in alignment.
- the piston rod 42 is thus fixed that is, not longitudinally displaceable, arranged.
- the piston rod 42 is coaxially encompassed by a guide element 48, the first section 50 forming a cylinder tube 50 'and one forms second section 52. Sections 50 and 52 have Inner wall 54 of the pocket opening 38 of the slider 26 a revolving Play of about 0.5 mm. A play-free tour is also possible. Between the guide element 48 and the piston rod 42 occur Formation of an annular space 56.
- the section 50 of the guide element 48 is at its, the section 28 of the slide 26 facing the end face by a plug 58 sealed pressure-tight.
- the plug 58 is screwed into the cylinder tube 50 ', d. H. by means of an external thread 60 into an internal thread of the Cylinder tube 50 'screwed in.
- Seal 62 provided.
- the sections 50 and 52 of the guide element 48 are non-positive, for example via a threaded connection 64.
- the sections 50 and 52 are for this purpose at their mutually facing ends provided with corresponding corresponding recesses.
- the piston rod 42 has a first section of smaller diameter 66 and a second larger diameter section 68.
- an intermediate piece 70 is arranged, which has a seal 72 with respect to the piston rod 42 and via seals 84 with respect to the Guide element 48 is arranged tightly. This leads to training a first interior 74 and a second interior 76 of the annular space 56.
- the intermediate piece 70 thus forms a bulkhead between the interior spaces 74 and 76.
- the intermediate piece 70 engages by means of a ring shoulder 78 in a corresponding ring recess 80 between the sections 50 and 52 of the guide element 48.
- the guide element 48 and the intermediate piece 70 are of this type arranged that they are not movable relative to each other.
- the piston rod 42 carries a first piston fixedly arranged on it 82, which is arranged opposite the plug 58.
- the piston 82 is via seals 84 on section 50 of the guide element 48 out so that it forms between piston 82 and plug 58 a hydraulic work space 86 comes.
- the arrangement of the piston 82 and the intermediate piece 70 forms the interior 74 also has a hydraulic working space 75th
- the piston rod 42 carries a second piston 88, which is also fixed the piston rod 42 is arranged.
- the piston 88 is over seals 90 guided on the section 52 of the guide member 48. Between this causes the piston 88 and the intermediate piece 70 to form a hydraulic work space 92.
- the piston rod 42 is also encompassed by a screw connection 94, which is arranged tightly on the piston rod 42 by means of seals 96.
- the screw connection 94 also forms an end closure for the guide element 48 and the slide 26.
- the piston rod 42 has a first axial bore 100 and a second Axial bore 102.
- the axial bore 100 opens into the hydraulic one Working space 86 and a radial bore 104 in the hydraulic Working space 92.
- the axial bore 102 opens out via a radial bore 106 in the hydraulic working space 74 and via a radial bore 108 in the hydraulic working space 76.
- the axial bores 100 and 102 are each with a hydraulic oil connection flange 110 or 112 connected.
- the connecting flanges 110 respectively 112 are connected to hydraulic oil sources, not shown.
- the longitudinal slide valve 10 shown in FIG. 1 has the following function:
- connection flange 110 is below Hydraulic oil under pressure is applied.
- Hydraulic oil under pressure is applied.
- Through the pressure connection over the axial bore 100 builds up the pressure in the hydraulic working space 86 and via the radial bore 104 in the hydraulic work area 92 on. This results in a - as shown in Fig. 1 - leftward compressive force on the plug 58 and the intermediate piece 70 exercised.
- a resulting actuation force is depending on the amount of pressure and the area under pressure. This results in the one facing the hydraulic working space 86 Area of the plug 58 as the pressurized area and the surface of the intermediate piece facing the hydraulic working space 92 70 as a pressurized surface.
- This pressurized Areas add up to a total pressurized area, so that a greater actuation force compared to the known longitudinal slide valves can be applied.
- the surface of the intermediate piece flows here 70, however, not completely in the increase in strength, but must be around the cross section of section 66 of piston rod 42 be reduced.
- the force that builds up is via the plug 58 and the guide element 48 transferred to the slider 26 so that it has a corresponding experienced axial adjustment movement along the longitudinal axis 16.
- the maximum stroke of the slide 26 is here by the axial distance of the Piston 82 to the intermediate piece 70 or the piston 88 specified for the screw 94.
- a return movement of the slide 26 is possible in that the connecting flange 112 is pressurized hydraulic oil. This pressure builds up over the axial bore 102 and the radial bores 106 and 108 in hydraulic workrooms 75 and 77. Corresponding the pressurized facing the hydraulic working space 75 Area of the intermediate piece 70 and the hydraulic Working space 77 facing the pressurized surface of the screw connection 94 builds one - as shown in FIG. 1 - right-hand restoring force on the slide 26 in the housing 12 retracts. The screw connection 94 offers at the same time as the ring shoulder 44 of the piston rod 42 a reset stop.
- the hydraulic drive 40 by the arrangement of two pistons 82 and 88 on the piston rod 42 - with interposition an intermediate piece 70 - is formed in two stages, so that there is an increase in the area under pressure and thus the actuation force increases.
- the piston 82 forms in connection with the hydraulic work space 86 and the section 50 of the guide element 48 comprises a first partial hydraulic drive 40 ', while the piston 88 in connection with the intermediate piece 70 and the Guide element 48 forms a second partial hydraulic drive 40 ".
- the invention is of course not limited to that shown Embodiment. So are multi-stage versions (more than two stages) conceivable. This either leads to a reduction the maximum stroke of the linear slide valve or to a larger axial extent of the linear slide valve.
