Nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Kontaktbahnen 2; 3 im Bereich der endseitigen Kontaktzungen 2.1; 2.2; 3.1; 3.2 im Sinne einer toleranzausglei- chenden sicheren Kontaktgabe mit den Kontaktstiften 8.1; 8.2 der Burstenhalterung 8 leicht federnd und im übrigen Bereich formschlussig passend in den Fuhrungsaufnahmen 1.1; 1.2 des Isolationskorpers 1 gehalten.FIG. 3.4 inserted that, as explained with reference to the first contact path in FIG. 3-9, they come into contact with the insulation body 1 in the opposite direction and can be moved transversely to the insertion direction into their final assembly position according to FIG. 5,6; 7,8 show an intermediate assembly step, which will be explained in more detail below. The contact tracks 2; 3 are advantageously inserted into the insulation body 1 in such a way that they protrude in the longitudinal direction from the insulation body 1 with free ends and are easily displaceable in an unrestricted manner with an external application of pressure D in their final assembly position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the contact tracks 2; 3 in the area of the contact tongues 2.1; 2.2; 3.1; 3.2 in the sense of tolerance-compensating, safe contact with the contact pins 8.1; 8.2 the brush holder 8 slightly resilient and in the remaining area form-fitting in the guide receptacles 1.1; 1.2 of the insulation body 1 held.
During their longitudinal displacement, the contact strips 2, 3 are, according to an embodiment of the invention, in the sense of a form-fitting position fixation of contact webs 1.3; projecting laterally from the insulation body and connected to the insulation body 1; 1.4 attacked.
When the final assembly position is reached, a further longitudinal displacement in the displacement direction is expediently limited by an end stop 1.6 of the correspondingly designed guide receptacles 1.1; 1.2. A fixation in the opposite direction after reaching the final assembly position of the contact tracks 2; 3 takes place according to an embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIG. 9 by a single latching web 1.5, which can first be elastically deflected into the second contact track plane when the first contact track 2 is moved longitudinally, and when the first contact track 2 has reached the end of assembly in terms of fixing behind a corresponding one Snap-in ridge system 2.4 of the first contact track 2 snaps in or which can first be elastically deflected into the second contact track plane when the second contact track 3 is subsequently pushed in and snaps back when the assembly position of the second contact track 3 is reached and this position not only against the corresponding snap-in bar system of the first contact track 2 but also the second contact path 3 snaps in and thus also secures them in the counter-displacement direction; at least in the region of the elastically deflectable single latching web 1.5, the first contact path and the second contact web are designed such that they are offset in relation to one another in such a way that free deflection of the latching web and respective one contact path level is ensured by the contact path of the other contact path level.
In an advantageous manner, the contact webs, like the locking web and the guide receptacles, are one-piece components of the insulation body, which is injection molded in particular from plastic. As can be seen from the sectional diagrams, the above-mentioned components are distributed over the side surfaces of the ionization body in such a way that they can be produced during injection molding of the insulation body with injection moldings which can only be drawn transversely to the contact path planes in direction Fl or F2 according to FIG. 10; for this purpose it is particularly necessary that the components assigned to one contact level are accessible from the rear for corresponding injection molded parts from the other contact level through corresponding openings in the insulation body.
