Claims (6)
- Volet roulant motorisé pour porte, fenêtre ou similaire comportant un tablier (2) constitué d'une juxtaposition de lames (3, 3A), dont une première lame reliée à un arbre d'enroulement et une lame finale (3A) équipée d'un dispositif de détection d'obstacle (9), tel qu'un palpeur ou autre, ainsi que, d'une part, de moyens de transmission (11) en direction d'une unité de gestion (6) de fonctionnement du volet (1) et/ou d'une centrale d'alarme (12) et, d'autre part, de moyens d'alimentation en énergie électrique (13) constitués par un dispositif de capteur solaire (14) auquel est associée au moins une capacité réservoir (16) et, d'autre part encore, d'une unité principale (10), associée audit dispositif de détection (9), et en liaison avec lesdits moyens de transmission (11), ainsi qu'avec lesdits moyens d'alimentation en énergie électrique (13), caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de capteur solaire (14) se présente sous la forme d'un petit panneau solaire, ménagé dans une ouverture (17) du côté externe (15) de la lame finale (3A), et implanté sur un boítier (19), d'une part, renfermant l'unité principale (10) et les moyens de transmission (11) et, d'autre part, prenant position dans un logement (20) ménagé dans l'épaisseur de la lame finale (3A).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de gestion (6) et/ou l'unité principale (10) comportent une mémoire dans laquelle est mémorisée une première valeur seuil relative à la quantité d'énergie électrique produite par le dispositif de capteur solaire (14) qui, si elle est supérieure à ladite valeur seuil, est prévu apte à générer la commande d'ouverture du tablier (2) du volet roulant (1) et, respectivement, une seconde valeur seuil, qui, si ladite quantité d'énergie produite par le dispositif de capteur solaire (14) est inférieure à cette seconde valeur seuil, génère la fermeture du tablier (2).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte dans ladite mémoire une valeur seuil relative à la quantité d'énergie électrique produite par le dispositif de capteur solaire (14) qui, si elle est supérieure à ladite valeur seuil, génère la fermeture partielle du tablier (2), en particulier pour que des ajours entre les lames (3) restent apparents.
- Volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est émis de manière périodique par les moyens de transmission (11) en direction de l'unité de gestion (6) et/ou d'une centrale d'alarme (12) une information relative à l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de détection d'obstacle (9).
- Volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une mémoire au niveau de l'unité de gestion (6) et/ou de l'unité principale (10) dans laquelle il est mémorisé une valeur seuil relative à la production d'énergie électrique par le dispositif de capteur solaire (14) qui si elle est inférieure à ladite valeur seuil génère le décompte d'un temps qui, s'il est supérieur à un temps déterminé connu dans ladite mémoire, engendre un signal d'alarme au travers d'une centrale d'alarme (12) et/ou des moyens de signalisation appropriés.
- Volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de programmation (18), définis par l'interrupteur de commande (8) dudit volet roulant (1) pour la commande d'ouverture et de fermeture totale et/ou partielle automatisée du tablier (2) du volet roulant (1) en fonction de valeurs seuils relatives à la quantité d'énergie électrique produite par le dispositif de capteur solaire (14).
